I couldn't even get an estimate. I first did the on-line estimate. A couple of days later I received an email saying they couldn't do an estimate for various reasons. So then I called them and brought in my vehicle so I could get one done in person. They took pictures and said I should receive an estimate later that day or the next by email. After waiting 6 days I called them to find out the status. I was told that they had the estimate and would email it to me right away. (They also verified my email address). It's been almost 2 hours and still nothing! I guess they don't want my business.

These guys go above and beyond for their customers. They ensure that you are well taken care of and happy with the results. I cannot thank Nate and his team enough for everything they did with repairing my vehicle. I could not recommend this group more!

Can't give it a zero. My car was dinged in a parking lot by a work vehicle. They left a note and the fleet manager gave me his information to provide to the repair shop to handle the repairs. I went to Crash Champions and explained the situation to the person at the desk. They grabbed a paper and said "Ok, who is the insurance we should bill?" I repeated the story, again saying that they would just need to contact the fleet manager and he would make arrangements. "So, this is a self-pay? We don't do self-pays." I repeated myself a third time, adding as clearly as possible that I didn't know if they would run it through their insurance or not, and that the fleet manager asked that they contact him directly and that he would have the information they needed. I wasn't asking them to do any work before establishing payment arrangements, they just needed to contact him directly.It finally seemed to sink in, they took additional pictures and said they'd contact the fleet manager. 10 days passes and I hear nothing. I contacted the fleet manager, and he said he had not heard from them. He emailed me back saying he had called and talked to Crash Champions and they should call to schedule repairs. I've heard nothing. I've called the phone number on the website twice and left messages asking for someone to contact me about scheduling and have heard nothing - several weeks have passed now. If they treat potential customers this way, I shudder to think how they treat their actual customers.

Worse place I ve ever been to, horrible experience. Took my truck in to get service done on it which was good but when I picked up my truck and looked through my center console I noticed that someone there helped themselves to all of my cologne and other personnel items that were valued pretty high and basically told me that I signed a contract and all they could do for me is give me a gift card. I would not recommend this place and if you do go (Make sure to take anything that s valuable to you out)!!!!

Car looks as good as new! We unfortunatly had a fender bender in a 3-month-old car. Crash Champions performed such high-quality work that you can't even tell. We did have a little back and forth working through some things initially, but the entire team worked to make sure we were completely satisfied with the repair. That is the sign of a business you can trust and rely on. Aaron was our service advisor and was extremely communicative and helpful throughout. Nate, the manager, was fantastic as well. We couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Had a car in there to be repaired over the summer communication was a challenge from the start! Finally did get everything scheduled and they did a good job to get it completed as they committed to. When they turned the car back over to us, there were two outstanding parts on the door trim which they indicated were on backorder and would be in within 3-4 weeks. That was months again. Never heard anything further. Have called and spoke to them several times the past few weeks with no updates and only promises to reach back out. Would strongly not recommend.

Shady. Deliberately withheld on the insurance repair quote to try and force us to choose them for the repairs. Clear damage on the quarter panel that they would 're-evaluate' once they got the car apart; seemingly to prevent insurance from issuing us a realistic amount and going elsewhere. I will not be using and do not recommend; not even for an estimate. Only used because it was a 'certified' repair shop in the insurance's registry.

Took my vehicle in for an estimate called them. Several times they had my information on a sticky note by the computer never got a call back at all. I know we re busy, but we must do better.

I went there for an estimate last spring, on some damage to the side of my car. When I stopped by to get something out of my car they had put parts off the outside of my car inside and laying them directly on my leather seats with nothing between, to protect them. Now there is a small hole in the leather. I went somewhere to get it fixed after that.

Okay, wanted to wait awhile before I have a review. Had a minor accident where my bumper had to be replaced. Process was fast and easy, it took a week for the repairs to be completed. I am very satisfied with the work and friendly service they performed. Would definitely come here again, highly recommend!

Crash champions was one of the preferred autobody shops for our insurance. After calling around, CC quoted us the shortest amount of repair time so we went with them. The communication was very poor! Several times I didn t hear from anyone for two weeks and I had to call for an update. For eight weeks I received the exact same update as to what they were working on for my car. My rear end damage repair took over four months to complete. Transparency and honest communication is lacking. Would not recommend!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Called Crash Champions Collision Repair for an estimate on a fender bender repair and the person taking my call was not friendly and said it would be about 4 weeks before they could schedule. I was trying to schedule an estimate to provide this information to the insurance company. After this experience, I took my business to another shop. I do not recommend this Crash Champions Collision Repair.

