The staff is incredibly friendly, that s a plus. However this is my 2nd experience with Caliber in the last 2 years (2 different locations), but each experience is the same. They cannot seem to complete a project on their own deadlines. Their inability to have my truck completed by the set date could be easily forgiven, but twice now I ve had to call them on the completion day and I m told the truck still isn t ready. What bothers me is that I have to be the one to call and be disappointed again. Glad I didn t take time away from work to drive all the way there to then be turned away because of their inability to effectively communicate setbacks with me.

I recently was in need of some vehicle repair and the shop I had used for years was now closed due to retirement. Based on some other reviews I chose Caliber Collision to give me some help. I can not express how impressed I was with their operation and how well they run their business from beginning to end. It took a while to get the vehicle in as they were very busy but that was to be expected. When I called and talked with my insurance company even they were pleased that I had chosen Caliber to get the work done. Once I dropped the vehicle off I was constantly kept informed by text as to the progress of the repairs and was really surprised when the repairs were completed well before the time frame that I was originally told. The repairs were perfect and it looks like the vehicle is brand new and nothing ever happened. So ....if you are in need of some collision repairs I can highly recommend them.

While I was hesitant to use a insurance recommended shop, caliber quickly put me at ease. My repairs were minimal, but I was able to drop my car off and in one week repairs were complete. Jason kept me updated daily and answered any questions I had. Picking the car up, you can t tell anything ever happened. Excellent service, excellent work.Service: Body & Trim

The repair was done well, and the communication throughout the process was great. They got the car done early and I didn t have the means to pick it up because I was out of town, they even dropped my car off at my house for me. I m impressed. Great business to work with.

I am very particular about my vehicle and try my best to keep it in perfect condition. Over the years I have used several repair shops and almost always had issues afterwards or felt I had to compromise because they just couldn't fully fix it. However, that is not the case with Caliber Collision. They far exceeded my expectations and am very pleased with their work. Dropped in since I was in the area to set up an appointment for an estimate but to my surprise they were able to squeeze me in right then for an estimate. Set up to have work done in a couple weeks but they called me later that day telling me they had a last minute cancellation so they could get to my car the next day. They called me to give me an updated cost for the repairs after they took off the visible damaged parts. It was pretty close to the original estimate. The repairs were completed 2 days earlier than expected. I would recommend this Caliber Collision if you need collision repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Very helpful! Got my car fixed much faster than anticipated. Kept me in the loop by text (my preferred method). They even detail cleaned my car inside and out. I have kids, trust me, my car wasn't clean when I dropped it off for repair. Lol. Highly recommend!

This place has been absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond !! The staff is super helpful and friendly. Using this shop was a great experience. Wendy and Cody were super friendly and informative. There were several implications from my insurance company, but never anything but smiles, jokes and patience with Wendy & Cody. Everything was completed in a timely fashion, I was informed of what was going on every step of the way and was so happily surprised to find the entire interior of my car cleaned and vacuumed out and a cute little goodie bag of gifts on my front seat :)Service: Body & Trim

The total service experience was incredible. I had a phenomenal experience at Caliber Collision. I had someone back into my vehicle and my insurance sent me there. I called several places first and the one thing that I noticed was how kind and friendly the lady was that answered the phone. I decided to stick with my insurance recommendation because of that reason. They fixed my car super quickly! When I picked it up they had even washed and vacuumed my car, and the repair work was phenomenal. They were so helpful, friendly, and treated me very well. I could not be happier with my experience. The Adkins location will be my forever body shop! I highly recommend! Their employees are fantastic. I even got a Starbucks gift card! Score! Everyone was super friendly. They took care of everything with insurance, I didn't have to do a thing. I didn't have to wait long at all to get an appointment, either.Once they started to work on my car, I got text updates on the progress, I think that is really neat. They didn t fix all the issues and dents left. Also an employee backed into my car while parked in their lot. Then I had to have more damage fixed to the car. Great!

I busted out my tail light casing backing up, I stopped in caliber collision shortly after the incident happened. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, this was not a big ticket item but Scott got the part the same day and fixed it within a couple hours of stopping by.
