I took my Lincoln into Bell s yesterday with some concerns I had. I didn t have an appointment, however they looked at my car right away. I felt heard and understood which is rare for those like me who know nothing about cars. They helped me with my concerns and even changed the bulb for my blinker. I left feeling like I had an honest team who had my back if anything needed address on my car. I will defiantly be using Bell s for all my automotive needs. Highly recommend them!

2003 Hyundai Elantra GLS Temperature gauge won't work on my car and was overheating so I pulled into lot after spraying coolant , and they scheduled an appointment without hassle

Dale Bell runs an excellent business with years of valuable experience. Top mechanic is Pat who is the BEST. Really appreciate what they do for our family from repairing vintage vehicles to fairly newer vehicles. It's rare to find a shop that has integrity, honesty and is a great value. I had a "Check Engine" light pop up on my van after a false start on a cold morning. I stopped in and they checked it out in a few minutes, took care of it and sent me on my way. It was such a joy to have it taken care of so quickly and politely!! I will definitely use them as my mechanic.

My work van broke down yesterday way out of town at the Birds of Prey Area. I call Bell's and Dale answered, I explained my problem..over heating and leaking in coolant system. He said he would be on his way in 30 minutes to my location. He showed up within an hour of my call, not only extremely professional and very nice, he fixed my van and had me on my way within a 1/2 hour or less of his arrival. What a nice man and good mechanic, very reasonable price and so kind considering my predicament and stuck over 30 miles from his shop. I took my 2002 Ford mustang here with a crank but no start situation. after a horrible experience with another mechanic, these guys really took care of me. They went above and beyond to not only find out the fuel pump the previous mechanic at another business put was faulty, but really helped me and informed me of what they were doing and what I could do moving forward. They fixed my car, its running great again, and with their help I was able to return the faulty pump to O'reilly's for a refund to help me save money. Prices were great and the staff here was top notch. I have found my mechanic for our family needs. Check them out.

I was a regular customer but this time was horrible. I wish you would have just told me to take my business somewhere else. This time my car was returned to me with less parts on it than when it arrived. Missing pedal covers and other small parts. Greasy hand prints all over the vehicle and a big oily boot print in the carpet on the drivers side. Think twice before you go here for repairs, I know I wont be back.

Recommended by a friend, so brought a vehicle here to troubleshoot a problem. The lot was full of cars, which means they are popular, but also a bit of a wait for them to get to yours. Very responsive and honest about the reprioritization challenge. 2-3 days to solve the problem for the price paid means I'd definitely go back for a non-urgent issue.

They could took the low road and installed the parts that were ordered. Instead they were able to repair the concern with less time and materials needed. Very happy with the outcome and the price was at least half of what I was expecting.

Bells is the place to go. Always honest in the repairs that are needed, and not needed, pointing out things that I could repair on my own to save some money, TOP NOTCH people. I take all 3 of our vehicles to Bells.

I have known these folks since 1993. They are honest, very knowledgeable and a delight to work with. They go above and beyond in all they do. It's wonderful to have them local.Drive over, drop off and walk home.

My uncle referred me to Bell's after I told him about my car problems and that Les Schwab wanted to charge me $350 for a broken caliper. Bell diagnosed my real problem immediately (just a loose caliper screw and new brakes) and charged only $200 and saved me $150. I loved it, it was fast, simple, easy, and cheap but all quality work. I live in Garden City now but I will still go here for my car problems.

This is the only shop I've ever been to that they don't up-sell the crap out of you. Honest guys, super helpful. I have had them work on multiple vehicles and they do great.

I took my truck to Auto Zone, O'Reilly's, an electrician, and the Dennis Technical Center in Boise and none of them were able to figure it out. Bell's fixed the problem with ease.
