I can t say enough about the team at Driven. I have an old 4Runner that has had some tenacious problems lately and this team (technicians and service reps) have gone above and beyond normal good service in finding and fixing the problems. Jake has been great in communicating with me and the company makes good on warrantied work/parts. I would readily recommend Driven Automotive.

This is by far the most trustworthy, hard working real person who works with your auto challenges a d actually helps you as a priority as opposed to checking you in to get your business. Honest, Real person with an amazing character and heart who really cares about your issues and just wants you to be treated above and beyond at all stages of your experience we with this was absolute class act , infinitely clean, care, and challenge resolver. Excellent service, awesome staff! I found this place shortly after they opened. They were able to diagnose and solve electrical shorts on two vehicles. I bring my own cars and business vehicles as well. They always deliver their promise and I have ever had any complaints. I once had the chance to view the shop and was blown away at how clean, organized, and bright it was. They are true professionals!

This is a great shop. Friendly and informative staff. They explained the process well. The pricing is fair. The location is great. If you have to stay with your car they have an area that's clean, comfortable, and quiet to do your thing.

My 2015 Escalade I took to Driven Automotive #Warranty work, come to find out I need a new struts for my vehicle. They put on struts from General Motors which only comes with a one-year warranty.I spoke to three other independent auto repair shops. They never use factory parts reason one they re too expensive and reason two only come with a one-year warranty for struts.The struts Driven install only lasted three years, Instead of Driven Automotive, buying struts from Napa,O Reilly Pep Boys, which come with a lifetime warranty. Of course I have to pay for labor for the repairs that Driven would do.You re looking for an automotive repair shop, do not go to these guys for shocks do you research call around.These guys are a total bust!

I genuinely could go on and on (and I sort of will) about how incredible my experience was with Driven Automotive.If I could give more than five stars I would. I will be recommending them to every one I know and I will be returning for future services.My car broke down. I did not have a primary mechanic shop so I asked around, read reviews, and decided to go with Driven Automotive. From the get-go they were thorough and clear with me about what the issues were. As a woman having car issues, I always am apprehensive about speaking with mechanics/service writers because I don t want to be taken advantage of simply for not knowing the technical lingo. I did not experience an OUNCE of this with Jake (my service writer). He was compassionate and clear in his explanations and answered all of my questions. They were more than understanding of my situation, gave me grace, and extended customer service that went above and beyond. I especially appreciate that they sent pictures and notes electronically after they completed my diagnostic. I have never had that before and it was really convenient to be able to read their notes and research the issues they found. I felt like I got the best, most thorough service because I was able to see what they were seeing. And it was proof that they did everything they said they would.I picked my car up, it runs great and I know what services I will need to have done in the future. Also, they were so FAST. Once I authorized the repair they had my car ready for pickup the next day. And I know that had they needed more time for any reason, I would have been contacted and made aware. Which I greatly appreciate.I was constantly informed about everything going on, I was treated with respect and kindness, and I am just overwhelmed with sincere gratitude for Jake and the mechanics that worked to get me back on the road. It really is the little things in life and having people be kind and supportive makes hard things like a broke-down car a lot more manageable.So, THANK YOU to Jake and Driven Automotive.And please, if you re looking for a reliable, trustworthy and fair mechanic, book an appointment with them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

The staff and techs are very informative and thorough. I currently have an oil leak and they were very diligent in finding and repairing, which I appreciate very much. The service advisor, Jake is very attentive and kept me informed.

I can t say enough positive things about my first experience here. Being on a budget and new to the area, I was looking for an affordable and HONEST place to bring my car to have some diagnostics run and saw Driven Automotive come up in my search. With many positive reviews and experiences, I decided to make an appointment and I was not disappointed. If you re looking for an honest and detailed place to bring your car, I highly recommend. I will absolutely be back for auto care in the future and with any new vehicle I purchase.

I had these folks do a pre-purchase inspection on a 2000 Miata I was considering. They came back with an honest and clear breakout of potential issues and I was able to renegotiate my price and be 100% comfortable with my buying decision. Justin was awesome. I'm not extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cars, I've never financed on my own and I don't have much established credit but Justin at Driven did every possible thing to get me into a vehicle I loved that was warrantied and got me a great deal. I paid way under market and they gave me max value on my trade in. While they could have easily taken advantage of a girl who didn't know much and needed help, they gave me a wonderful deal and Justin did EVERY possible thing he could to help me understand what was going on and what I was getting into, made sure I had a payment I could manage and also made sure I was comfortable with the situation. My boyfriend took me here and knew that these guys are honest and I'm very happy to have spent my money with them, Justin is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone like myself who isn't really experienced in financing and buying a new vehicle. I'll deal with them in the future for sure, they've made everything as easy as humanly possible.

