When taking in my car for a checkup, they do look over the entire car to make sure my car is safe. They do a really good job at calling to let me know what needs to be fixed and give me options on parts and services. I get almost all my car services done here as they have better prices than the dealership. I do prefer to use another company for tires though as I can find lower prices elsewhere. But if you are looking for oil change or general service stuff, this is a reliable place. Staff are very professional and courteous.

Took my truck here for front end creaking. They looked at it and quoted me $1800 dollars to replace my struts and 1 lower ball joint. So I took it to another shop for a second opinion that said no, my struts are completely fine. The problem was the lower ball joint boot had a crack and the grease leaked out making it creak. The fact that they tried adding on the struts saying they were shot makes me disgusted when the other shop said the struts are perfectly fine. On top of that they charged me 175 diagnostic fee which cost almost as much as replacing the ball joint. I will never take my business here and I will steer all my friends and family away. This shop is scamming people and upselling repairs you don t need. You guys should be ashamed running a business like that. Stay away from this place and always get a second opinion.

My husband and i had to stop here to get new tires for my car. We were on our way to canada so it was an unexpected stop because the roads got bad. Long story short we spoke to Todd on the phone and he was fantastic. His customer service is top tier and you could tell he really cared for us!! We appreciate our service here and for Todd. Thanks again!!!

Trent Israel the assistant manger was great I had to pop in for a tire sensor issue and low pressure that was serviced poorly from another shop , they got me right in and took care of it without a charge and prompt service.Thank you so much I would definitely recommend for future.

I get all my cars needs taken care of here. I have gotten new tires, many oil changes and other services. The staff is always great, very honest and patient.

Edit Jan '24Bought a set of 10ply AT tires for a �ton Ford and I hated them. Zach @ point-s worked with me to get them swapped out with same brand/model but in a 4 ply. I even ended up getting a refund. Service is excellent.I take 3 of my 4 cars to the meridian point-s (wife's car under warranty and goes to the dealer, otherwise it would be here also). Never an issue with getting in or having surprise with the bill. They've corrected, at their cost, a couple faulty sensors that went into my Jeep Cherokee that wasn't their fault. Good honest shop.I have a background (13 yrs) in repair and what was called a level A journeyman tech.. Meaning I was expected to work on anything that came into the shop and be able to beat the clock. I don't have any hesitation recommending them to others.

My husband took his 2015 dodge ram here and they worked on it alright. They caused my husbands truck to get antifreeze in the oil to make a long story short We have only had the truck 2 years and now it s done!!! Don t take any of your vehicles here if you still want your vehicle to be drivable

We have taken our cars here for repairs and tires for years. Zach and his team have always taken great care of us. Zach even jumped in to help from a distance when our daughter was out of town and had car problems. They are ethical and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Highly recommend!

My experience rocked! I was headed on a trip to Washington and found my starter switch only working intermittently at best. When called, Point S found time to put the switch in. They quoted a price. The final bill was less than the quote and they added a relay (?) switch just because it needed it. I will shout to everyone in need of mechanics..."Go to Point S! You can trust them!"

Got married and moved to Meridian, always hard finding a place you can trust for your vehicle. But I can honestly say, and with now 10 fabulous years of service, there's no better place to take your vehicle. Outstanding customer service, which is rare these days, treat you fare, and really like a friend or family. And a special shout out to, Austin and Trent, who are abousltly the best, thanks for always taking care of my wife and I!!!! If I could give more STARS I would.

Always a good job at a fair price. I get my oil changed here often, brakes when needed, and have occasionally done other work. They're understaffed like everyone right now but you can schedule ahead.

The team provided exceptional customer service. They were super friendly, gave me constant updates, and trustworthy. I ll definitely be back for routine maintenance and hope to not have any more issues w/ my vehicle but if I do I ll let them handle it. Thanks y all! Cheers!

I made an appointment for Saturday to have the brakes done on my 66yr old wife's f150.We drove a ways to get the truck there and when I got there they said that I needed to leave her truck for a few days.They didn't have us in their calendar.They took my name and number for the appointment when I called last week.Greg Burnell would have never treated customers like that. Specially handicapped ones.I do about 5k a year at les Schwab and have for 35yrs. I wanted to try a shop that was recommended to me by my son who takes his business fleet there. Maybe not anymore, after I tell him this story.The guy there asked if I could leave it for a few days. He said that he was backed up with other appointments. He said he had no record of my appointment.I recommended you try someone else.

