Great place for expert oil and filter change at low cost. Cade was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to do my motorhome.

In this day an age it s seems more the rule than the exception to find fault or give a bad review! HOWEVER the service that I ALWAYS receive from the people from Commercial Tire is impeccable! I ALWAYS feel I m their only customer and they treat me with great urgency and ALWAYS with a smile and tremendous attitude towards their customers! I have brought my car or truck or trailer in for a small potential problems and so many times they it fix quickly and have me back on the road very quickly! My tires are my best car insurance! Many times when I ask what will that cost and they simply say, you are our valued customer and no charge ! We ll see you next visit for an oil change or brake service! I am a loyal customer! I never have to worry about my auto/truck performance with Commercial Tire!

20 out of 5 stars!!!1/29/24 I had a screw in my tire and arrived at about 5:45 pm, so happy I made it before 6pm. Was told winter hours they close at 5:30pm BUT he was so kind and said let's get you patched up anyway. Most amazing crew! I told them they would get 10 out of 5 stars review but they got upgraded because the next morning I had a family emergency that required me to drive across the state. Really can't thank them enough.

5 stars is not enough. They made a recommendation for a great snow tire but could not get it in stock. They had the integrity to tell me who did and it has been fantastic in the current conditions. I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

These guys are awesome. I had a flat tire over at costa vida. They went over and pumped my tire up, drove it back to their shop and fixed the hole and didn t charge me for it!! Awesome customer service. When I need tires I will buy from them.

Had a mishap with an appointment so I left with no work done to my vehicle. Got a call the next day so they could make it right and if I d come in. The customer service was appreciated and unexpected

Super nice. Helped me out several times with lots of little items like fixing my lawn mower tire. Great oil change. Friendly staff. I'll keep coming back here for sure.

Terrible service, i had something going on with my suspention in the rear, i took it in and had them look it over. They told me it was my rack and pinion that was bad, so i had them replace it for $1100. Got the car back and the problem was even worse, so i got it looked at by a good shop and found out my coilovers are wornout in the rear. Turns out the old rack and pinion was perfectly fine, they just wanted to make a sale.. This store and the management is so awful because they have offered to do nothing about it. Didnt offer me free instal on my new coilovers, or the $1100 back in in store credit, nothing. This isnt the first time a commercial tire has screwed me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!

Ken performed an oil change/lube on my car in Jan and changed the battery yesterday. His work ethic is excellent and he also is great at remembering past customers.I highly recommend Commercial Tire and Ken. He restored my faith that young people still have that special work ethic.

After trying to get my car (lowered Mazdaspeed with much bigger than stock tires) aligned at two different shops because they did a bad job previously and made my tires wear incredibly unevenly, and then being turned away by the same shop because they couldn't figure out how to get the sensors on the car to do an alignment since it was lowered, I came to Commercial Tire on my way home from work just to give it a shot and see if they could do anything. Not only did Tre dial in my alignment to the point i can cruise down the road without touching the steering wheel for the first time ever, but he was able to get my tires to stop rubbing when i turned sharply. I came in with a small bit of hope, and left with a big smile on my face. Shout out to Tre for finally doing what other shops claimed wasn't going to be done unless i went to a super high-end specialist in lowered cars. Also, shout out to Amy for saying she loved my wheels!

This is the Commercial Tire location that finally pushed me back to Les Schwab.I had a leak that was hard to find. Ontario Oregon couldn't find it. Caldwell Idaho couldn't find it until a second trip over there. Finally a wheel crack was located. I couldn't find an individual matching wheel so I ended up with a different style factory set. I got to this location and was told they couldn't get to it today. In total I have spent 4 hrs in Commercial tire waiting lounges trying to get this diagnosed. Now they are too busy to finish the job. I am writing this from Les Schwabs waiting lounge. I like the Cooper Tires I bought at Commercial Tire but this episode is the last straw. Guess my next tires will be from Les Schwab.

