Highly recommend Shoshone Glass. They did a beautiful job installing our large living room windows. They were very prompt with time. I love that they covered the carpets to prevent any stains. They removed the old and installed the new windows with in a couple hours and left no mess. It looks really nice.Thank you Shoshone Glass!

Awesome local window and glass business. Windows are great quality at an even better price. Lori was able to have my slightly custom windows shipped in quickly and I couldn't be happier. Shoshone Glass will always be my first choice!

Kerry and Lori were great to work with on windows for our new build. Very accommodating and easy. They have also put new windows in two of our vehicles. Very impressed on the work and how easy it was to schedule. I highly recommend Shoshone Glass for all your glass needs.

Shoshone Glass did such an awesome job replacing my windshield after it got a tennis ball sized rock chip. They worked with my insurance super quickly and got me an appointment in just a few days! The windshield looks great and is so clean. They were also able to save my suction cup car mount that I was SURE had been melted onto the windshield 4yrs previous. But they got it off the old windshield and put it back on the new one, which was a pleasant surprise. The owners are also amazing people. Great service and easy to work with. Was very busy and needed two windshields done in a week. We were able to drop our vehicles off the night before leaving our keys in a lock box, and when they were finished they called and we picked them up. Great service!!!

Had windows replaced by Shoshone glass today. It was bitter cold this March morning and they still showed up with smiles on and a demeanor to match! They were quick, clean and very nice answering any questions I had. They were nice to my children and my dog as well. The windows were installed with precision! 10 out of 10 for the quality of the windows and cost! They will have our business in the future!! Thank you guys again!!

Kerry and crew did a great job on installing 16 new Windows and a sliding glass door. It's amazing how much cooler during these 90 degree days they keep the house and how much quieter it is In the house. I would highly recommend shoshone glass for all your glass needs. Shoshone Glass Inc. went above and beyond to help us. When a large rock ruined our windshield when we were passing through town, they were unable to get a replacement in time to meet our schedule. We had to get back home to catch a plane out of the country. They helped us find a location that could repair the window the next day and 'bandaged' it to make it safe to drive to the next destination. They dropped everything to help us and didn't even charge for all of their help. I just wish I lived in Kellogg to be able to use and recommend them to everyone I know!

Excellent service! Very helpful getting insurance claim processed, quickly got us into the shop for a chip repair, quality work on the chip repair! Took his time and did it right. Very, very pleased with excellent customer service!!!

I am all about supporting small businesses! I ve used this place in the past like 3 years ago and they did a great job replacing our windows in our older house and doors. Plus have replaced windshields in the past, But their service has sure gone down hill. Used them 2 months ago to replace a windshield in my truck that s not even a year old and it was nightmare from the beginning. Lori ordered the wrong windshield which accidents happen, but they they called to tell me about it they blamed it on the insurance giving them the wrong info. I was right there when she looked it up and ordered it. & then they ordered the right one . Well they installed it, but it wasn t installed properly. Went through a car wash 7 days later and tons of water came gushing inside my truck at the top where it wasn t sealed properly! Called them immediately and I brought it in. They admitted to not sealing it at the top had to bring it back in the next day so they could reinstall a NEW windshield. Which they did! With the initial water damage- I had at least two pitchers of water come through if not more! Onto my speaker on the roof, speaker on the dash, down the touch screen, down all the buttons they control heating and all that, onto my charging dock. Chris was very apologetic when I brought it in and showed good customer service I will give that. The owner Kerry says with the nice weather it will air out after I show him a video. I am sure he would be saying that too if he made the payment on a 2020 Ford F-350 Truck that s not even a year old yet and having this experience. So I bring it into Ford Missoula (soonest appt) for camera recalibration- typical thing for a windshield replacement. They attempt to do it, but get error messages. So after hours of trying (and they don t typically see this) they tell me we can t do it today we have to order it this module is shot come back a week and a half later and get it installed. Well they run into other issues. error messages again and need to replace 2 more modules .told a controller needs replaced as well. They are in the middle of ripping out the dash and thoroughly inspecting for all water damage. Currently been with out my truck for 4 days now have a lovely car rental parts are back ordered so we will be lucky if we get our truck back within two weeks! It s under warranty but they would not cover it for the first module replacement due to water damage so we paid out of pocket for that. Now we have a claim started and dealing with insurance but what a nightmare! Great other people have had such wonderful service here! I was shocked to see the star rating, but do you re research ahead of time. Supporting local isn t always best. I wish we would have waited out needing a replacement windshield and done it with a well known shop where we re at now! Going on two months of the initial water damage and not even close to being at the end! which I m sure there will be other arising issues as time goes on as well. The pic I attached isn t even close to the water damage done. The videos I have truly show the extent it is. (I attempted to load a pic a few times, but for some reason won t attach).Service: Auto windshield replacement
