Our son was in an accident and we called Stallings! They arrived quickly and were great to work with. Derek was our tow truck driver and he was amazing, he worked quick and was proficient at his job! He also had compassion for our son and our family in a scary time! I would definitely work with Stallings again and hope that Derek was our tow guy! Thank you!

So originally I had a pretty bad taste in my mouth for Stallings due to a poor experience a friend of mine had a couple of years back. I was expecting a similar experience and to my surprise my experience was completely different. It was actually Pretty awesome given the circumstances, and that is all due to one of their employees Travis, he was very professional when I called about the cost of getting our vehicle out of impound. He answered my many, many questions, and patiently helped me figure out exactly what we needed to do. When it was time to go pick up our vehicle, even though it was after hours, and also a weekend, he was not only on time meeting us there but early, and he helped us figure out a simple solution to the rather complicated issue we had. Thanks so much Travis for such a positive experience. It's people like you that completely change peoples bad opinions an about a business and turn them into positive ones!

Got in a hit and run and was thrown onto a set of mailboxs and a tree. Went to call AAA and they didn't know how to get me unstuck. The Jefferson sheriff's called these guys and Dennis was so amazing! He showed up quick, was very sweet as I was still crying, and did everything he could to not cause more damage to my car! I will forever have them saved into my phone, they truly made my first accident less stressful!

A year ago, I got in a car accident, and it was pretty bad, but Derek, one of the tow guys, came and pulled my vehicle out of the ditch i flipped into. Derek got that all. Taken care of me. A few months ago. Derek helped me buy 2 second gen Dodges from Stallings to use as parta trucks for my second gen. Derek has been a really big help to me, Thank!

All I can say is a Dennis is awesome! He actually called me the day before the appointment to see if it may be convenient to pick up the car early. If it hadn t been for a small work conflict, it would ve been more convenient for. I really appreciated that. The next day he called me about an hour before coming out to confirm that I was ready. He showed up on time. He was cheerful, friendly, and courteous. He answered all of my questions. He was super efficient. I could not give a higher recommendation for Stallings Towing and more specifically for Dennis! If you need a tow, you should call him for the best service around!

My truck broke down on the highway outside of Rigby Idaho. It was snowing sideways and was a Sunday. The tow truck driver Derek got on scene in 30 minutes. I was for sure going to have to stay the night in a hotel and get my truck fixed the next day as nothing was open. However, Derek offered to fix it right then and get me on the road. Total time from breaking down to back on the road was less than two hours. I m still amazed at the kindness and great service I received. The price was exceptionally fair. I can t recommend this business and Derek enough. Very pleased with my experience. Almost made breaking down a pleasure.Service: Engine repair

My back brakes had seized up probably due to cold weather. I had it towed in and they said I had yada yada problems with it and wanted to replace my entire braking system including the front brakes for $$$ (I didn t have a problem driving my car all the way to rexburg from Arizona 3 weeks ago and got it tuned up right before my travel ) I took my keys after they towed it to the shop. I was skeptical about that massive quote and called up my mechanic buddy that works on cars all the time, we took it for a test drive and the car functioned just fine on the highway after it warmed up, breaks and everything.If you don t know anything about cars (like me) get a second quote from another auto shop just to be safe.

My truck broke down on a trip to yellowstone and stallings got the parts, fixed it up and had it ready to go within just a couple hours. The rest of our trip went smoothly. The price was reasonable for the service. They were very nice to us. Thanks for saving our trip!

I rarely write reviews on businesses, but Stallings deserves the best. They are honest (no ulterior motives...they are not going to guzzle your money. they simply want an will do what you're comfortable with and what's best for your car), helpful, clear in communication, and just overall great people. I would trust them with any of my cars. Highly, highly recommend.

They saved my butt and did a great job fixing my car. The other shops I had taken my car to were way more expensive and not as thorough and when I woke up and my car wouldn't start and I couldn't bring it in to them they came and gave me a jump. They then went even further above and beyond and gave me a ride back I will be taking all my business to them from now on. My day was looking potentially disastrous and Stallings turned it to pretty awesome.Service: Auto maintenance

My daughter was driving home from college and noticed her steering wheel shaking, so I called Stallings (I live in Utah) and they took the time to help her out and get her back on the road. It was only ice and there was not a problem with the car. I know they are busy and you need an appointment but they took care of it anyway. That is outstanding customer service and much appreciated. If my daughter has any problems with her car up there again, I will be sending them to Stallings. Great job, keep up the good work!

