They changed my battery. I left and a bunch of warning lights were on. My throttle was not working and I nearly got in accident driving back home and returning there. I went back and was told it was not likely it was the battery. However after one technician looked up my lights he noted he could reset them and did so. This worked but my check engine light is still to be resolved. I was later informed by my father that this is normal and should be reset by the technician.

Big waste of time trying to get tires installed. After a long wait they said they wouldn t do the job because one of the struts was stripped but I have never been refused service anywhere else. Walmart is also a supporter of the World Economic Forum so I will be doing my best to boycott them.

Its great to come to Walmart and find everything you need from auto related to food ,beer , wine baked goods fresh meats pizzas , the roasted chicken is the best here , there are some items you might have to go to the auto parts store for but......they have everything you might need......if this helps please give a like............ .............Warning..........Note do not bring you cars for service leave that to the professionals.....................................

Went in to just switch a single tire onto a rim. We were quoted an hour to an hour and a half, it instead took almost 2 and a half hours. As we were waiting we saw 4 guys standing around and talking. There was maybe one other customer that we saw the whole time we were there. After about 2 hours we asked, and they said oh yeah we will jump on that right now. When they could have had it done sooner. There was nobody ahead of us. It was extremely frustrating to see them standing around and talking when we could have been in and out much faster. The most upsetting was when they said I'll start working on it right now it will only take 15 minutes. There was absolutely no reason for it to take 2 and a half hours.

The oil change service here is so terrible. The last 2 times I've come here, there was only a car or two ahead of me and it took over 2 hours for an oil change. At one point on my most recent visit, my car was the only car being "worked on". While checking at the window I saw 5 employees standing either on their phones or just talking, while my car sat with the hood open. Don't waste your time here. It's worth the extra money to go somewhere else where they can get you in and out, like Einstein or Oil Can Henry's.

So sad, I like to support Walmart for many reasons but as a serious Google reviewer I must give the tire department a low score. People are very nice but so understaffed that they can't give the customer what they need. This is on the store manager.

They are more than 2 hours behind on tire alone, without a care in the world they just stand and talk. This is the worst run service shop I have ever seen for a chain store!

Terrible!I went here to get my oil changed and the people here took 2+ hours to get it done. Not to mention that they left off the cap for my oil tank!!! Note the mess of oil inside my hood!Had my father and I not been looking at my car and checking out the interior a few days later, I would have likely been in serious trouble. Might have even seen smoke or a fire!Will never come here again, at least not for the foreseeable future.

They don't keep proper stock of inventory and prices, this was the third Walmart auto I visited and after being told to go here because they have my tire in stock I drove all the way across town to this specific Walmart to be told they were actually out of stock of the tire I needed that was on sale, but they did try selling me the exact same tire without the sale price as apparently those aren't out of stock. I'm not sure how a tire can be in stock just not for the price actually advertised. Either honor the sale price advertised that got me to come to Walmart in the first place or update your inventory. You can't waste peoples time being told to go store to store just to find out they were being misled each time.

Bought tires and scheduled installation for my truck. Initially was told they could do it but it would take a while. Then i heard them discussing whether they could or not while i was right next to them in the waiting room. Sounded like they came to a conclusion and nobody said anything to me so i figured it was good to go. Sat for close to two hours in the waiting room before hearing two technicians arguing who had to tell me so i walked out and asked. Wasted 2 hours of my life and NOBODY apologized. Manager dodged eye contact and wouldnt say anything to me. Not cool. A third grader could provide better customer service.

I went to the walmart on overland for an oil change and they said they were lacking staff. I called over to the meridian walmart to get in. The lady, Pam,said come on over. I drove over to meridian. I got to the customer service station and Pam turned me away. I asked why and she said they were fully booked. She should have told me before i left the other walmart. Terrible customer service. I wont be back to this location.

