Order a part over 100 dollars asked the older guy if he would look and see if I ordered the right part. I had it with me . He said no ma am I won t look. I said I just want to make sure before I leave so I don t have to come back. He refused said you ordered it and that s what you get. So much for a second pair of eyes on something to help a girl out. Poor customer service . Could have at least looked and told me it looks right. Won t be coming back Pattie s action auto would have taken the 2 seconds .

The help there is not very personable nor helpful. Maybe you should try applying somewhere where you actually like doing the work that is expected of you there....... Just saying.....And the parts runner to remember where she came from she isn't any better than anyone else nor different from them either

I have 2 older Subaru's & it's getting harder to find parts. Little did I know something as common as an inigtion rotor would be so hard to come by. They were able to find 1 each at 2 different stores so I'm buying both.

James at Priest River Napa Auto Parts saved our vacation today! We needed, what turned out to be, several last minute parts for a rental travel trailer. We went to 4 different stores and James was finally able to help us. He went above and beyond to get us rolling. He is truly a good person and a great employee! Thank you so much!

Great selection for the area. They have a large selection of almost anything you would need for automotive repair & very helpful friendly sales people. We were able to get side post battery terminals so I could get my elderly father laws 1975 Dodge Power Wagon running after sitting for 10 years - WOOHOO

A pillar in our community, and a safe haven for the down on his luck, dont know nothing, mechanically inclined fellow. Not to mention just as much help to the handy mechanic. They always have time to give advice and answer questions!

Needed a ball joint / bushing press and ended up here to rent one for $5/day. The press kit was Evercraft (should be called EverCrap), made in China. Does not include any press dies, only 3 cups and 2 adapters. The rod is coarse threaded so you cannot get any power out of it. In short, a complete piece of junk worse than something from harbor freight. I should not be surprised as I stopped shopping here after my second set of junk alternators and junk starters failed after a year of use (1 year warranty)!

I live in Newport, but I drive to priest river to shop at the Napa. I have consistently received good and knowledgeable service from the Napa in Priest river. Unfortunately the same cannot be said of the Napa in Newport, which is odd because I have been told they are owned by the same person. I have received such terrible service, consistently, from the napa store in Newport that I had to say something: 'Owner of Napa store, give your manager in priest river a bonus or have that individual go to Newport and teach them some basics.'

We always get the friendliest service here. Not unusual for an employee to offer to come out and look at your car or your boat, etc.

I like Napa but this one never ever picks up the phone. Granted it s sunday but will b helpful to reach the voicemail with hours of operation info

I appreciate how helpful the staff is at the Sandpoint store, but Priest River is good too!

Wonderful service right as he got off the phone he automatically said he was sorry for the wait and looked up what we needed and got it done faster then one phone call at any other auto part store!

i always had to wait about a day for parts to be ordered in and recieved. 3 out of every 5 times, they were the wrong parts for a completely different vehicle.

Absolute ridiculousness. Check to make sure parts are right, parts say they are right, get almost to the point of puting on said parts and it's the wrong part. Wow is all I have to say.