I was in a serious jam. My car battery died, and i had roofers coming in min. that needed the drive way. I explained the sutuation and they were so kind and understanding and came out and jumped me so the roofers could get in the drive way.They have 5 star service and I will be using them again for sure!

These folks were great to work with and I never met them face-to-face. I'm in Texas and my daughter needed help with her small truck, which had some major issues. I contacted them because of their previous reviews and they were very straightforward and honest about the truck. They explained the tests that were done to pin-point the problem and gave me multiple options to repair the problem. Even when an unexpected issue came up, they handled it promptly and effectively. I asked my local (Texas) auto mechanic about their pricing for what they had to do, and he said that their pricing was very fair. Thanks to them for all of there good work, and my daughter now has her own local mechanic!

This shop is great. They are booked out for a week so I had to get an appointment. We'll worth the wait! Dropped off my toyota and they notified me of any changes and if they though other work might need done. They asked me to come in and take a look at some damage that needed repaired. Even with some added work they got it back to me when they said they would. Will be taking any automotive work I have to them. Highly recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Be careful here. These guys allowed a long lost relative of mine to use my account there. We started receiving calls from stallings about a car we didn't own that was under repair in our name. I used stalling auto 1 time 12 years ago. When I called to clear it up, the owner was sarcastic, lost his cool and was screaming obscenities in the phone to me. Very unprofessional and something felt wrong. I just wanted to know why my account was being used... yikes!!Edited after owner's response to say this: Read owner's response and enough said.

I have used Stallings Automotive several times now, and have been 100% satisfied every time. My praises for them are overdue. They not only do good work at reasonable prices, but have excellent customer service. There have been two occasions where my work vehicle needed repair, and I was in a bit of a bind. They pushed through to make sure I was up and running quickly, so I could get back to business. Even though they played it off as not a big deal, I know there was extra effort made to get me back on the road as soon as possible. I have no need to ever go anywhere else. Thanks guys, you are great!!

I needed a pickup truck hauled about a 1/2 Mile down the road.. wouldn't start or stay running.. called Bryce.. charged 75.00 to load on rollback and hauled it down... great price fast and efficient .. thank you

Stallings automotive is the only place I trust my with my car. They are fast, efficient and always get the job done right. They go above and beyond every time! I have had my car towed and repaired by them many times and have no complaints! Thank you Stallings crew you guys are amazing! Highly recommend!

I was visiting from Utah, and my car was having serious radiator trouble on the way up. Turns out it was just a bad radiator cap. They even test drove it and pressure tested the system to make sure it was good. They got it to me a few hours later, so I was able to make the trip back, and I've had no problems with it since. Very happy with the honest and quality service!

After taking my car to other mechanics and being told it was something I KNEW it wasn't, I took it to Stallings. When I told them what I thought it was they didn't roll their eyes or treat me like just a girl. They said, " we will check that first." I loved hearing, " you were right." That was almost 2 years ago and i haven't taken my vehicles anywhere else since. Pricing is more than fair and ALWAYS honest. Today I was told, " our customers are like family." That is exactly how I feel when I go in.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the folks at Stallings Automotive. Miranda was a wonderful help and bent over backwards to help us out. My daughter lives in Rigby (single mother with two small children) and we live 3 hours away in Utah. Her car stopped working and we thought it was the battery. Replaced the battery, and the BAT light was still on. She drove it until it died again. I called Stallings and worked out a plan for them to come and pick up the vehicle with their tow truck and check the car out to make sure that my unprofessional diagnosis was correct. Indeed it was, and a new alternator was needed. Miranda worked with me and helped us find the most economical way to have this issue fixed, and the car is now back with my daughter (they even worked out a way to pick up my daughter and her two kids so they wouldn't have to try to find a ride to pick up their car) and it is working great! I feel so blessed that there are still good, trustworthy people and companies out there that can be counted on for great customer service, but even more, a caring attitude and fair and honest pricing and service! While staying in the area this summer, we needed some serious repair on our Ford F 250 Diesel. Stallings Automotive came highly recommended from locals so we went there for an evaluation. The team there was all very knowledgeable and professional. Our evaluation was done at no charge, not sure who does that any more except Bryce! We returned to have the work done, then had them look at our travel trailer as well. We wish that we could have them do all our mechanic work! Fast, fair, reasonably priced, accommodating - they let us use an office space and WIFI so we could keep on our work schedule! Thanks, Stallings Team, we appreciate YOU! Matt and RHonda

Thank you, Jeremy! If we had to break down, I m glad we were in Rigby. Jeremy got us towed, the whole bottom of the car repaired and got us on our way in less than a week.
