I took my truck that has never leaked a drop of oil on my driveway to Einsteins. I was waiting a bit because they were clearly understaffed working as fast as they could. They asked me did you know that your oil pan bolt is stripped? Months later my truck now leaks oil on my driveway. What a convenient way to say sorry we stripped your bolt and don t want to be held accountable. Shame on the honestly and Shame on the company for letting 2 guys run it on a Saturday. Of course I ll never be reimbursed for the damage they did. Here s a challenge to the higher ups to have some integrity. I ll report back if anything changes.

These guys have awesome service! Jeff always takes good care of me when I go in there. Very low pressure they just offer you the different services for your vehicle and you get to choose if you want to do them or not. I highly recommend coming here.

I m not a customer, but a tech who had to deal with the aftermath of an oil change from this location. The drain plug was cross threaded, and the filter was so insanely tight that this is what it looked like after we got it off. Oil filters are only supposed to be hand tight, there s no reason this should have happened. Good rule of thumb, any lube/tire place that has instant in the name, or their gimmick is that they are fast (Valvoline Instant Oil, Take5, etc), they re most likely sacrificing quality and taking shortcuts to get the job done fast, which results in over torqued/crossthreaded plugs and filters, damaged plugs and filter housing, etc. This isn t even the only time i ve had problems with a car that went to a valvoline instant shop, i ve seen many cross threaded plugs and seized filters from valvoline instant shops. They might not have been from this location specifically, but it s common from any instant lube shop. Don t take your vehicle to one of these shops, your techs and wallet will thank you.

These guys are courteous and efficient, it is a little expensive, but I use 100% synthetic. I had about a 15 minute wait, the service took perhaps 20 minutes, and I was out of there. So thumbs up!

If I could give 0 stars...I was turned away when my wheel was falling off.Taking my van for a test drive and I notice my tire is acting funny and pull over. I'm in a parking lot and discover that my lug nuts weren't tightened. Of all the tools I brought nothing worked for the tire. It's my fault I know. All I need is a 3/4 in socket to tighten my lug nuts. I drove over to ask for help and instead I was greated with a sorry we don't have that size. All I needed was a tool and I'd do the work myself right there and be on my way; so I informed them that oil plugs take the same size that I'm asking for. I was told about policy rules and liability, so sorry but good luck. I drove back to my parking lot until I could get help from someone else. It's unfortunate that I will be unable to use their services in the future because they didn't put the human experience first and just assist someone asking for a simple helping hand.

LiarsCame in for the top off and Jon lied about my oil not being low. Spent a half hour waiting just to be lied too. He didn't look at it. He just said it was good.Every since this place changed to Valvoline the service has been unprofessional and terrible.Save your time. And money. Go to an oil change service station that can actually read a duo stick

We were traveling in our car and put over 6,000 miles in less than 3 weeks. Our oil light came on and we were in dire need of an oil change. The customer service was absolutely amazing! The girl working there Britney, was incredibly helpful and nice. This place puts Jiffy lube to shame with their fantastic prices and amazing customer service. Also they had us in and out in 10 minutes. We highly recommend this location and this company to get your oil changes.Service: Oil change

I'm not sure why I keep going to Valvoline for an oil change but this will definitely be my last visit. They offer over priced services for poor service. The guy that took my cabin air filter out broke the clip on the door when taking it out and pretended that it didn't happen. He took everything out of my glove compartment box and said that he would put everything back in, but he told me afterwards that he would have me put everything back in. They really need to teach customer service there as they were very rude and inconsiderate. I was not told I was not going to get a receipt until I asked for one but he then told me it would be sent to my email address. There was a lot of non communication when these little things should be explained up front. Very poor training and coaching by management.

Computers went down, guys were nice, however paying over 100 bucks for an oil change is terrible. Only came here because we were short on time and didn't want to wait at the dealer for an hour still waited here for almost an hour since the computers went down. Save yourself some money go to the dealer and get an oil change for half the price where they will actually top off your other fluids and rotate your tires for half the price. Insane this place is in business with these prices.

Had my engine and transmission fluid changed. Reasonable priced. Service was quick, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Place was clean. FYI they do not have transmission filters. However , if you want yours changed you can bring your own in and they will do it as long as it's easily accessible.I will be back.