Horrible, it took two days for someone to answer the phone. When I finally spoke to someone they couldn't answer any questions for me, they were rude, their attitude was like I was wasting their time. I had to schedule an appointment for anyone to answer any questions and then they couldn't even get me on the schedule for 3 days. I asked to be sent an appointment reminder and she laughed at me and said no. The day of my appointment I called to confirm my appointment and no one answered. I called 20 times that day and the phone just rang and rang. NOT PROFESSIONALS. Do not take your car here! I ended up going to Firestone where the service was incredible, the best in the valley

Need to higher more people and more experienced people. Walmart has to start offering an actual competitive amount for pay in order to achieve that. The manager broke one of my valve stems. They did a repair however, my rim is permanently damaged and will not function as it should.

Website shows it opens at 7am and I've been waiting outside at one of their service lanes. Almost an hour later with no sign or anything. Finally called and spoke with Kevin and stated that they don't open Friday and Saturday due to short staff. It would be great if they put a sign out reflecting those changes on the operating hours.

There service here is just present for a paycheck. I have had to return 3 time just to have them fix there mistakes. Saftey, is only a concern as long as they can use it to not do there job.I reather pay 3 times as much for tires then go back to WalmartService: Auto tire replacement

Their oil changes are wonderful however dealing with Kevin is absolutely awful every time! His attitude just sucks no matter when you come in. He always seems bothered and treats you with very little respect. Going to have to stop coming. Wish it was a bad day but Kevin just has a bad attitude all around.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had a very poor experience at another Walmart auto center months back. So I was reluctant to take my car to ANY Walmart after. Well, I'm happy to say this was a great visit! They actually listened and followed through on concerns with my car. The employee was very pleasant to work with. Thank you, I will return to this particular auto center again.

Have been trying to get in contact with someone in their car care center for over half an hour and each time I call I get hung up on before I can talk to anyone or they just let it ring. Tried calling the actual store to see if they could get me someone in car center and still same issue. Apparently Walmart doesn't answer calls at all anymore was planning on getting a new battery installed in my car and purchasing it from them but apparently for car care I will be better off with a company that actually answers the phone to talk to customers. Disappointed and a waste of time trying to get anything done through Walmart. Customer care and service is not a priority here I guess.

I have visited this Walmart 3 times 2/3 of the times I was told they aren t doing services at the time and to be back in about 3 hours. One of these times was a flat tire and not even help was offered. Extremely frustrating as a younger female who doesn t know much about cars. I recommend driving an extra 15 minutes out to the ten mile Walmart auto center..

We took our car to get a oil change at the Walmart on fairview in meridian and were so happy! They actually want above and beyond ...just excellent service. They vacuumed out the front of my car I didn't expect that. And we're very informative about the service and helpful So yah we were definitely satisfied with the service we got from the Walmart automotive center on fairview..

I enjoyed my experience, they were very busy when I went in so we set up an appointment for the next day, they open early, there was no other cars at 8am so it was quick and I was done. Thank for the great work.

Rude not to mention they hung off of the skid plate on the bottom of my car to change my oil and swap out my oil filter and then didn't even tighten it. They cut you off when your talking and expressing your frustrations about your vehicle. I will never take .y car here for an oil change.

I walked in there with 4 kids and a flat tire, they were friendly, but they told me 45 min to an hour, then i ended up waiting almost 1.5 hours before my car was even pulled into the garage, patch job only took about 10 min. And it's $10 for a patch. Won't be going back there for a flat

Had a long day and received awful customer service until I decided to come here instead. They took me in right before they were about to close and received me with kindness and patience. I'm not sure the name of the attendant I spoke with but I am impressed. Thank you so much

This walmart has the worst costumer service. i m sorry but when i come in at 5 and ask for an oil change and they close at 6 and they tell me no sorry you ll have to come back tomorrow. they only had one other car and it was almost done. not to mention i had called and asked if anyone was available and they said yes. don t go here

my car was apparantly too low for the lifts and they had a low pro jack I asked him if they can use it and he said i dont feel like doing one tire at a time so i asked another worker and he said he would do it but MARVIN wouldn't let him...their excuses not to do things cause their too lazy is a 5 star