First time getting car serviced by this company. Customer Service manager Fabian was friendly and helpful with me. Though no longer advertised, he honored the three flushes for $250 deal. When my car was taking longer than normal to be completed, he offered me a rental truck to use in the meantime so I wouldn't have to wait. Good deal, good service, clean environment, fair pricing.

Super friendly people that got me right in fast. They did an excellent job with my air-conditioning and are even going to double check it in a few days to make sure I don t have any problems. I don t usually leave reviews but these guys did such an excellent job I thought it was necessary.

Quality and great service again(4th set from point s)! Austin was very knowledgeable about the tires and recommendations so very happy with the product and service. He also helped guide me to the rebate offered as well which definitely helped with the overall cost. They were able to locate tires within hours and have us in and out quickly next day. Good work point s!

I have been going to Bruneel for the past year and a half and recently moved over to the Meridian store when I moved houses, and they have been great. Zach and Trent up front are always able to get me in quick and I have never had a problem with their service. 10/10 would recommend.

Customer service was great and waiting area was clean and relaxing. Zach who I believe was the manager, took good care of us and was very helpful in choosing which tire to buy. We went with what he suggested and could not be happier. Even the mechanics in the back were nice when bringing up our vehicle after the work was done. Will be going back for sure. They have a customer for life.

This ll be longIf you re bad at on-the-spot decision making, do not go here. ive been pretty bad at surprise choices for pretty much my whole life. Im definitely at fault for this reason, but I ve found that this place took advantage of that once they saw it. I had a major repair done there that cost me about a thousand. Then suddenly every time i came in after that they would bring up problems and tell me they would cost another thousand to fix. Because they spotted that im easily flustered by sudden decisions. My car isn t old or very damaged at all. It s a 2010 rav4. Recently they charged me 900 for new tires which is ridiculous. I think it s also worth mentioning my car leaks oil, but not too severely. I just have to check it more often. They tried to tell me it was super severe, that it was DRIPPING, and that it needed to be fixed right away. I said no this time because this was one thing i actually understood and i actually recognized that they wanted to repair something that is perfectly manageable as is. I know it doesn t ACTUALLY drip. I keep a close eye on it. They take advantage of those who don t understand the cost and value of certain car parts and repairs. Staff is friendly, but needless to say i am never trusting this place again regardless of how nice they are. Maybe im being a karen and i just don t understand this stuff. But even so, at least for the tires, I ve been had. As im done. I work in fast food i can t keep doing these unnecessarily expensive repairs

I have taken my car to Bruneel Point S in Meridian since I moved here 2 years ago. I feel blessed to have found such a great group of professionals that I know I can trust to take care of my car, provide me with great customer service, charge me fair prices, and greet me like family. I would recommend Bruneel Point S at the 517 N Meridian Rd location to anyone. They re the best!

These guys literally saved us. We were driving to northern Idaho from Salt Lake and our car broke down nearby. It was a Friday afternoon and we had to be in Northern Idaho Saturday night. After talking to 4 other places, these guys had us come in and started working on it immediately. They made sure to get it done by lunch the next day.On top of that they lent us their truck to drive to the hotel we had to get, which we were incredibly thankful for.They were also very honest. They gave me a best and worst case scenario and made sure to come in at the best case (lowest cost). Overall they're friendly, honest and hardworking at a very reasonable cost. HIGHLY recommended! We wouldn't have made it to Northern Idaho for our obligation on time if it hadn't been for them!

My car had a leak and they got me right in. The staff, from the managers to the mechanics, were all very friendly, knowledgeable and the service was great! I was notified of other issues that were found and appreciated that very much! I would highly recommend Point S Tire in Meridian for all your car care needs. You won t be disappointed! Thank you!

My truck was dropped off at Bruneel by way of tow. They had my truck fixed the next day. All the staff I had contact with were courteous and professional. I know they are busy and was really pleased with how fast they fixed my truck. I turn to Bruneel for any car issues I have because I trust them and am very satisfied with their customer service.

I love working with trained professionals! Everybody there is knowledgeable, professional, polite and courteous, knows what they're talking about. The work was done faster than I thought and for reasonable price. I will certainly continue to have them work on my vehicles!

I am super thankful for the work point s did on my truck. I was also surprised at the quickness of their work. They quoted me 200 bucks under the other quotes I got from different mechanics I will be going back for to them from now on thanks Point S in meridian.

Love this shop! Friendly and kind workers. Always willing to help find the problem and keep me and my family safe. I ve gone to Bruneel for years and I don t plan on changing! The young men that work there are kind and attentive. I will continue to recommend to everyone!