Great place to change your oil not very busy and if it is wait times are not that bad only negative part is that they try shoving things you don't need down your throat but just say no to all. I know it's a sales job and most money is made by sales not the oil changes but other then that a good place to get oil change.

Okay, the people are ALWAYS nice, friendly, courteous. BUT the last few times I've been in they have taken a TON of time. Not talking about waiting in line (that can't be helped), but the actual time it takes to do the job. And last time I went in, I left and my engine started rattling. Turned out that when they opened everything up to check the filters they DIDN'T REPLACE ONE OF THE SCREWS ON THE HOUSING. No big deal, easy fix. But driving out of the place that's supposed to be operating at a high level of quality for a rather expensive machinery, only to find that they haven't bothered to put all the pieces back in once they took them out...No good. When this place was Einstein's I went there every time. People were nice, friendly, courteous...but I feel like they had better systems and procedures in place, and did a much higher-quality job.I'm giving them three stars for past performance (as Einstein's) and because I get that there's a lot of weird stuff going on with hiring right now, so a lot of workers are newer/less-skilled. But seriously...if you take a piece off, put it back on!

Found this place by accident. Excellent service, & I didn't have to get out of my car. All of my tires were checked, & the tech cleared the alert on the dash. Awesome

My wife had her oil change done here and asked for the filter to be changed. Valvoline neglected to change her oil filter stating that it didn t need to be changed , when a customer asks you to change the filter..change it.Furthermore, on a later date I asked the tech to change a small bulb in my headlight which he denied doing stating that the whole bumper would need to come off. I found out later that changing this particular lightbulb would have taken 2 minutes at most. Laziness loses clients.

This place is great. Sat like a lump in my car while they did the work. Very nice, competent employees who work fast and did a superb job. Got the full synthetic and used a coupon which made it a great price. Definitely will continue to go there.

Thank you so much to Brice! Brice and his team went above and beyond on doing a radiator flush out in the sun on such a hot day. Bruce also helped change my tail light and was so helpful with everything.

This was our first time using Valvoline, and our last. The crew that completed our oil change was very incompetent. We had asked if they could check our cabin air filter, and after about 10min decided they couldn't figure out how to check it.They talked us into replacing the engine air filter, and proceeded to try installing the new one for 20 minutes, with it constantly falling out and not locking in place. Later that evening we took the car out and our check engine light was on and the car seemed to be lacking power.We took it back the next day (on a Sunday) and thankfully someone competent was working, apologized, and had his crew go through the entire car to make sure all was well. They noticed the engine air filter wasn't installed properly (not surprised) and got it locked in place, and then our check engine light turned off.A+ job on the Sunday crew, but the incompetence of the Saturday crew makes me afraid to ever go back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I went to this location after leaving the bad experience from the one across fred meyer. They were no better. I was the first one there, i m female..A man pulled in after me and they decided to help him first after making me wait 10 minutes. After hearing that i told them to let me out. I will never go to another valvoline again!Einsteins oilery was the best! Very professional and honest crew. Too bad they were bought out.

My past experience has been good. However this past experience was lacking. They did not check my lights or tires.I had to ask to get my oil light reset. Disappointed

Bad experience. 1st time I went there they didn t tighten the oil filter correctly and oil leaked all over my driveway. Thought I would give them a 2nd chance. Went there, waited in line, pulled up and told me they ran out of my type of oil. I drive a Camry. Should be a common oil? Won t be going back there.

Valvoline bought out Einstein Oilry and rewarded consumers by DOUBLING the oil change cost. I used to pay $35 now they charge $90. The workers are very nice but the corporate office is a rip off. Don't use this company unless you enjoy overpaying.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys broke my dipstick when attempting to check the oil. Then offered to replace but that was over 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything.They did give me $20 off because the appointment took 2 hours while they tried to figure out the dipstick.Well it has been 5 weeks since the original visit. I received 1 email and 1 call from corporate that said they would get one ordered. I have never received anything and had no further communication. BTW it took me 2 days to get a factory replacement dipstick on my own. Very poor Customer Service.Service: Oil change