Very friendly and helpful over the phone. They had the specific tires to match my camp trailer tires that were recently put on by the previous owners. I wanted the other two tires replaced so I had similar tires to keep track of on the trailer. Not to mention they had to best price for tire and install. They were easy to work with and helpful when I arrived to drop the trailer off. Quick easy, no appointment needed. Nice enough to allow me to pickup after hours and even notated they had cameras to put me at easy when leaving the trailer behind for an additional few hours while I got off work. Appreciate them and will do business again.

Unbelievably great service! Fixing two trailer tires turned into the best part of my day thanks to the amazing staff. They did great work and they did it much faster than I imagined possible. But the really incredible part is that they didn't charge me for things they could have easily and fairly charged. Just because they felt like being nice. Wow. I'm blown away by these guys and I'll tell everyone I know to use them for their tire needs in the future. Outstanding.

First time visit to Commercial Tire (Linder at Chinden).Had a flat tire on my 2021 Ford explorer. Found a screw in the tread. They were original tires, so having not purchased the tires from them I certainly expected to pay for the repair.Not only did they repair the damaged tire, but they also checked tire pressure in my other tires. When I went to pay, for these services, the very friendly & courteous service tech (Brian) said there was NO CHARGE ... I almost felt guilty leaving without paying.Wow! ... As Arnold would say ... "I'll Be Back"

I went in to get my tires changed with an appointment, they didn t start changing the tires on my car until an hour after the appointment time. I was also treated unfairly because I was a young woman, my dad had to come and talk to the manager for me to be taken seriously. Not only did that happen, but when the car was finished there was a scraping metal noise that was not previously there. They had blamed it on the brakes, however I have gotten new brakes a month ago. It took them three times to look at my car to find that there wasn t a problem . I would not recommend this location, the employees were not nice and as a young woman I would not give them anymore business.

Always trust them to work on our cars. Friendly staff. Quick, efficient, competitive prices.Would get five stars if tires didn't fail before the warranty period. The prorate the replacements but its never quite enough because of labor. So if they say its a 45,000 mile tire expect to get 25,000 - 30,000 .

Got an oil change ask him to recharge the freon. They did the oil change and recharge the freon. He told me the freon's not the problem it's the condenser. And charged me an extra $150. In a Time when all I eat for dinner is meat no sides because nobody can afford extras. This is not the place to go for honest people and honest work.

This company is the best. Affordable and friendly service. Came in this am to have some tire work done on my travel trailer. In and out with the end result being a very happy customer. Thanks Ron and Tim!Thanks to Brian S. and team for the Honda Civic front brake job this past Saturday, too

Can't say enough good....Got my tires here a couple years ago. The friendly guys there always fill up my tires with air, no charge, when they need it. They rotate my tires for free with oil changes. Friendly, professional, nice and clean waiting area.

I can't say enough GREAT things about this place. From the phone call I made before I drove my car there to have a flat tire fixed to walking in the front door and being greeted by a very friendly person. They took my information and car keys immediately and told me to make my self comfortable. I chose to sit outside and it wasn't long before they came and let me know my car tire was all fixed. Outstanding Customer Service with a Smile especially since I showed up about 45 minutes before closing time. I would highly recommend Commercial Tire

This was my first visit to the new store since it recently opened. Despite their efforts to fix my existing tire, I had a screw high on the wall of my tire that wasn't repairable. Mike walked me through my tire options and was very knowledgeable on brands and pro/con comparisons. The store was nearing close time and my car would have normally needed to stay overnight since the tires I needed were in their warehouse. I explained that I badly needed my car the following day. Mike didn't hesitate and said he'd go pick up the tires and get it done, even if we pushed over closing time. It was a huge relief.Great customer service, knowledgeable, affordable options, and fast turnaround. I highly recommend this store.Brian BrownEagle

Briant and the entire team at this location are excellent at delivering world class customer service. I bring all my vehicles here and I have for years. These folks always treat me right and they are always professional and honest. These people are top notch and have never disappointed my family. If I could give more than five stars I would!

Took great care of us on my sons brake job last summer and again for a tire issue yesterday. What I really like is their prompt service and estimates of how long it will take. Keep up the great work!
