These guys are top-of-the-line, down to earth and actually care about the customer.I went to NAPA Kuna, thinking a battery needed replacement. Bryce a store manager tested my battery and showed me a terminal clamp wasn t functioning properly. Then recommended a part that would solve the issue. They were happy to help me replace the part in the parking lot and saved me $150 on a battery I didn t need.A+ customer service, knowledge and kindness.Thank you guys.

Always has or can get parts for my vehicle. Appreciate the quick turnaround and still have that local feel.

I purchased a battery from this store last spring and recently have been having issues with it keeping a charge. I took it to my mechanic and he checked it and told me that it had a bad cell and that it needed to be replaced, per the report that his Snapon machine printed out. He gave me a copy of the slip that showed that it needed replaced and told me to give it to the store I bought it from as he said they will try and tell me that the battery is fine so they don't have to warranty it. I took it in to get warrantied as it was less than a year old and sure enough, they used a different brand of machine and said that my battery was fine and they would not replace it. I have never had any issues with this store in the past and have tried shopping there whenever possible as I prefer to shop local but the customer service this time was severely lacking. I will no longer support a local business that doesn't take care of their local customers. I contacted the corporate Napa website on Monday and received a response that they would contact me within two business days. It is now Friday and crickets, apparently customer service is not important to them.

I didn't catch the man's name, but the guy working there was super helpful. I needed to change my battery and he let me borrow tools and answered a few questions I had. He apologized for not helping more, but he was the only on working. Anyhow, super friendly and helpful.

I own an auto repair shop clear across the state in Blackfoot, Idaho, and we work with part stores all the time. They gave us excellent customer service in helping us find a receipt so we could warranty a part in behalf of a customer who purchased his starter there. I was impressed by their customer service and willingness to help with something that didn't even effect them one way or the other.

The staff here are SO great! They are very knowledgeable, and if one person doesn't have the answer it's a sure bet that someone else there does. They've helped me so many times with my 20-year old pickup truck. Thanks!

Walked in, asked for a part, and they instantly got it for me! Not only that, it was stupid cheap (5 bucks, every where else had it for 20!) Forget Ace, I'm coming here from now on. Thank you so much!!!

I don't have much car saavy, but I do know some of the basics, like changing headlights. However, I now have a Kia Optima, and the headlight bulbs are very difficult to access. I am so thankful for the help of the Kuna NAPA for their help every time I need a new bulb, which, on the Optima, is about every 6 months for an individual low-beam bulb.And today, I needed new wiper blades. When I was at the counter paying for them, Kyle came over and asked if I'd like them put on right away - I didn't even have to ask! Then, it turned out that the passenger side blade length called for in the computer was an inch long, so he went in right away and grabbed the correct length and installed both blades.Great service! One of the main reasons I continue to go there.