I had a bad job done by another company so called to see if they could get me in for an estimate to repair the bad work. I had to wait a couple weeks for an appointment and take time off of work for them to tell me they can't fix a bad job from someone else, they don't have the expertise and don't want the liability. They didn't bother to call and tell me at any point and I had to call them to get the info. Don't waste your time with this place!Service: Body & Trim

I purchased a 2022 Ford F-350 primarily to put a truck camper on it. I needed to remove the tailgate. The tailgate has cameras and a 4 connector wiring harness. Since I didn't find any help on YouTube and my Ford dealership was booked out for weeks. I called Crash Champions. I was able to get an appointment within a couple days of the call. I also observed the service techs. They were eager and helpful so in the future I'll be able to tackle the tailgate removal/installation myself. Thanks!Service: Body & Trim

They did great work on my car, but the communication was lacking. I had my car there for a month and the only time I received updates was when I called them myself. Also, when I picked up my car, they said it needed additional parts and would call me when they came in to come back in. A few weeks went by and I didn t hear from them, so I called them to get an update. They then told me that the parts had come in before and that I was good to go actually. It was very confusing to say the least and seemed like they don t keep good records of what is happening with their customers.

The finished product was just like new, when I got my Jeep back! They would call me every 2 days, to let me know about their progress. Talk about keeping me in the loop, I don't think you could do any better! Good job, Crash Champions!

Jordan was amazing to deal with. Everyone I came across was so polite. My vehicle was scheduled for 2 weeks. It was done in a week. They washed it,vacuumed,did windows and cleaned inside and out so nice. I feel they went above and beyond. I wanted to set a time to bring my vehicle in to have damages assess. Due to not working with insurance company who is third part. I asked if I may be placed on schedule tentatively and was denied by the manager who was not even on the phone.

I got rear ended the 1st week in July, It is never fun to be involved in an accident, the process can be very inconvenient. However Treasure Valley Collision made the process as smooth as possible. Aaron was always helpful and friendly and my car came back looking great!!! The repairs took longer than expected but it was absolutely not their fault, parts and supplies in general are so delayed and on back order and nothing ever gets here when expected. These guys are great! Fast getting you in, fast getting parts and fast repairs. I've used them twice. After dropping my vehicle off I never had to speak to the insurance company again. They take over the whole thing and keep you informed. I would recommend to anyone. They go above and beyond.

Awesome people to work with. My whole passenger side needed repaired and these guys had it done in half the time 2 other shops said they would also and 2,500$ less. My car looks brand new again ! Nate was very helpful and kept me updated with everything.! I highly recommend Treasure valley collision center :) Thank you guys for everything

Treasure Valley Collision evaluated my car and made sure it was drivable. The tow company they recommended, Boise Valley Towing, delivered my car from the south end of town. All in the span of 2 hrs. 20 min. ~ I was finally on the road to MT after dealing with another towing & collision company for a WEEK. I HIGHLY recommend both of these companys!

I was in an auto accident in November 2019, caused by an uninsured motorist. Not a good situation from any angle. I chose Treasure Valley Collision Center for my repairs because they were close to home and had good reviews, and they did not disappoint!Nate kept me updated every step of the way and was kind and courteous each time we spoke. Auto accidents are never fun, but he made the process so simple and quick. When I got my car back it looked good as new.A week after getting my car back, one of my tire chains snapped (up north driving in snow and ice), and it coiled around the plastic parts of the fender lining. I took it back to Treasure Valley Collision to see what they could do. Nate fit me in and I was back in my car all fixed up in only a few minutes.These guys do great work and have the best customer service you can find.

Treasure Valley Collision Center did an awesome job fixing my Subaru Forester ! Great customer service! Constantly kept me informed on the progress of the repair! I would definitely recommend them to repair your vehicle if it is in an accident

Our truck was hit by another person while it was parked in our driveway!! We were referred here by our insurance company!! Nate Smith was amazing, he treated me like a person should treat someone!!! I have taken a few vehicles to TVCC and these guys are great! Nate is super easy to work with, gives great quotes and keeps you informed the whole way through! I won't take my cars anywhere else!
