To whom it may concern, I just recently purchased my third vehicle from Dave smith and their service has entirely fell off. They give you long talks about how they will check in with you after and make sure everything is good. They lost one of my key fobs and both my salesman Andrew and the finance lady both had told me they would look for it and let me know if they find it. I ve contacted Andrew three times now and the guy won t get back to me. I think this is mostly because I decided I wouldn t buy their junk warranty therefore reducing their commission. I thought they were a much better dealer than this but apparently not.

I purchased a used 2011 ram 2500 I was told by the sales team that the truck was inspected but apparently not vey good. When I got the truck home I went to buy new tires and found that the front steering and suspension was completely shot they did send me me ball joints but when the work started there was a lot of other parts needed over 1200 dollars later I m still pouring money into it there was also what looked like a bullet hole in the roof which let in a bunch of water the ruined the head liner I know buyer beware but they definitely need a better team checking out the vehicles.

Colter has been helping my Father and me search for a car to buy for the last couple weeks. He is very pleasant to work with/talk to and not pushy at all. He listened to our needs & requirements and only presented vehicles that matched within our price range. Overall has been a positive experience.

If you are looking for a vehicle Dave Smith will get you the best deal. Ask for JD (Joey Deno). He was a pleasure to work with during the process. Made things very easy, was straight forward and work with me every step of the way to make sure the car was the best option for me and my family and did all he could to get things were they needed to be financially. The only car salesman that has ever taken the time to sit in the car with me, post sale, I I run thru some of the technology and features to ensure I felt comfortable and new the ins and outs. The GM and finance department were excellent they the process as well. Great overall experience.

The parts lady Toni on the GM Side is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and friendly, I wouldn't buy my parts anywhere else.
