Always a great experience. I have purchased multiple tires, wheels and a battery from here. The employees have always been friendly, patient and helpful every time. I won't go anywhere else for my automobile needs.

Les Schwab always coming in clutch. They ve repaired my tire 2 times and both times have been pleasantly impressed with customer service , quick service & friendly staff. I will recommend you come here for any tire needs that you may need now or in the future. Keep up the great work & don t forget the popcorn!

Great Customer Service! I just took my motorhome over to get the tires pressure checked. The took the time to check all 6 tires, which meant the had to pull the dually wheels as well. I was really impressed with theirservice! I worked with Kody and he was great!

Made an appointment on Tuesday for this Saturday at 10am. Dropped off my car never heard back for a couple of hours. Called to check on my status, but was told they hadn't pulled my car into the bay yet, but that they would get to it next. Called at 3:45pm was told that my car still hadn't been looked at. If there was an issue would probably have to schedule another appointment. So my car sat there for 5 1/2 hours and nothing was done. My car is still messed up and I'm hoping it's nothing serious.

They are so efficient , Valerie one of the girls who takes care of you, also offers the additional services at no extra charge of serving the husbands ,as going for drinks after work with customers . Personally, I would recommend the store to any married woman who wants her marriage to end! I get both services at this store! They change my tires and she go out with my husband after work

I came for the free suspension check but felt bad for only using a free service so I added on a tire rotation, since it was overdue anyway. I was quoted $27 and left them to it. When I returned to pickup my car the quotes for the suspension were already printed and ready to go. They also checked the brakes which I appreciated. When I pulled out my wallet the woman at the desk told me not to worry about it since they comp'd the rotation. I asked if she was sure since I purchased the tires from Walmart originally and she still didn't charge me. I would have given a 5 star review anyway for the service but felt you guys went above and beyond. Y'all are considered to be the best for a reason.

Amazing customer service Rich and Rob helped me out. I feel in a way that's better than most experiences I have had at other shops in 30 years. I was in a financial pinch, and the staff went above and beyond when they didn't have to. Thank you, Kuna les Schwab, and know your staff. Made the difference as to where I go for future business. I've been doing business with them in Kuna for years, but they are quickly declining in services. When the battery I recently bought from them went dead they wouldn't come give me a jump . In fact, I had to remove the battery myself and take it to them to charge at the Meridian location. My car was only 3 blocks from there. Then we called Kuna Les Schwab when it turned out to be the alternator. Kuna les schwab would not install one for us when they've done it before. I had to take it to Commercial Tire who were more than happy to do it for me.Les Schwab has had my business for at least 15 years and 3 vehicles getting tires from them. I'm thinking about taking my business elsewhere. Good job COMMERCIAL TIRES.

Let me tell you how Les Schwab ruined my brakes. I went in and got a full set of tires, which was fine for a few weeks, then my front brakes started pulsating. It got progressively worse, so I had my dad take the car back to Les Schwab to have them look at it (I was sick at the time, which is why I didn't take it in myself). They started by saying that they had cross threaded two studs when they installed the tires, but they would replace them. Then they said that the rotor was warped and that's why it was pulsating. Dad asked if it was the same tire that they cross threaded the studs on, and the guy refused to answer. Dad took the car to our mechanic to take a look at it. The cross threaded studs BROKE OFF IN HIS HAND when he went to remove them, so that's a big screw up on Les Schwab's part. Then he said the warping on the rotor was likely caused by the the cross threaded and over-torqued lugs. Those front brakes only had about 1500 miles on them, so they hadn't been used much. Took the car back to Les Schwab and they insisted that it's not possible for cross threaded and over-torqued lugs to cause warping of the rotor (I looked it up: it's possible). He said they would replace the studs that broke, but would not take responsibility for the rotor. They quoted me about $300 to replace the front pair. I'm not paying them to ruin my stuff. So, unless you like having people put you in danger by ruining your studs to the point that they break off, then causing you hundreds of dollars of damage to the adjacent car parts, then try to charge you to pay for THEIR mistakes, then DO NOT do business with these people. Take your car anywhere but here.

