Online listing matched the vehicle in every way. Prices very reasonable. Once we decided to buy, he handled the paperwork very quickly. No pressure. He was there to answer questions, but he left us to explore the car on our own. I would buy here again.

I have bought 4 cars from Branded Auto and have loved them! There has never been any underlying issues that sprung up on me after the purchase. The owner is local and the prices are fair! It s best to call and set up a test drive! Here are the cars I ve bought from him!

We have now, as of today, bought and sold 4 vehicles here. He has shot me strait every deal. We he sold my subaru he was honest and told me to fix a cpl things so he felt good about selling it. Wasn't the goal as I was hoping to sell as is, but i appreciate his candor and honest approach. Grateful for an honest dealerships!

Seller knew next to nothing about the vehicles mechanical condition or repair history. He claimed that the timing chain was good and the axles were new... neither was the case.less than 100 miles later we're in for $4975 worth of necessary repair work.At the end of the day this is on me... but if you are considering a vehicle at Branded I would not trust their assessment of the vehicle's mechanical condition or history.Aslo, as a bit of advice, if a seller makes it difficult to have the vehicle inspected at your expense - walk away.

This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had buying a car, I drove 6 hours to buy it because I was assured that it was in "a+ condition" and was told there was zero issues. I first met the owner at my bank to get a check for the car but he insisted that I do a transfer instead before even looking at the car which was a little bit suspicious but I ended up getting a check (being this is the second time I've bought a car I didn't know cashier's checks take 90 days to cancel so now I won't have that money for 3 months but that's my fault due to my lack of knowledge). Then I drove the car from the bank to his "dealership"(a shed from home Depot) and immediately noticed a loud whining sound coming from the engine, the car also had a bad alignment which I was not told about. Once we got to the "dealership"(once again a shed from home Depot) I asked my friend to rev the engine a little bit while I had to hood open and I discovered the turbo bearings were going out which could cause catastrophic engine failure. The owner claimed he thought the noise was normal and had no idea what it was(you would think someone who sells cars for a living would know how they work but he clearly was trying to sell it with the issue and play dumb). As I also said there was a handful of other issues that were not disclosed to me and the owner just tried playing dumb saying he didn't see them and that the car wasn't his and that he was just selling it for someone else. So of course I didn't buy the car and drove 11 hours for nothing.I would exercise extreme caution if buying from this "dealership" or just avoiding them completely. I was completely lied to and not made aware of any issues(besides that the clock spring needed to be replaced), I understand they resell rebuilt cars but I was told it was in pristine condition which it was obviously not.-I love your very professional replies to everyone's bad review's, and ok maybe I was wrong, 90% of these cars are drive by wire so I didn't think of that. Bottom line is you did not disclose a single issue to me and I spotted a handful of them within the first few minutes. But it was a good learning experience so thanks.

Had a great experience with Barry! I felt he was very honest and a good quality person to work with. The last car I bought, the person was dishonest with me and it was frustrating. Barry was upfront and honest about everything and it was great working with him. He was also very personable as we talked about our families. I will always highly recommend working him to anyone. I bought a 2023 Honda Ridgeline from Branded Auto. On my drive home. I had a couple of error codes come up on my dash. I was worried because I bought the Ridgeline as is. The dealership was very kind about it and stood behind the cost of fixing the error codes. I am very pleased with how I was treated at the dealership. I would highly recommend them and would do business with them again.

Wow I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Hands down the friendliest and most convenient dealership in eastern Idaho. If you re sick of the typical car salesman that is just after your money then this is the place for you. Branded Auto was the only dealership we could find that genuinely cares to put you in a great car and at an even better price. We have bought multiple cars from Barry and each time he has found us deals that seem way too good to be true. Trade ins have been a breeze and more than fair. I can t even imagine going anywhere else now. They get a lot of different cars to choose from each week and even if you don t see something you love at the dealership, I don t know anyone better at finding dream cars then Barry. On top of that Barry is one of the nicest and funniest people around. I ve found my dealership for life. Let s support this small town family business!

I have purchased two cars from Barry at Branded auto. They were both amazing! Great new cars for a much less price! He is awesome to work with! Usually when you buy a car you walk away and see them again when you purchase your next vehicle. I am a widow tho and so sometimes I bug Barry with questions about the car I d usually bug my spouse with. He is so kind and helps me out every time! He is honest and trustworthy! Plus he has amazing taste in getting great vehicles!!! Go get ya one!
