I took my razor into to Cris and Mike. It had been worked on by another shop that did real shotty work. Chris and Mike found everything the other shop messed up on and fixed it really quick for me so I could make a trip I had booked. I couldn't be happier with how professional they are. My kdx was bugging down and wouldn't stay running when I took it in. When I picked it up after more than a month and a 1/2 and paid $231 all I got for it was 2 missing hose clamps and the bike wouldn't even start. I put a new carburetor on it for 53$ from Amazon and it runs great. SAVE YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I needed my motorcycle worked on. I had a flatbed tow it to their shop. They worked on it replacing the starter, starter shaft, primary gasket, and battery. They called me a week later when the work was completed. They emailed me an invoice with all the service breakdown, and a convenient pay bar portal. I immediately received a receipt in my email. I picked up the motorcycle the next day. Great Mechanics, and very professional, fast, and friendly service.Darrell.

Chris is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with- same with Mike. I had a Boondocker package put in and I couldn t be happier! My performance went way up! I also had several other items added or repaired and it was all perfect. I m typing this on the new IPad Chris got for me to navigate. He took a lot of time to log me in and show me how to operate all the apps he installed, including onX off-road. I m extremely happy with Throttle Wide Open and highly recommend them.
