We run a business, needed a fuel filter for a 95 Chevy Diesel, the young gentleman in there said they had two different filters one for $50 and one for $23, both were in stock at the Napa in Idaho Falls he could have it to me by 1230, so I said I would take the filter for the $23 and they sent the NAPA gold filter instead for $50. I wasted my time coming back there thinking I m gonna get the right part for my vehicle in. I bought parts out there for years and never had a problem, this will be the last time I come in there A waste of time.My name is Marc Howell I wish the manager was there, this kid had a bad attitude, and could care less.

I have gone to NAPA in Rigby and in Idaho Falls but I would chose the Ririe one. I went in for a wiper blade when it was pouring rain out and the employee was ready to go out in it to put it on for me. A Idaho Falls store gave us the wrong part and Ririe fixed it. I broke a part on my car and the Ririe shop told me how to repair my car, step by step. If you can't do it yourself go next door the the shop there is the Johnson's most honest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting!

Better off going to rigby or Idaho falls, save your time and money
