If you just need a summary of what is in this review, I ll lay it out to start.1) Dishonest service- they won t tell you the issues with the vehicle until after you buy it or not even at all.2) TERRIBLE communication.3) temporary fixesMy husband and I bought a car here and it was at a very affordable price. But the moment the papers were signed, we were told that it had a shifting issue. That was something that we hadn t been told before even though we had asked over and over again if there were any issues. The only issue that we were made aware of was that the passenger side of the vehicle had been replaced. When he told us there was a shifting issue, we didn t think too much of it because we have another vehicle that does that and all we have to do is use the manual shift release for it. The gentleman told us that if it has this problem, that we can bring it back to him. Well, not even a full weekend later, it had this problem. I sat in my car for 10 minutes trying to shift the car and even trying to use the manual shift release and none of it would work. We reached out about getting it fixed and we didn t hear anything. We finally called and the lady who didn t even know when the dude would be around to fix it. Finally, we get told to bring it in the next day. So we did. We are then trying to figure out if we have to pay and when we can get our car back and we weren t getting any responses. We did get it back 3 days later, but they originally told us we would have it back the night we brought it or the next day.Then to top it off, we get the car back and the shifting seems to be fine, and now we are right back to where we started. The shifting will not work and neither will the manual shift release. Basically what they did was a temporary fix to the car. So I once again had to sit in my car and be late for work. Everyone was very nice here, but we came here to get a car that would work. Not one that we will now have to dump more money into. We bought a car to replace the car that we had to do that with. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Very dishonest people.

While they were personable and it was a simple process on our end, it's had expensive problems right off the bat. Had to fully replace the windshield ($300) because whoever did it before didn't even seal it, so we had dripping on the inside of the car. One of the new tires bought for the car had a hole in it which wasn't expensive but was a little scary to drive with, and even after fixing it the air light still isn't turning off... Consider cars from here but do be careful and meticulous, and ask a lot of direct questions.

Not super upfront with you. We probably should have had a mechanic look at it, but we've had good luck with rebuilt cars before, so we didn't bother. Everything seemed fine with test driving and looking it over (other than they had the wrong dipstick in it). We bought it for a great price (and we still think it was a pretty good price, but we might not have made the same decision had we known the following).Doing our due diligence later, we found that the car had the wrong antifreeze in it, the frame has clearly been welded, and the windshield wiper fluid reservoir is completely busted (looks like someone tried to JB weld it and it just cracked). This is also a car that should be getting 24-30 mpg and is only getting 22/23 with mostly highway driving. We'll see what the next tank of gas tells us.Great potential getting a car from here...but ask lots of questions and probably have the car inspected.

We purchased our Subaru Outback from Galicia s. The owners were very up front and kind. Our car had any of the usual damages that you would expect from a salvage car, but was overall in good condition. The owners were very flexible in allowing us to bring the car to our mechanic for an inspection. He found a few issues including: loose headlight, malfunctioning blinker, loose battery, and crushed transmission line. The owners were quick to fix all of the issues that were found without any question. They worked with us on the price and were courteous and timely through the whole process.We are excited about the beautiful interior, good AC, and the warranty on the engine and transmission.

Just bought our car from this cute and personable dealership. they were very accommodating and answered all our questions. All their cars come at a very fair price and perhaps even affordable for students compared to bigger dealerships. Will say that it may be easy to drive right pass them when looking for them.

We had a wonderful experience at Galicia's! They were always quick to answer our messages through Facebook. We asked a lot of questions about the vehicle we were interested in and they always worked hard to give honest answers. They worked with us to fix some minor details on the car and we purchased the vehicle for a very affordable price.These are good, honest people and they will work with you to find a great car at a great price! I typically don't like working with dealers but I definitely recommend checking out Galicia's!

My husband and I bought our first car here today! We had a great experience. Benton was very kind and gave us time to talk and look over the car. We didn t feel pressured one bit. The car was also VERY clean and looked great. If you re looking to buy a car, go here!

Talked to a salesmen on Facebook, made a plan to meet up at the dealership the next day and he never showed up. I messaged him and he sold the car and didn t tell me. Let me waste 30 minutes of my life waiting for him. So inconsiderate. I don t even care that he sold the car I just wish that he would have told me.

I wouldn't buy a car from this place. My friend got a car from them and the whole subframe was destroyed and covered up, he called (No answers), also wrote a review on facebook and all he got was they didn't know him, also they lie about the repair done to the vehicle.I know they are repaired cars, but there is a way to fix them correctly and ways to patch it up.... and this one was patched up ! Be Aware if you go checking a car from them.... as far as I know this people do concrete and salvage cars too, two totally different fields, they can't be good at both of them and I already saw the bad side . Be Aware what you buy also check the prices...

My daughter bought a car from these scam artist ppl and it has been the worse decision ever ! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AT ALL ! I am from cali and i had bought vehicles salvage before but these dealership do not repair the vehicles right... they patch them up to make them look good from the outside but sooner than later you find issues and when u call them they WONT answer you. They prices are cheap but you get what u pay for... the cars sold by this dealer won't last not even a month. I have reported them with the boise idaho DMV and also called generals attorneys of idaho. Unfortunate car dealers are somewhat protected in the state of Idaho unless u get an attorney to sue them u got not help. So good luck buying a car from this scammers.

I bought a car from them it s been a few months now but the trunk would not open and they told me they would fix it I ve tried calling them to set an appointment but they don t answer and keep pushing me away the car was also leaking oil the rear break light was broken as well as the front head light. They were asking $4,500 I only offered them $3,500. If you want a cheap car that will last you about 2 years and don t mind spending the extra to fix everything you find wrong with it m, but from them but a vehicle from here will not last you longer than 2 years max and that s pushing it

I asked the guy how the paint was on a car he said good. I drove 40 miles to go look and the car was riddled with dents. Not impressed. Every car on the lot was damaged pretty good. And not a good deal.on them either. He was asking book price or above . They are all salvaged titles..not repaired cars . Still damaged. Horrible experience.

Treble service. I had an appointment to see a car and they sold it and did not tell me. I'm not bothered that they sold the car I'm bothered that did not have the decency to tell me and cancel the appointment.

It's a garbage dealer. The cars are taken from auctions at a very low price and they resell them. I bought a Dart and it didn't last two months. The car only had 40,000 miles.Es una b�sura de dealer los carros son sacados de subastas a muy bajo precio y los revenden compr� un Dart y mo me dur� ni dos meses el carro solo ten�a 40000 millas

I bought my car here a few months ago and I haven't had any problems, Benton allowed me to take the car with my mechanic and I didn't have any mechanical problems, I fully recommend them, they are honest and help you with whatever needs you have.Comprar mi carro aqu� hace unos meses atr�s y no he tenido ning�n problema, Benton me permiti� tomar el caro con mi mecanico y no tuvo ning�n problema mec�nico, plenamente los recomiendo son honestos y te ayudan con las necesidades que tengas.
