Freaking awesome no bullcrap dealership. Really chill humble people Sterling sold me a truck for a really good price and you can tell they inspect the vehicles they sell. I finally bought a car after 3 years of searching because other big name dealerships just rip you off and these guys have great deals on their vehicles. Thank you guys for making this a stress free and fun purchase!

Such an amazing dealer and has above and beyond for me. I have purchased two vehicles from Sterling and each time was a wonderful experience. I purchased this awesome Tacoma from them and have slowly been working on it and making my own. Thank you for all your help.

We have bought 4 different vehicles from Sterling, and have had friends and family members buy more. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that our needs are met and that we are happy with our purchase! We've never felt the uncomfortable "used car salesman" vibe from Sterling or any of his employees. It always feels like we're working with family! Absolute BEST used cars around, and there's always a wide variety of vehicles on his lot. Something for every budget. We'll always come back to Silverline for any of our vehicle needs!

I bought a 2011 Buick Lucerne CXL and I couldn't of asked for a better customer experience. Both Sterling and Matthew we're extremely professional, highly attentive and went above and beyond in service. I would definitely recommend Silverline Auto Boise to anybody who values honesty, integrity, excellent customer service and of course great deals. Silverline Auto will definitely be my first selection in the future when purchasing further vehicles

I have purchased nine cars from Silverline Auto. I choose them because of their friendly service and they have a mechanic shop. They thoroughly check out their cars before they are sold. I have purchased a Mercedes convertible an Audi A8 Quattro an Audi A4 convertible two Tesla Model S a Nissan Titan pickup truck and a van for one son and a Golf for another son. I have been a customer for nine years and all of my cars are still running great without major problems. No lemons here.

Hands down one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with they went over and above to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Their employees were honest and cared about the sale. I drove 800 miles to purchase a 2004 Mazda rx8 and they provided pre purchase pictures inside outside and underneath they went way over and above on this sale and a month later I still am super happy with the way they treated me. Future plan is to purchase a Nissan 350z when they get one in. Thanks Dudley

Extremely satisfied with the service I received, got my 30 year old truck running for a very fair price. No issues at all, easy to communicate with and seemed very upfront and honest. Will be taking all my vehicles here in the future.

Bought a 2004 Lexus LS430 from Sterling and it's been wonderful. Great experience at the dealer with good response times and service.Definitely check out their inventory and hit them up

From start to finish Dudley was awesome. The whole process was made very easy and simple and they were so transparent. Sterling was great! I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or like it was a hard sell situation like at most car lots. He had the car I wanted and worked with me to take my existing car in as a trade. I d do business here again for sure.

I live in st Louis mo and found a 93 mazda rx7 online at silver line auto. These cars can be considered a risky purchase given the extensive maintenance required to keep these vehicles running well, especially at 26 years old. The owner (Sterling) and salesman (Nathan) were very helpful and responsive to all my questions and inquiries that I had made over several weeks while deciding whether or not to purchase this car. I finally decided to go through with the purchase and they were even super helpful in helping me get the car from Idaho all the way to St Louis mo. Even given their helpfulness and seemingly honesty nature, I was still super nervous about the idea of purchasing an old car I had never had a chance to see in person...when the car showed up a week later, it was even better than had imagined and I couldn't be happier..Thanks for making my first outa state car purchase a great one guys!

Great and humble guys. They went to bat for me when no one else would. I really needed a truck and they took my trade in and paid it off in full. After 3 days of having the truck some dash lights came on and told them about it and they are taking care of it.

We went to purchase a truck from this shop. They were being fair with us and we went and had the truck looked at by a second mechanic. After the second mechanic stated the truck needed over 5 grand in work we decided to back out of the purchase. They continued to try and hold the downpayment check and refused to returned it. After finally getting them to give up the check they then all lied to our face and stated we hit a car in their lot when we left. Acting like they were going to file a claim to my insurance.Take your money else where and stay away from JJ Auto / Silverline Auto. They will be getting a review into the BBB along side the ITD against their dealer license for this stunt.

The mechanic shop at Silverline auto is the best in the valley, they are always upfront and honest about the work that needs to be done. Their prices are competitive and the work is very good. Matt is awesome!

We were helped by the owner Sterling Emry, he was very helpful and professional and did everything possible for me to leave with the vehicle I wanted. I went to a lot of car dealerships and this particular one was the only one I didn t feel pressured to buy a vehicle I wasn t even interested in. Awesome fair priced vehicles and amazing customer service.

Very happy with their service!!! After getting the run around from several different repair shops, they fixed my AC at a very affordable price, called me to keep me posted on the progress and the turnaround time was quick! I will definitely go back there if I have car problems!

I came out to look at a car, but in the end it wasn t really what I was looking for. However, Sterling and Teresa were honest and upfront and answered every question I had. Teresa was especially gracious, picking me up and offering to show me around as I came in from out of town.

I deal with a lot of repair shops silver Auto repair is the best I took my car to figure it out and other mechanics cannot figure it out I m Silver line auto figured it out the first shot they are the best that s my new mechanic
