So grateful for Jamie B, Joel W, CJ, and Team for exceptional service, care, and dedication this store is serving to NONE!!! They not only care about the tires and service, they genuinely care about their customers! It s always a great day at Les Schwab Meridian! Thank you doesn t even begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for y all taking such great care of me and my family all these years!

Excellent service, efficient workers. Great, clean environment. They have helped us personally, and professionally. The selection is amazing. And my husband and I have both gotten tires patched for free. They have also done new tires and brakes for us both as well..very trustworthy company

Excellent customer service! I pulled up and they took my vehicle back right away. After a short wait I got my car back and they sent me on my way. I had called a few other places that couldn't get me in and charged a fee for the service I needed. However, the folks at this Les Schwab just fixed my vehicle with a smile on their faces and I didn't even get an opportunity to pay them for it. They said it was free of charge! I will definitely be going back to these guys!

Great customer service! I came in got my front two tires done , then two weeks later got my back two done. I was grateful for the honesty the professionals told me that my tires could maybe make it but i was going on a roadtrip they didn t know about and that maybe hung over my head the next two weeks. Great customer service!

I had a low tire so took it there. The found a nail and a screw in the tire and fixed it very fast. Bi tried to pay them because I didn't buy the tires there. They absolutely refused my money and said: "Next time you buy tires perhaps you'll think of us."Who does that anymore,? Well. Les Schwab does! Go to them, they deserve it!

went in with a flat tire hoping it could be patched. turns out my tread was very low and i needed a whole set of new tires. while i do wish i had been talked through my options a little more i was able to choose a set of tires and be out of there in an hour or so. every staff member was friendly. i did find a few places where i could get tires for less but due to the urgency i decided to buy here. they include a tire rotation every 5,000 miles which is a nice touch.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END! I needed an alignment so I looked around online with grim results. I also found out that some places never respond if you contact them online. I called one place first and they weren t able to give me a price or an appointment for that day or the next. Then i called Les Shwab. They quoted me a very inexpensive price range and told me that I didn t need an appointment! Great!So I took my car in next morning at around 9:30 to drop it off. It was ready in about an hour. I went and picked it up the next day and I was out of there in a flash. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They have a huge inventory and 10 bays to work on cars. They are very well staffed and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend them

Currently waiting for the techs to fix a flat that I brought into them with no notice, they had my car in getting fixed before they even sent me in to check in. both gentlemen I dealt with (Michael and an older gentleman with a beard and a vest) were super kind and they were all over crazy efficient. Which is awesome when you didn t even plan to have to take your car in to be fixed.Great service o far at every Les Schwab location I ve ever been to. They know how to do it. Never thought it would be a pleasure to get my tire fixed.

Easily the best experience I ve had when getting new tires. The staff was incredibly responsive, honest and quick with our new tires. I couldn t recommend this Les Schwab high enough!

This is my go to Les Schwab period. I drive over a hour away because these guys respect my vehicles and i don t have some high school kid working on my cars messing things up. If you want cheap you ll fix it again soon but if you pay for the quality you get reassurance your getting the best for Schwabs has always been my experience

Had a screw in tire. Came in on Sat morning. They fixed it fast and at NO COST! Only asked us to remember them next time we needed tires. After our horrible tire debacle with Toyota we will DEFINITELY come here for our next set. Thanks for being kind and professional.

Came in due to a terrible sound coming from my front left wheel. I was on a 14 hour drive, and only half way through. Kennedy took my call and immediately said she'd get me in and help work through out.CJ came out to help me as soon as I got there. They immediately addressed the problem, and helped me drive away in a car that was now safe for the rest of my journey.I'm very grateful for the crew helping me out, and keeping my family safe. I've been to dozens of Les Schwab locations. This one is 10 out of 10! Highly recommend.

Great service! I had multiple things that needed to be done on my car. They definitely under-promised and over-delivered. I left sooner than anticipated and weird car sounds are all gone! New tires are fantastic! They have a nice waiting area, I felt comfortable. There's access to outlets, restroom, vending machines. Too bad les Schwab is not in Texas!

From the time I walked in and explained my desire to have a low tire checked, to the time I left, it was less than 10 minutes! They were fast and efficient and didn't even charge me to take care of a nail that was in my tire! Great crew!

My sister took my car in for me to get my tires checked, and there were things stolen from my car when I got my keys back. We addressed the issue, and I was told that no employees would steal anything and even though they have cameras, the manager was not willing to check them to actually make sure his employees weren t stealing. Going to an establishment like this you should be able to trust employees are not going to search through your car and steal your belongings when you drop your car off. I am extremely disappointed and will be spreading around to everyone that Les Schwab has employees that are actively stealing things out of customers cars.

If it wasn't for these guys having a great attitude and willingness to have awesome personalities, I probably wouldn't have replaced my RV tires, but because they made me feel like I WANTED to do business with them, I purchased Cooper tires. They took on my RV on a busy Saturday afternoon and totally gave a good Trip Check and tire inspection, they weren't even going to charge me for (which they totally could've because it took about 4 employees to do it all quickly) because the tires were purchased 3 years ago but they gave me options, so I decided to buy (which I seriously didn't have too, but I wanted to be safe on our trips) thanks again Les Schwab crew in Meridian!!

Love all Les Schwabs but am recently Grateful for the Meridian Main St Location- I had a Flat Tire while at work was on the side of the road and their response team AKA service was top-notch took care of me right away even though they didn't have my size tire they helped me find a les swab location that had one Thank You Carla Front Office Associate for helping and thank you Tire Service Advisors C.J. Keith & Jake for making sure my spare was secure and then I was safe to make it back to Nampa

Hopefully our experience is the exception but after we drove our vehicle to the Meridian store across from the Speedway and got out, one of their employees got in and broke the key cylinder in the ignition. They did call a locksmith but as soon as the locksmith said it was broken they basically told us to enjoy our broken car and didn t help at all. They blamed the age of the vehicle and the key as the culprits not the employee s actions. Sadly they fell nowhere close to living up to the motto I saw on the wall of doing the right thing. Today was my 2nd visit, in 4 months, for the same thing (but different vehicle). I dropped by for a tire plug, unannounced. They fixed it in about 15 min (same as last time), and didn t charge me (again). This place is great. When I need new tires/alignment, etc., I already know where I am headed. They make it easy.

Got a nail in my wife's tire. Made an appointment online, I brought it in half an hour early and it was done before the appointment time. Polite staff, just like all the other Les Schwab shops.

CJ and the whole team was great to deal with today. I had a blowout getting off of the freeway this morning and they went out of their way to help me and get me back to work as quickly as possible. I ve dealt with 5 or 6 les schwabs and this location has been the best

If I could leave Zero stars, I would. Les Schwab used to be the best place in the entire Treasury Valley to go to for your car. They have gone completely down hill and are now the worst place to go for anything. They will tell you something is wrong when it's not just to sell you something. Their tire warranty is a joke too. 3 month old tires and a road hazard destroyed the tire. What did they say... Yeah, we'll get you a new tire... For $300 dollars. Tread wear my butt. Then double charge the debit card and say they can't do anything about it, that you have to deal with your bank. The whole place is a joke, a rip-off and I would avoid them like the plague.

I have used this particular location on a couple of occasions, I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. This most recent time I had a slow leak on a tire that the tech fixed before I realized despite the fact that I was watching him work.
