Decent people work here but more than once I ve taken my truck in to have them address something that doesn t get passed on and/or I leave with other issues that I didn t have before. Frustrating as hell when I have to wait 2 weeks to even get the truck in on their schedule, then burn half a day to get there and back, on top of what time they feel they need to spend on the truck just to have to do it all again so they can address what was either communicated very clearly to them the first time or to fix what gremlin they created. I pay to have this stuff done right and to save time not because I m not competent enough to do so. Wish these guys were more reliable because I hate writing things like this. Also on a considerable note when shopping for a truck, asking to spend upwards of $75000 on a vehicle they were incapable and unwilling to spend the time to try to get me what I wanted so I bought my truck at Mountain Home Auto Ranch in Twin Falls where I had a seamless and actually fun experience buying my first high end truck.

Very disappointed with ford. I brought in my truck which had a soft clutch pedal. After a month I finally get a call back and was told they will have to replace my clutch and a master cylinder. I got my car back the day before thanksgiving and drove 4 hours down to Utah to see family. Only to find they didn t reconnect the exhaust, my clutch pedal is still soft, and my truck has never had more issues going into gear. Leaving me stuck down in Utah unable to get back to school. Very disappointed. Save yourself the time and trouble and take it somewhere else.

I recently purchased a pickup here and the whole process was transparent, simple, and smooth. I really like the personal touch and the atmosphere of the business. It was by far the best experience of all of the dealerships that I visited during my search, and possibly ever! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Jake was hands down the best salesman I ve worked with went to a bunch of dealers and got the basic salesman run around being 19 and having very little credit history. He got me in and out fast with the pickup of my choice and wasn t pushy or overwhelming about any of it. We got done with the deal late at night and there car wash people had already clocked out for the day but still held up his end with letting me come back for wash even after I had run around on my job site all day with the pickup getting it dirty. End of the day fast dependable service and definitely coming back when it s time for an upgrade

Jake was great to work with. Process was fast easy. Had the car ready right on time for the appointment. He made the buying process smooth I don t think I was even there for a hour can t ever say that when car shopping.

POTENTIAL BUYERS I HOPE THIS HELPS!! I traded in my 2013 f150 a few months ago. They refused to give me 10k let alone the 12k trade in on KBB, Offering only 9k. Which would be fine except they currently have it listed on lot at 17.9k... Its black with aftermarket bumpers, replacement stereo. 5 stars for great sales. (I love my new truck-but I am not a fan of sticky fingers) it's all because they were "unaware" of the aftermarket exhaust and want to make up profits from my new f350.

I was extremely pleased with my regular service for my Ranger. Everyone was organized and friendly. The service was performed efficiently. I was updated on next service interval and was ready to go. Feel very confident in the work performed. Will definitely be my dealer of choice for servicing my Ford Ranger.

Part came in early and they called to let me know. Then they offered to see me sooner than planned. They were really fast. Ive got other Ford dealerships in the area. I will keep going back to Woody Smith because of how they took care of me.

They took care of my needs, seemed honest and kind.Service didn t take more than an hour. If you are trying to schedule with them, don t bother going on the phone as it takes a long time to reach them, I would just go in to schedule! Or do it online.

I took my F150 in to the service department to get an oil change and a new undercarriage cover as mine was damaged. I came back and they had done the oil change, but had also replaced the undercarriage cover at no charge because they had an extra one from when another customer replaced theirs with an after market cover. They were friendly and had great customer service.

The man at the service desk was not welcoming. He tried to rush me off as quickly as possible. They said they would call me when my car was completed. No one called. I had to call for an update. Not a place I want to take my car again.

I brought my Ford raptor here after having a very bad experience with Ford of Jackson Hole. They worked with my warranty and fixed all the problems with my truck. In addition, the staff were all very pleasant and they had excellent customer service skills.

My first time having service done at Woody Smith on my Navigator. They were wonderful. After a lengthy discussion with the parts dept about needing a splash guard, after a different Ford dealer ordered the wrong part and still charged me, they got the right part. Also got the right brake pads and clips. No more rattle from the broken clip. Yeah! Definitely will be getting future service at Woody Smith.

The owner takes pride in doing things right and has caused us to be multiple repeat customers. When buying a car we don t have to go through all the nonsense you get at other dealers. We drive there from two states away to be treated as valued customers. They keep their word.

We had an great experience at Smith Ford in Rexburg earlier this week. These guys took great care of us with the purchase of our new truck and the related accessories. I had looked all over Idaho and Utah and Smith Ford had the best deals I found anywhere.Prices were more than fair and they weren't pushy or aggressive. Also, although I don't usually buy them, they were also quite a bit less expensive and aggressive about their extended warranties and other related services the finance department always offers when you buy a car.Both Austin in the sales department and Austin the Manager did a great job and were super easy to work with. They were even patient with our 11 month old, who wasn't as excited to be there as mom and dad were :)We had some aftermarket stuff scheduled to install and they were also easy to work with and fair priced in the parts and service departments, which was a breath of fresh air compared to most other dealerships I've been to!Thanks for the great experience guys. My wife is already looking to replace the "family car", so I'm sure we'll be seeing you again sometime soon!Stop in and shop here if you're in the market for a new vehicle! Highly recommended!
