Had an issue with my 2010 Toyota Tundra. Had a local mechanic work on it and couldn't resolve the issue. Contacted Roger's Motors and talked with Kyle in service. He informed me that Roger's has a service tech that can diagnose and fix most anything. He had me scheduled within a week. Kyle personally helped me offload the vehicle from my trailer and kept me informed every step of the way. I expected my bill to be 3x what it was. I'm 100% convinced no other mechanic could have fixed this issue and Kyle went above and beyond in every way he could.

I go here for my Toyota Highlander hybrid to maintain my service and it truly helps when you get greats customer service like I did this last time. James Patton was great and friendly to deal. The Service department at Rogers Toyota always impresses me. They are honest, never try to sell me something I don't need but keep my vehicle up to date. Pat and Saffire are just a couple of their people, but they are great to work with. If something doesn't work with your schedule or a part price is too high, they will try to work with you.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

Love this place ask for sour ges the best berry kind and they work with you me and my momma both got our cars here and they do great service and you get cookies and water ;)

Had to wait over a week to get a pardon ended up paying 800 and some dollars for a part that only would have cost me about 68 bucks on Amazon and had to basically chew them out yesterday and somehow magically the other part I needed got in today doesn't make sense
