Mason is incredible! So helpful and kind and knows what he s talking about!The main manager though, I can t remember his name I think it started with an S, but he was talking poorly to his employees there and acting extremely arrogant in front of customers, I would not want to work for someone like that, nor would I want my store to be run by someone like that!But once again Mason was SO helpful!

I got a part from a different store company, which I won't mention, and they had the part, but failed to offer or tell me I needed the hardware to install it. I was so irritated by the poor service I went to AutoZone. Teresa was amazing! Not only did she help me find what I needed, but came out to my car and made sure all the parts, bolts included, fit. From now on I will drive the extra miles to get what I need. Thanks again Teresa!

Called on accident from Ohio lol ( we have a store on meridian Rd in Ohio where I'm at , instead of hanging up on me the guy who answered the phone still helped me with what I needed and informed me I called the Idaho store I had no idea haha. Once again was very helpful I think his name was Brian or Ryan ? Great staff

Stood in line for 5 minutes and was shocked no one offered to help me. I was the only one in line! Employee working the front counter was on the phone and called for someone to help. Noticed two older gentleman yappin in the back room not helping customers. Won t be back.

Went into the Meridian store on 10 mile To purchase 2 fuel pumps for my truck the guy assured me that I was getting a front pump and a rear pump instead I have to drive 70 miles back home just to find out he sold me 2 rear pumps After visiting the third store they got it right, Not to mention all the miles I had to drive I probably will not go back to the Meridian store ever again very disappointed.

I was telling a trailer with a new car that I had purchased recently, and I had some issues with my trailer wiring harness. Apparently I needed a few extra parts for the trailer wiring, but the dealer doesn t install. I went to AutoZone and picked up two parts for less than 50 bucks and I was ready to rock n roll. Staff was super knowledgeable got me what I needed and got me out the door within five minutes. Highly recommend!

Really good service and friendly people always makes it a plus. Not a fan of calling in though, seems like no-one wants to answer even when there's plenty of employees present. Maybe they know it's me calling, idk.

Everytime I go in they help me find what u need and ansew every question I have( they also helped me from making a few silly purchases)I don't know much about cars but they do and directed me in the path I needed to go. may the Lord Jesus bless you auyozone staff!!

I always get my parts here, the price is fair and the staff know what they are doing, would recommend. They also have lots of locations around town so that makes it easier to work with them.

Both times my car needed anything I visited this location. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable and didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to help me. The young man removed my battery and installed the new one which was very large and heavy. I appreciate them and highly recommend!

Over the last 20 plus yrs I have used different Autozone's from all over the country. 1 thing they all share;smart, caring,thoughtful,hardworking people. They have always considered their customers to be number priority, and they work on that principle daily with everyone who comes through the door,or calls on the phone. Best people,best prices,best service.

Had an emergency on a Sunday evening with my son's car battery. After some initial troubleshooting, we decided to have it tested. AutoZone was the only place still open so we went down there and were blown away by the outstanding service from Robert J. who tested the battery, assisted with the selection of a new one, and replaced it for us in the sweltering heat. The terminals needed some attention and Robert brought his tools out and performed some tricks to get the best connection to the new battery. Absolutely fantastic service! We will definitely be going here again for our auto needs. Thank you!

Manager Rob was extremely incompetent in providing adequate help for his new hire Ricardo. I was the only person in the store and waited for over 15 mins due to the manager's negligence to help the new guy, I had the part number in hand when I came in, I hinted to the manager to go help him and he completely ignored it, then when I repeated it he said if he can't find it he'll go help, more time goes by, the new guy asked for help in applying military discount and he made us wait once again, while he was doing something else that was obviously more important than me, the customer physically at the store. It was a horrible experience and completely unprofessional. I do want to say that Ricardo was very nice and he tried really hard. That manager shouldn't be in a leadership role, when he clearly is unable to lead. Never coming back to this store again.

Outstanding customer service. Needed a new battery, the young man there tested and confirmed mine was shot, found me the right replacement, installed it, tested the alternator and the check engine light which was still on. I couldn't have asked for any more.

I have never had such an amazing experience at an autoparts store. I was down on my luck and the two guys working today around 10 am July 17th took such good care of me. Thank you to those two gentlemen! You really saved me and my car!

On my visit to that store this morning I was amazed to see one of the staff there not wearing a mask. I understand that, well no I don't understand, that there are people in the community that don't feel that they should wear a mask but I would think it would be an establishment requirement for staff to wear mask whether they wanted to or not. Also, the female staff that helped me was very abrupt, not pleasant. She did get me what I needed but on a scale from 1 to 10 for customer service I'd probably give her a 3.

I go to this store all the time, and they always have what I need, can direct me to a store that does, or can order parts in. Never had any issues with this store. Access to the OBD code reader is awesome, and the selection out on the shelves is better than most competitors. The rewards program is better than any other parts store I've been to as well.

Robert went above and beyond to take care of my car! I needed new bulbs for my low beams and asked if they could install them since my husband was out of town. Robert didn t hesitate to come out in the cold and replace my lights even though it was close to closing time! He also pointed out that I had build-up on my battery. Robert didn t hesitate and started cleaning my battery. He went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Robert, Autozone is lucky to have such a great employee.Sincerely,Denise

I simply went to this location to get a new brake light and Juan G assisted me and I was very impressed with his customer service skills. He was very helpful and nice, and even offered to install my light for me which I kindly accepted. He was very friendly the whole time and I was out of there within 5 minutes. Thanks Juan!
