I honestly am at a loss for words.Did I get tires placed on my car? Yes. Are they quality tires? Yes. Are there any quality issues with the work done? No. Did Walmart do it in a timely manner? NO - they did NOT complete the job in a timely manner.I m okay with waiting an extra 30 minutes to an hour for my car to be done but when it s nearly dead and I can literally still see my car parked / not being moved (48 minutes after I was told it would only take an hour) is when I draw the line. Josh (I think that s what his name was) kept pushing his promise times back. No excuses, just said he was getting to it. Getting to what? The car wasn t even being moved. If you are on lunch, tell me you are on lunch. If you got stuff going on, tell me you got stuff going on.Don t just say it will be done ____ when it s not.I ended up waiting 3 hours on a SLOW day to get my tires done.Dissatisfied and very disappointed. Do not go to this Tire Center to get your tires replaced. Go to a different Walmart, go to Costco, or go to a normal tire shop.

Extremely unpleasant experience working with Josh. Extremely rude to me when trying to schedule services and said that new tires could take up to THREE HOURS to install. When I questioned this, he literally scoffed in my face and walked away. I should've read all of the other reviews about this kid and Wal Mart's service in general, but now know never to come here again. Go somewhere else, spending the extra money at a reliable tire center is well worth it compared to the headache these people will put you through.

Jag was especially helpful. He was very knowledgeable about batteries. I came in with a dead battery, they tested it and attempted to charge it. Even when I asked if he would be able to accommodate trying to charge it once more, he did so without hesitation. Low and behold, it fully charged. There wasn't any cost for this service.I also bought my last set of tires here. I shopped around extensively and they had the lowest price. I also love that they also have evening hours!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. After having an appointment scheduled, they took our car in more than 45 min after the appointment and told us that they didn t have the correct tires. They only had 3 of them and stated that the Walmart Auto Center on Garrity had 1 that we could go pick up. And if we got it back by 5:35 they could still do it. We drove all the way to Nampa, got the tire, brought it back and were here by 5:33. Then the lead, Josh, proceeded to tell us that they said 5:25, not 5:35. Which they didn t, myself, my fianc� and my son all heard Josh say 5:35 and they refused to do it. When we confronted Josh about it he was extremely rude and condescending. I stated that the least he could do was apologize and he just walked away from me after scoffing, he did this to my fianc� as well. We wasted our time and money going all the way to get the other tire and to be treated like this was extremely disappointing. This was poor customer service and I will not return to this Walmart auto center again. They lied to us about the time the initially stated and did not even apologize for the inconvenience.We then returned the tire that we went to go get through a lady named May, who did apologize. I would appreciate a call about this as it was such a poor experience.

Horrible. The guys that work on your car are not professional. Waylon turned me down on mounting two tires. Refused to get me in when they were not busy. Walmart employees turn customers away. Walmart is good for everything else. For your vehicle needs please take to Big O tire or your next reputable tire shop.

Appointment was 30 minutes late, but I easily could have looked past that. I had brand new tires put on, less than an hour later I had a flat. I had to go to les Schwab and they told me Walmart put the tires on wrong, so all the air leaked out. Had to pay more money to fix your guy s mistakes. I tried to call to see if y all would fix the tire, no answer. I called a different Walmart, they told me they couldn t help me as they were understaffed.So yeah I ll never be using Walmart again. I always used to get my oil changed here, no thanks. :(Service: Tires

Went in on a Sunday and worked with John. Fast and efficient. In less than an hour, I left with a new battery and no install charge. Great job

Apparently they close at 4 on Sunday s even though there ours show 6. Ruined my trip because I was relying on them. Disappointed and will never return and give them business. Felt selfish and like they just wanted to leave early instead of doing their jobs. Even posting this at 4pm, sign shows 6pm. Closed?

Was told there is only 2 people who work in auto and if they are both working on a car they will just ignore customers / phone calls in automotive. I was told that it would be an hour before someone could help me, but they close in an hour so that doesn t really help.The same associate said that you just have to get lucky that they aren t working on a car to have anyone help you. They don t do appointments.

Disappointed I came in twice to do oil change and they were backed up. Told once to return 4 hours later and try after lunch since morning full. Second time said full and then told closed Fri and Sat since only two techs work. Annoying to waste time and can't make appointments. The older gentleman was very polite and kind. Gave up and made appointment down road and was in, out and done within half hour.