Always friendly and easy to work with. Usually able to get tires fixed within a few hours, we go to the Kuna location for all our U-Haul tire needs!

In the day to day of doing business we always try to be kind and help those we serve. Yesterday our technician was broken down on the freeway with a bad tire and a spare that did not work. A Les Schwab truck stopped to help. They took the care of the situation right on the freeway. Our motto is Do Good Be Kind, Les Schwab did a great job hiring TJ. He made our day so much better by Doing Good and Being Kind.

Great service, friendly staff, but pricing is outrageous! You will save a LOT OF MONEY by purchasing tires at local competitors! Les Schwab quotes for same or directly comparable 4 tires were more than $400 more expensive than "C....."!!! LES Schwab Kuna is not interested in even coming close to matching competitors quotes. Big " " always matches competitor quotes in my experience. PRICE MATTERS FOLKS!

Les Schwab as a whole has been taking care of my rigs for 25 years. Fleet account and all. They leveled my truck, got new tires on, and aligned it in about 2.5 hours and did what they said the way they said and did it well. Always appreciate the crew there in Kuna and drive out of my way to buy there.

I went to Les Schwab to get an alignment after getting Cooper tires through someone else because I did not know that Les Schwab will order those tires for you and put them on. Long story short, found out the other company put 2 lug nuts on crooked and they had to be replaced for Les Schwab to check my rear brakes at the same appointment (trip check) thankfully they found it before I was stranded somewhere not able to get my tire off! The other company righted their wrong, so no shaming on here. I will go to Les Schwab from no on.

Very good service and customer service. I took my SUV in because it had a slow lake. Turns out I had a nail in my tire and I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much for your service

Cesar ran out to my truck, and had my flat tire swapped out in about 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and he had hustle. He is great at his job and I'm glad that he was the person who helped me today. I'll be coming back to do my ball joints asap. Thanks Cesar.

Les Schwab saved us $500!! Dennis Dillon service center wanted $530 to change the battery when it was already in the shop for other reasons. I called les Schwab. They got us in right away and since I already have an account with them we walked away with just $80 out of pocket. They saved the day. Fast and professional. Thank you!

Kuna store has absolutely the worst GM of its existence. We had an agreement to add a new set of tires to my account as I purchase all tires, brakes, suspension services from this store and had done so for many years with previous GM Steve and spent over $15-20k. This new Joe Schmoe (Oscar) not only lowers my previous account credit amount available but then has no clue of our phone conversation. Makes up an employee must ve used his name during the call.) What kind of store are you running??? Once he tries to explain revolving credit at his store and how decreases the amount available to borrow over time. I have to inform him this is not true as I work in finance. Long story short, he finally makes it seem like he went out of his way to do it. This was a LIE. He added it to the account without increasing back what I had for many years in available credit revolving amount. My account with them shows -126% paid off on my credit reports and dropped them 23 pts!!!! Thanks you clown! I will be taking all my business elsewhere.

Worthy of their stellar reputation. Initially convenience brought me here-I happen to live right next to them.. But the outstanding customer service and quality products has earned my loyalty. Over the years they have gone above and beyond for me many times, assisting me up the road, helping me out when a tire got slashed when I managed a homeless shelter with a good deal to get me back on the road, and quality work on my brakes, front end and great tires. The people are genuine, friendly, very helpful and it is not forced-they really are just very nice people who care about their customers-everyone of them I have dealt with! I will remain a loyal customer.

I have purchased tires from this location several times for my past vehicles. Never had a problem, always professional. I needed to get into a new set of AT tires for my Silverado. The rep Osvaldo was super informative, and helped me get into a new set of Open Range AT tires. He was very professional, and knowledgeable on what I needed for my application. I will be back in soon for a new set for my wife's vehicle when it's time. Very good customer service with this location. Will recommend friends and family to this store in heartbeat.
