I give them 5 stars for fast friendly service. My radiator fan motor went out in kennewick WA. Was told they could not get the part till Tuesday and this was Friday. Called perfection tire in Kamiah, they said they couldn't have the part till next Friday but told me to call around and see if I could find it. I did, and since in the state of Washington they don't put on customer supplied parts I drove all the way to Kamiah after making an appointment and the mechanic actually came in on his day off to get my radiator fan going. Pictures of radiator when I left kennewick and drove over 4 hours to get it fixed.

Needed some work done for the tires on my trailer as I was passing through town. Even though they were super busy, they stopped what they did to help me out and get me on my way quickly. Really appreciative for them going out of their way to take care of me.

They were pretty quick and average price for an oil change. They didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff I don't need. I'll definitely go back there for my car maintenance. ]

I've heard some of the negative reviews of this place, but every interaction I've had has been fantastic. They've fixed my flat tires for free, twice!! They also replaced my headlight after we hit a deer and they did a great and speedy job!

They do good work but I just got charged far more than I was told it would cost me and was totally unprepared for how much more my repair bill was going to be. Then as if that was not enough, two of the employees made up a horrible lie about me, things I had allegedly said and had acted! None of this ever happened. I even have two witnesses, one of which was Marshal Bowman of the Kamiah Marshall's Office that nothing of the sort happened.The only reason I gave them one star is because it would not let me post my review w/o at least one star.

I really had a bad first impression with this place. I will not do business with the owner. Made me very uncomfortable pushing a set of tires after I said no I just need the one fixed. The way he tried to pressure me into buying. They did redeem them self. Since then there is one guy I will deal with and he is amazing.

We worked with Jerry over the phone, as we are in Spokane and the daughter-in-laws car is in Kamiah. I needed to order the alternator with Napa in Kamiah to get it there the next day. I was having trouble getting it done over phone. Jerry talked me through it and I called Napa back and like magic it all got done! He got the part the next morning hand delivered and was able to complete work that morning , which was a Saturday. The total cost for his labor was less than I expected! Can't say enough good things about how accomodating Jerry was. Thank You guys. Great job!Service: Electrical repair

Knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff. I stopped in once to find out if they had a winter tire with strong tread for my small SUV. The second time I stopped to find out if they had time to pull a nail out of one of my tires. I thought I would have to come back but they took the car back immediately, pulled the nail and patched the tire within a half hour. I will certainly go back when I am ready for new tires.

Found a small wire that rubbed through and was intermittently grounding. It would only pop a fuse every once in a while without warning. They repaired it and I haven't had a problem since. Thanks Perfection!!

I bought new tires for my Crew cab dully.Service was great . We will see how the tires preform in the next few months. They sure look good .

Came here to get my alternator fixed and they some how put the exact same alternator in my car (the old bad one) and took my money. I was left stranded on the side of the road less than 50 miles out. Worst experience ever. When I called to complain the gentleman hung up on me!!! Worst place ever I will never be coming back and I will be telling all my friends and family not to go.

Great service, knowledgeable, fast, friendly! I've had several repairs done there, and it was done right the first time. Waiting area with coffee, tv made it a comfortable wait.

They were honest, I asked for a tune up and they didn't do it. It didn't need one. I highly recommend Perfection in Kamiah

Those guys fixed my flat tires, twice on separate occasions, on my Polaris side by side. At no charge when I tried to pay ! Super nice guys... Thanks again "Perfection !"

I go there for all my work on my car. Fast, fair prices and one especially great mechanic! He can fix almost anything!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Stopped in due to a tire that kept leaking down. They took me right away, found a nail, plugged it up, and didn't charge me a dime. We buy tires there, have had them fix wiring on our trailer, replace hoses, etc.

Half the screws missing from my dash after installing my radio! Supposed brand new brakes had to be replaced because they burned up coming down White Bird!

Called to get a quote of spring replacement on my truck. Never got a call back as promised. Too bad I have a bunch of stuff I need a tire shop for.