Rude told me they couldn't do my oil change becouse the oil plug was cross threaded in front of a ton of people right after I said I do my own oil changes but didn't have time this time I was confused becouse (I did it ) but i believed the service man and the tech and I was pretty embarrassed. Took truck went straight home 7 min away and climbed under the truck and took the plug off with a open end wrench no problem .called and the desk guy said ya I believe you that don't suprize me with that service guy . Wow

I acquired some nearly new tires. I called Walmart and made an appointment for my wife to take my truck there to mount the tires. I was told it would be no problem. After my wife brings my truck in, the man at the counter states he can't change the tires out. Why not? He says that he can't be liable for drivability issues when changing tires to a different size. Well, the size of tires are the exact size listed on the inside of my truck's door. Why there would be a drivability issue, I have no idea. But he gave my wife the hassle of refusing to mount them without giving a reason that makes any sense. So she left. I ended up going to big o tires, who, after looking at the new tires said it would be absolutely no problem to mount them. They did it for me in about an hour with no appointment. Thank you big o tires understanding what you are doing. The gentleman at Walmart had nothing to do, the shop was dead. It appears he would rather sit there and do little. I will never go to the Walmart tire center for anything. Total incompetence, in my opinion.

Huge disappointment. I came in to get a tire patch. They said they re running lower on the larger patches and would call me if they weren t able to do anything to my tire, and they said they had a three hour wait. I didn t think I would need a big patch. After two hours of waiting I came back and they told me they couldn t do it. They didn t call me or let me know. Waste of my time and I will never go to another Walmart auto center. Be more diligent about letting your customers know what you can do for them. There should have been a walk through where a person verbally inspected it and told me in person they didn t have the right patch work. Get it together amateurs

Avoid at all costs. My wife came home after getting an oil change and the next morning there was a pool of oil under the car. They made a huge mess changing the filter and had oil all over the front axle. A couple weeks later my son takes the truck in and they tell him that they can't change the oil because it has an aftermarket oil plug, even though we have had it in before with the same oil plug and no problem. After getting the truck home I noticed that the oil dipstick was sticking out and the oil fill cap was missing. Of course they insist that they didn't do it and they refuse to replace the oil filler cap. So not only would they not change my oil I am now out $16 for a new cap. The costumer service in the auto center is terrible. The managers and employees are confrontational and defensive. I used to like this place but it has really gone south over the last year (written as of 7/31/2019)

Tire Product wasn't bad but the service was ridiculously slow and inefficient. At 9am opening today they have 5-6 employees in the department with 4 standing around talking and only one bay going. Then saying it takes an hour for all those guys to put four tires on a car. Everytime I try to get my rotation it's always at least an hour wait if not more. You might save a few bucks over another place but you give it right back sacrificing time and sanity dealing with their slow service.

Was refused service at tire center. Car stalled in parking lot was refused a jump, but was told if I got the car over there they would look at it. They refused to look at it even though the sign said they were open. Don't go here for service!

Made an appointment for a tire change at noon. Showed up ten minutes early just to be safe and they told me it'd be an hour and a half before they could work on mine which wasn't an issue until I sat for 3 hours with no news of the status of my car.

I got to walmart at 9:15. One car in all of the bays it took 15 minutes to even get acknowledged and then they quoted me 30-60 minutes. 60 minutes later they told me it would be another 60 minutes. The lady at the counter and the service tech never offered an apology. My expectations are not high for Wally World but this is just aweful.

Just to put on 4 tires It took 2.5 hours. I guess it was nap time. Some peoples warranties are now lost to. F,,,,n walmart

Went into the tire&Lube express for them to fix my tire because my car was saying that i had low air dressage on dash, one of the workers comes back to say that my tired were actually a little above tire pressure so they deflated my tires!! Worst tire and Lube express I've been too! Didn't even have my car for 10 minutes!!

They drove my only car into their wall and they (Walmart has their own insurance company) totalled my car, and wouldn't get me a rental. Now I have to buy another car with $2k while I'm closing on a house. I will NEVER go back!

Horrible service, I'm still on hold on the phone. The operator told me to use another Wal mart because no one is wanting to take my call. Same experience I've had in the past when they told me they had my part ready and when I showed up they said they forgot to order it.

Good service here. Prices are far more reasonable than places like Les Schwab or auto shops. Usually not a long wait for basic services like tires.