Have been taking my vehicles here for years. Paid around $600+ to have my air conditioning fixed on our Kia sorrento last year. Turn it on for the first time this year and it doesn t work and they wanted to charge $235 just to look at it again. Will no longer be taking my vehicle here.They also tried to tell me that I had to put a $6,400 California approved catalytic converter on my Jeep, and that was my only option, when I would only have to do that if I registered my jeep in California. I got a new catalytic converter plus other muffler parts with installation elsewhere for thousands cheaper and passed emissions testing in Idaho just fine.Service: Air conditioning

These guys are awesome they provide a great service. I really enjoyed working with Danielle , she was super responsive and did a good job providing me with the issue.It was a blessing to find them because I had a $4000 bid from the Chevrolet dealership and they never even addressed the main concern in their report. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for repairs or maintenance on their vehicle.

I have trusted Driven completely with all my car needs since I bought my 2001 Toyota. I highly recommend them compared to dealerships. They are all extremely pleasant, helpful & professional. We were very fortunate to have found this shop. We called numerous auto shops trying to find one that could determine what was causing the noise coming from the engine, but with no available time.Andrea was fantastic! She got us in the next day and after checking out the car, assured us that there was nothing to worry about and that we could proceed to Washington safely. This was reassuring since we were traveling out of state from Arizona. It is great to see that there are still honest people out there. I would highly recommend this facility and would be using them if we lived here. Extremely friendly and helpful. I ve taken my car there a few times now, and always felt they were honest, did a great job, and did not overcharge. This last time unfortunately my car was toast. They gave me options and allowed me time to think about and figure out what I was going to do. I also really appreciate that they break things down for me when explaining issues, and they never make me feel stupid or like a dumb woman. I m definitely going to stick with Driven Automotive. Having moved to the Boise area 2+ years ago and in need of basic service on my Lexus RX450H, I researched authorized Lexus service groups near where I live. Driven Automotive came up and had excellent reviews. That appointment told me why. They were quick, professional, very courteous and covered everything that needed to be completed during this appointment at a significantly reduced rate from what I would have paid at a Lexus dealership.Fast forward to today. I tried to start my car early this morning only to find the "check battery" symbol on. AAA responded quickly (Clay with Country Repair and Towing) and managed to get enough charge that I could drive somewhere. I contacted Driven Automotive who, despite a booked schedule, found a battery for my car (a hybrid, no less) and had it installed within a few hours of my call. Similar to my previous experience with Driven, they were extremely professional and completed the work quickly enough that I was able to wait there for my vehicle. They even checked all of the basic fluids, etc. in my vehicle and replaced my key fob battery. If all of that wasn't enough to convince me to give Driven Automotive all of my future business, they were even incredibly fair in the price they charged me.I cannot say enough positive things about Driven Automotive. If you are ever in need of any type of automobile service, do yourself a favor and call them. You will absolutely be glad you did.Service: Battery

We turned to Driven over 16 years ago after a horrible experience with the service department at a local dealership. I came into Driven and asked for certain repairs to be done. Andrea listened and paraphrased what I wanted. I want to say thank you to Andrea and Josh for helping me with Mia. Your experience with cars and humor made it extremely easy to feel confident to leave Mia with you. I want to say that Andrea at every step called and communicated with me what was completed and needed. She would always ask for a verbal authorization in order to continue forward with repairs. The whole process of getting my water pump replaced on my truck was quick and easy. They got it back to me within a day. An issue came up later with my belt fan blowing loudly. With no codes or anything else to really pinpoint the issue it took a while to figure out. They kept my apprised of what they were doing and how long it would take.I love that they also give you a link with a breakdown of services performed, future parts that need attention in order of urgency, and photos to help show what they re talking about.Compared to other auto shops or dealers they were a lot faster and reliable about getting the job done right.Service: Engine repair

Driven Automotive had been a great relationship for me and my broken cars. They are professional, timely, and affordable. The work has always been satisfactory and they not only warranty their work, they stand behind it.The fuel pump on my wife's SUV recently failed. I had it towed to Driven late that night and called them the next morning. It took a couple days to order the part and get it installed since I wasn't on their regular schedule of work. Three weeks later the new fuel pump failed. Again I had it towed, a new part was ordered and I had the SUV back in three days, this time at no charge. I truly appreciate that.Driven has worked on my current and past vehicles. I'll continue to take the work there I don't want to tackle. And April is great to work with there. She's professional, nice, and always returns my calls.

Get a 2nd opinion before letting this shop start repairs. My car had an oil leak and I was told it was due to 1 of 3 things/areas. I was advised to fix options 1 & 2 and "we will see if that takes care of it".It didn't...the car continued to leak and honestly seemed worse. When I took the car back in I was told: "Yes...It is item #3 that is the problem and unfortunately since it is an all wheel drive, we cannot do the repairs."I feel like they wanted to make sure they got money out of me for what they COULD do before letting me know that they were not capable to do the 3rd. Why wouldn't they let me know that in the first place?This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be going back to them in the future.Service: General repairs
