Amazing thorough job! I drove up from Moscow, ID bc the Moscow JL only had 2 workers and even though I was the 2nd car of the day, they couldn t tell me a time they could get me in! I went RIGHT THROUGH WITH THE QUICKEST SERVICE EVER, here in Hayden! Major shoutouts to the kindest employees: Mason, Andruw, Travis, and Billy! So conscientious and thorough! Brought me the filters and explained things in detail to me too! Loved their service and will definitely be back again!! Clean customer waiting area also!

Hayden Jiffy Lube is one of the most honest respectful places I have ever got an oil change, all the staff is amazing, friendly, and courteous. The manager Paul is extremely knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anybody!

I recently went to this Jiffy Lube and received excellent service. They were quick and efficient with changing my oil, replacing wiper blades, and checking all my fluids. I will recommend this business to my nm friends and family if they want service done in a quick and efficient manner

I've been to many different locations in Idaho and Washington and this is by far my favorite one. Everyone is always incredibly nice and personable. They're knowledgeable about my car. I always appreciate how they don't push me to buy anything. They just give me the facts and let me make choices from there. 10/10 recommend!

This Jiffy Lube is my absolute favorite place to go to get my oil changed. My whole family now goes there because of the amazing experiences my brother and I have had there. They are always honest and kind, and you can tell they're all very knowledgeable about cars. They are super patient with all of their customers, and I always feel welcome and comfortable there. I will take all of my vehicles here for as long as I can.

Fast, friendly and efficient. I took my Dodge 1500 truck in for oil change and was in and out in a flash. They check all the fluids, tire pressure, windshield wipers and filters with the oil change service, I got the cabin air filter replaced and the total came to just under 200$ with an in store coupon. I am very pleased with the service and would go again. Nice staff, coffee and a clean waiting room/restroom. You probably won t be there that long to enjoy these amenities but they are available and make the short wait pleasant.

I love our Hayden Jiffy Lube. Always friendly and does a great job. I never have to worry about anything turning up missing in my truck and usually get compliments on my truck. This time, there's a nice 18yr old female working there. Was proud to see a young lady with such skills. Keep it up!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Explained everything that was done to my son s vehicle and got me in and out quickly. Just a side note, I would have given 5 stars but there should be a little more care getting in the vehicle as there was quite alot of dust and dirt on the seat and floorboard which wasn t there previously .I know because I had just vacuumed. Overall a good experience.

These guys are great. Very good service and people that LISTEN to what you are saying about what you would like done to your vehicle. I drive over 90 minutes and will do it again to visit this Jiffy Lube location. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic friendly staff. Went in for a long overdue oil change, and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They didn t have my air filter in stock, but remedied that by first thing the next morning. Very honest and transparent staff. I will be back.

I took a vehicle here I wanted to have oil leaks checked out before buying also that had a regular service at jiffy . There were 3 guys here that looked at it all at the same time and they all agreed that the head gaskets were leaking and it had a rear main seal leak and transmission leak. I then took it to Valvoline and my personal mechanic and literally everything they said was wrong with it was a complete lie. I told them that I brought it in to have the valve cover looked at,they didn't even know it was a valve cover they thought those were head gaskets also the service notes prior all said different as well

Had a really really nice experience getting my oil changed here. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating! My toddler fell asleep in the backseat right before we got there and they allowed me to stay in the car with her so we didn t wake her. This will be my go to oil change spot for sure.

These guys were great and kind right from the moment I rolled down my window. They really care about there customers needs and financial situations. You would think because of their quality customers service, you were at a small business, maybe family owned, not a hug corporation. I've been to many jiffy lubes all good but this one was great! I highly recommend stopping by for you vehicles needs.

Stopped by for an oil change and was welcomed to a friendly and professional automotive team. Customer and vehicle service was detailed and efficient. This is one of the best Jiffy Lubes I have personally been to.

The people here are Great They always provide excellent service on all my vehicles. Sometimes I feel guilty bringing in the wife's car's. She beats the hell out of them! Always an easy well explained process and food nearby so that's a plus. They even accommodate my 130lb puppy and treat him like family. You guy's Rock! Much appreciated taking care of all three vehicle's. Thank you!

I needed my oil changed on the day of a snow storm. The people there not only changed my oil but they replaced my windshield wipers that had just broken the day before. Then the team went above and beyond and watched as I got safely back on the road without getting my vehicle stuck in the snow. They were fast, courteous and did not try to sell me on anything more than I needed.

I have been going to this company for many years to get my oil changed. I ve spent good money, synthetic oils, the signature series on My vehicles. I had been very pleased with the service, quick, friendly, and decently priced. The last Service I had (not a month ago) I purchased windshield wipers under advisement that they were excellent wipers. Well, turned out, they weren t, so I went back into the business and asked them if I could just have them exchanged for new ones. Well, evidently it was a burden, and all they do is sell cheap windshield wipers there because the second ones they put on my car did the same exact thing. I could not see through my windshield, it was as if they didn t even exchange the windshield wipers Very unfortunate, to lose a customer over a thing of windshield wipers and an attitude. I had to go on to Napa and purchased a new pair of windshield wipers for $50 so I could drive down the street and see through my windshield. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

I keep going back because they never try to up sale me and are pretty quick. They give my SUV an overall health check up. I know what will need to be done soon or now. The young man that I dealt with was very personable.

The team is great, but I brought in all but a quart of my oil, plus an oil filter and did not a get credit. $76 with tax is hard because I'm on Social Security.Kudos also to the team, as Valvoline couldn't remove my oil filter.

The Crew at this Jiffy Lube were very professional and forming very quickly and efficiently! They showed me my old air filters and asked me if I wanted them exchanged! I highly recommend them! Thankfs Jiffy Lube!

The employees were extremely nice and honest as even though my check engine light was coming on I didn't need an oil change yet so they just topped it off and let me go no charge and reset my light for 800 more miles
