Service guys were great and kept me in the loop. Robert (shop foreman) repaired my brakes and did a great job. The car isn t making noise anymore so I m happy about that. I felt well taken care of and they communicated with me throughout the process. They drove me back and forth from Kuna probably 6 times in total. The shuttle driver, Kelsi, is very nice and fun to chat with. All and all, I would use them again.

"Christian" is the perfect word to describe this place. You feel cared for and you have confidence knowing that they are treating you the way a Christian organization would! Rich and his team have been great and I'm glad to have them in my corner for my auto needs!

This was not a simple repair. Jason kept me informed and explained what was needed & why. The mechanics were thorough and ended up finding 3 other issues. Those issues were presented with clear explanations and reasoning. They answered all my questions and even worked hard to get the warranty company to cover as much as possible. I m blessed to have them as my auto shop of choice!

If you need any proof that the world is still full of honest businesses and ones that help members of their community look no further than Christian Brothers Automotive.This is a reliable, honest, and good business. The Meridian community is lucky to have them.While I don t wish car troubles on anyone, if you do have them, this would be the place to take your car.

The online scheduling and availability made it easy to find a time to get in. Once scheduled the service was quick and thorough and the report that was generated made it really simple to prioritize my vehicles needs. As soon as I selected the services I wanted, Devon took care of the rest. There was no pressure to upsell services or push for something beyond our budget. Such a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Christian Brothers manages my work fleet and I couldn't ask for better service! They are all very knowledgeable, experienced, willing to go above and beyond to help our team when we need them, and don't try to oversell unnecessary maintenance. I highly recommend them to any business or person!

The work they did was good although they didnt finish. Just needed to add transmission fluid although Jason the service manager made it right with me. I highly recommend these guys.

Couldn t figure out what was wrong with my car. I have never wanted to take my vehicle to shop just because of feeling ripped off. I couldn t be happier with their way of diagnosing and properly inspecting my car. Told me exactly what was wrong with it. Video of the root causes of it and how it functions.Highly recommend Christian brothers . Thanks again .

I had appointment at 7:30 am a guy interduce his self to me his name was Rich, and I quick explain my car problem to him. he totally understands me and help me out in a brilliant way, when I went to inside of the store, I meet all his team very professional and respectable discipline and wonderful behaver, and I never forget that morning in my life how I was happy entire of week just from there help and support with Excellent customer service! Everyone was very friendly. I am happy to meet this people and I will recommend everyone should trust this location and trust their services Overall, I can t say Enough positive things about my experience with you Christian Brothers Automotive.

CBA South Meridian is a place you can trust. Kyle up front did a great job communicating everything that was going on with my inspection of my new vehicle. The inspection report was very thorough and detailed. If you're buying a new to you vehicle, get it inspected by CBA.

Over priced and poor quality of work. I will never take another one of my vehicles to this shop. Get a second opinion. Trust me, I wish I would have gotten one sooner. It would have saved me thousands of dollars.

I visited these guys a couple of times. They are SUPER busy, but I can see why. They do good work and take great care of their clients. VERY honest establishment, and WELL worth your time and money. I highly recommend. They fixed my fuel injection system, and my intermittent instrument panel electrical issues. My project taken there is a 1997 Silverado. SUPER PLEASEDService: Auto maintenance

I had the best service imaginable! The crew at Christian Brothers Automotive were courteous and professional. The got the job done quickly and also replaced an air filter that needed changing. Wonderful people!! The waiting area and restrooms were immaculate, comfortable and pleasant!!! I will go back again and again.I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars!!! I am so impressed with Christian brothers and how the franchise as a whole network s throughout the country to provide cars and services to the widows, single moms and other less fortunate people. I love how the store at Meridian road exemplifies this same generous spirit! Once a year they promote a day of giving back to the community by providing free services like new brake pads, batteries, oil changes etc. I took a friend of mine s truck in for an oil change. She is a single mom by the way. They not only performed an oil change, they replaced the brake pads and rotors on all 4 wheels, and replaced the battery, all for free! I was impressed!!! Throughout the year they give back constantly! A friend of mine had his engine blow, and he was on hard times and the shop hooked him up with a running used car from their national network! My pastor was needing some work done on his truck, so while he was out of town, Jason, the manager at the Meridian store, did the work at cost, and we were able to surprise him when he returned from a mission trip!! And I am sure there are numerous other stories others could share also! Now, for the work the shop does, I would say they go the extra mile to make sure the work is complete and and done with quality.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Auto brake repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I didn't have a mechanic and had a bunch of things needed to be checked out and/or repaired on my Jeep so I went to my friends to ask who to go to. The majority said Christian Brothers.I set up an appointment and accidentally came in a day early. They found a way to squeeze me in. Not saying they'll always be able to do that but it's awesome that they didn't just turn me away because I couldn't get the days right.They did a full diagnostic on my car and came back with a full extensive list of what needs to be done, what should be done and what can be done based on mileage and not necessarily wear.They were so thorough including pictures and a full description which then followed up with a phone call of what they would recommend I do first if I couldn't afford all things at once.We came to an agreement on what I needed done this time and they ordered the parts and performed the labor in just a couple of days. The work was done with excellence and their customer service was top notch.I recommend them to anyone looking or is just not quite happy with their current mechanic. They are honest, trustworthy and do a really great job.They also go above and beyond with their ride service so you don't have to call an Uber to get home or even picked up to go get your vehicle back.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

Responsive, quick, and friendly. Worked with Bryce on an annual inspection, they noted something proactively and provided options. Courteous staff. Made time for me. Dave explained things in a way that was accessible to me. Kelsey drove me and was kind and considerate. We had a great conversation. My car runs so smooth now and their prices are incredibly reasonable.

Great service!!! They diagnosed my problem from the few details that I could give them, up front pricing, adding discounts where they could. The made sure I got to work/ picked me up when the job was done. Just a great experience all around. Also these guys are community conscience serving the military and those in need!

Up front and clear with the issues with the vehicle and pricing for repairs. A family mechanic confirmed their pricing was spot on. This is not the case with many places in the valley due to rapid population increase. No surprises at pick up with payment. They were prompt and so very nice! I will be returning with all of our vehicles.

My radiator went out on a road trip. I was alone except for my sweet little dog, Zoey. My Jeep was towed to Christian Brothers. I didn't have an appt. But they were super about helping me. I needed a new radiator and hoses. They were able to get the parts and installed by the end of the next day!! So I had a vehicle for the weekend. They even called me a couple days later to see if everything was okay . I'm very thankful for these wonderful people.
