Very professional Tow Service. Highly recommend!!! Our truck was in a difficult position and he recovered it without damage to our vehicle. He was on time in fact he was early!!!

Thank you, Chris, so much for saving me today! Got a gnarly flat tire just outside of Rigby. He got there in less than 5 mins, had me & my car home so fast I didn't even miss my niece's game I promised her I'd go to. Thank you so so much for your quick & kind help!

The man who runs this is awesome. Our daughter wrecked her car, and he was great about working with us on her bill. He was concerned, kind, and down to earth. He cared more about how our daughter was doing than about the car. Her was even able to meet us in the off hours to take care of everything. So helpful!! I got in an accident that flipped and totaled my car last December. It made a HUGE mess! Not only did they tow my car away but they cleaned the leaking oil and other traces of my car that was left behind at the crash sight. Due to some miscommunication with my car insurance co our car was left in storage for a good month or so without me realizing it. They were very understanding of the miscommunication and were very fair with pricing the bill which I appreciated. They did so much to work with my husband and I and our situation, super professional, overall just amazing!! I totally recommend to everyone!!Service: Car towing

My girlfriend got in an accident and I had already heard great things about top notch so I requested them for a tow and the were on time very professional fast and really just overall helped me out huge with a payment and the tow. You need a towing?? Use these guys they're awesome!!Josh is great, After my accident he towed my car and kept it at his lot till the insurance took it away but he worked super well with my schedule for me to come and pick up my personal belongings in my car. I had money, my gun, air pods all sorts of valuables that a lot of people would've considered taking advantage of the situation and taking it saying "it got lost in the accident" but every thing was there. super honest really nice guy, works really well with your schedule. Went above and beyond giving me advice about my insurance and how to handle them, that advice has helped me out a ton!! Definitely would recommend!Service: Car towing

I could not recommend Top Notch more highly. They towed our totaled car after a seriously traumatic accident. When I contacted them about picking the car up, not only were they kind and empathetic, but they went above and beyond, offering to deliver the car to me at no charge. In an industry that might sometimes get a bad rap for taking advantage of people, these guys could not be more opposite. They were more than fair with their fees and I felt that it wasn t just a show... they truly cared about helping me. I tried other towing companies with no response. I called him yesterday schedule the time he made it a point to be there at 7:15 this morning. Really good experience.I'm one of those dummies who slid off the road and into the snow. It was late and very icy but their response time was 45 minutes which is pretty good considering all factors.Even the police officer who stopped to check on me said not to worry because I could rely on Top Notch.$150 to pull me out of the snow, very fair price.

Got a flat tire on my way to Idaho Falls. He was super quick and nice to get me and tow me to the nearest tire center. Very prefessional! Would recommend if an emergency tow is needed!

He worked with me super well, he was at the lot before I was, and even tho it should've cost me a lot I couldn't afford it so he gave me a really fair deal. These guys go above and beyond!!!Got to my truck at the end of the day of fishing with clients and my truck was broke down in the parking lott.These guys were the only company willing to come in on a horrible back road and tow my truck out.Can't say enough about this company.
