A few weeks ago we came to Hailey to look for a house. My husbands diesel truck was having a serious sensor issue. We had to leave the next day. The owner knew this, came in early to get it done! Who does that!Small town living. We are grateful for their excellent talent and service.

Been going here since Alex opened by the post office and will never change. Tucker is amazing as are the whole staff. They are family to me and I feel like family when I get there. Never have had any issues, and I know if I did it would be corrected immediately. Hailey Auto has got all my kids through High school with their cars. I recommend this shop to everyone. Thanks for all your support.

We were visiting from Tahoe, when we had several major problems. Hailey Auto Clinic squeezed us in and finished everything quickly for us, despite being very busy. We were able to get back on our way home safely and on schedule. We are so grateful and recommend Hailey Auto Clinic so highly!

I am from out of town, and needed a complete brake job, alignment and balance. Diego looked after me well, and got me back on the road for a decent price and it appears they have done good work. I'd go back again willingly.

I ve been working with Alex, Samantha, Juan, and Ryan, as my only mechanic shop for years. I initially had reservations because of cost. But my time is worth a lot more to me than the little bit more that I spend on a real professional shop here in the valley.Long-term maintenance goals, and no issues with needing to repair things more than one time coupled with appropriate preventive maintenance. I seen a better result for my business and family.Additionally, they are always willing to drop me off at home or anywhere else convenient as necessary. And they are the most convenient place for the bus route at both locations.Really what more could you want and what else do you need to know. I would suggest that you need to know nothing more. Terrible experience, just terrible I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. The oil light of my car came on (audi q5 2016)and said that I had to add oil. My husband added oil. A couple days later the light came on again. My husband took the car to this place. They said the sensor needed to be replaced (11/09/23). We paid for that service $744.84. I thought the problem was fixed. Some days later the light came on again. They recommended PCV/oil separator system repair and monitor oil consumption. We paid for this service $862.32 (11/21/23) . When my husband and I pick the car up we noticed a dent on the car (they will fix it). My husband and I thought the problem was fixed but the light came on again. I tried to talk to the owner but Diego said that he was not there. Today they called my husband and told him that basically we need a new engine and they won't do anything to the car. If the problem was the engine why didn't they said it the first time we took the car to them? Why did they recommend to do two completly different things? My husband and I got two wrong diagnosis. We paid a lot of money and nothing got fixed. Terrible...terrible... terrible....

These guys are literally THE best!! Most enjoyable auto service experiences you will have. They are so kind and helpful and go above and beyond. Always happy to help and make sure I leave satisfied. Their professionalism is remarkable. They will send recommendations over email along with photos of the issues, this I appreciate. The place is also spotless and offers a small waiting area with provisions. I highly recommend!!!!

Needed an emergency oil change for our F350 before our journey home. I spoke with Tanya who was super nice and accommodating and worked us in. She also stood outside to watch for us as we were a tad lost.The work was done and we were also shown a pic of our battery cables that need some work.Very professional, very helpful and work well done at reasonable cost. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.Service: Oil change

Brought car in for issue with starter issues. After diagnosis the motor mount and rear suspension issues were brought to my attention. I gave the okay to repair. Not only did they get repairs done way ahead of schedule, but the quoted price was 30% less than agreed on due to finding required parts at lesser price. Extremely nice and professional staff with my interests number one. Well worth the perfect rating. We were traveling through the area from Denver with our Mercedes Sprinter van when we heard a strange noise from the drivetrain. They got us in and inspected that same morning. Responsive, quick, and thorough. This is the first review I have ever written.Tucker and everyone there were so very accommodating at every turn. Tucker worked with my extended warranty saving me ALOT of money. They helped me get to a doctors appt., came to my house to pick me up, politely answered my many calls and questions and on and on! I can t say enough to express how great they were to work with. Oh, and I did forget to mention one small detail MY CAR RUNS GREAT!Thanks again to the Hailey Auto Team!!!

Hailey Auto Clinic on Main is fantastic! I would highly recommend doing business with them. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and fair priced. Hailey Auto Clinic is awesome! We needed a fuel system flush to remove some contamination and Tucker got the job done quickly and had us back on the road in no time. Prices are fair, service is timely, and the team always gives great advice to keep the vehicles running in a cost effective manner. What I like about HAC is that they don't try to "stack" the service or repair. Meaning that they don't push a lot of things on you that you don't really need.

Tucker was very tenacious in dealing with my extended warranty company to get everything covered. This is my 4th visit with Hailey Auto Co since moving here as a medical traveler in December. They have been nothing short of helpful and exceed my customer service expectations every time. Tanya is absolutely wonderful at the desk. She has remembered and worked around my nightshift schedule, been thorough about explaining issues and necessary fixes for my vehicle to keep me safe on the road and been very welcoming. She s gone above and beyond to make sure I, as a client, was cared for. My tire needed a patch done for a screw and without ask, because she knew I wouldn t have time to get it to repair before I worked while also being able to get enough sleep between shifts, she was able to get the car to the other location and back so the tire was fixed and ready for me when I woke up. Thanks Hailey Auto Co! Appreciate all your employees!

Not only we re they able to squeeze us in last minute for an oil change, but they caught a huge safety concern with our brakes. I have a I have an older Tundra and a newer Yukon, and I take both vehicles to the Haley auto clinic for regular maintenance as well as repairs. Their service team is first rate and the staff is very courteous. I m a travel nurse and drive my RAV 4 a lot. It has over 170000 miles on it and I make sure to keep up with care to get the most out of my miles and car. I called Hailey Auto Group because I had just driven from Oregon to Iowa then to Idaho to start my contract all within 3 weeks. My car was due for an oil change. They were quick to get my car in and even found some extra damages from wear and tear that they fixed the following day. Their front desk staff is knowledgeable and sweet and they communicated very well. The pricing is beyond reasonable, especially for the area. I also loved that they send you text updates that include a link to view your estimate and detailed report (including photos) of anything that may need to be fixed for you to approve or deny. Overall I had a great experience at Hailey Auto and will be back as long as I m in the Wood River Valley.

12-22-22 Amending previous comments by adding the following:One of the owners personally called me after seeing my comments and offered to do anything to make me feel better about the service, and make up for what I experienced. He sincerely apologized explaining his idea of good service and was holding a meeting tomorrow with the staff for them to understand his philosophy of service and customer satisfaction. As well, he made the offer to refund the amount paid for both services. He would make sure his technicians from now on would read full instructions and comments on all service orders before starting a job.I have been here several times and always leave disappointed and unsure of the service performed.Guarantee you they will take all day to perform a two hour service if not longer from what I overheard today. Today a recommended service, they made, took eight and half hours, should at most taken one hour. If I had the place to do it myself it should have been an hour max, changing out a serpentine belt! Mainly disappointed because they failed to provide the part removed as I had requested and assured they would do and place it on the passenger side floorboard. Didn't happen! Technician claimed he cut it up into pieces!, why? Not an easy thing to do. I visually inspected the belt but saw no markings identifying it as a new belt, but could not inspect the full length because tension got tighter the more I moved it by hand, and it was bitter cold.Time before, they lost the metal ring causing an electrical short problem. Called it a metal washer when photo taken showed a metal clip! Come on two for two.I have come to realize they will say anything to appease the customer at the start, but fail to come through in the end. I am assuming the service was performed for what I was charged.First, time shame on you. Send time, shame on me; for giving you another opportunity to leave me doubting. Not a happy camper here ; (Will take my business elsewhere. Plenty of shops in town. Karl Malone is an excellent place for service, but they do not work on my make, and that's a shame.
