We had a wonderful experience. My car door was so smashed I couldn t get in and out and upon getting an estimate, they fixed it so I could go in and out.They finished my repairs early, communicated clearly and when we got my car back it was deep cleaned, smelled amazing and looked branded new. I never knew an experience like this was possible. 10/10!

Likes to rip people, kids, and families off!!! Not honest, or reliable. Zero integrity unless he can get something from you.....like $$$. Has an outstanding local reputation of taking things that don't belong to him. Owes money legally to multi people for stealing their cars and property. Take elsewhere and save yourself the bad karma for supporting people like this.

Had my motor replaced there once the new motor got there they did the swap in a timely manner once they were done with the motor then my transmission went out on them and they had to wait for a transmission to be delivered and once they received my transmission they got it done. Now I m one happy lady cause I finally got my dart back. It might have took a bit to get it fixed but it wasn t their fault it was the warranty people but they fought until they got the warranty people to cover. If I need anything else done with my car I will definitely be returning. Great job Ray s.Services: Engine repair, Transmission replacement

Very friendly and great people there. They got my vehicle right in and completed the job in a timely matter. If I need anything else in the future. That's where I'll go. Super cute dog too.

Working with this shop has been one of the best experiences I have had when needing car repairs. The owner is very friendly, honest, trustworthy, and a cool guy. I can honestly say my stress level was at a minimal working with this shop. He is very busy, so if at all possible book ahead, BUT hes very busy because he is easily one the THE best, so its for good reason that he might be a week or two out before he can get to you. If i ever need anything done that an oil change place cant fix, this is where i am going.

This Thomas guy who gave a one star review because Ray's is too busy to get him right now in is nuts. Shannon, Todd and everyone down at Ray's are incredible mechanics. That's why they're booked so far out. Ray's has 3 lifts (all of which are in use) and they have a couple of spaces for smaller jobs not requiring the use of a lift. They take their time, and get the job right the first time. Good mechanics get booked out. If you can't wait, there are plenty of hack mechanics out there who'd be happy to take your money and not stand behind their work.Ray's is incredibly honest, there have been many times where I have taken a vehicle to them with what I think is a major issue, ready to fork over big money, where they have found that it's actually a simple fix, and have even not charged me for some of the easy fixes they've done for me.I trust Ray's with all of my vehicles, personal as well as company rigs.The reviews that they have from actual customers should speak for themselves.

They have done 2 major jobs on two of my cars now and both times I was so happy with my bill. I called the dealerships for quotes and both times Rays Auto was half the price as the dealership. They are the most honest shop I have ever worked with and even fixed a couple of extras without charging me. I have sent everyone I know who has car issues to them because I know they will be taken care and not taken advantage of.

Needed some work done in my car, but I wasn't aware of two other repairs that needed done. They were brought to my attention and with a firm estimate. Work was done very quickly with excellent communication. The price was also more affordable than other shops I had looked into for the main item that needed repaired. Very impressed and satisfied customer.

This places is really good. Had a bad expirence with minakee and kept having things go wrong with my car when I got it back. I called them after minakee caused a 4thussue with my car and took them to rays. I arrived to my scheduled appointment and Kristy was amazing at getting me directed to the shop. Shannon was knowledgeable and efficient at diagnosing and treating the issue!This is the only location I will go to have any service done! I have taken my truck to Ray's for over a year and wouldn't let anyone else work on it since finding their shop. Always cordial, flexible and above anything honest. A few months ago I came in late on a Saturday and they were closed but took me in to put on my running boards and saved me time and money from coming back at a less convenient time with my work schedule.

Be careful of the scam this place runs, I was selling my used Eclipse and buyer wanted to do a vehicle inspection prior to buying. Ray's offers free inspection. When at Ray's, they did a fraudulent scan of my car vitals, claimed it was a lemon and electrically fried as well as a host of other problems with ABS, seatbelts, etc. Went to 2 shops after this for second opinion and 0 problems. I have owned the car since it was new, at Ray's they suggested it might have been in a crash, I assured him it was not. Looked to me like this place might sell used cars in the front and that they do repairs. Two reasons to suggest my car was a lemon, so I can pay them a lot of money to "fix" a car with no problems or so that they can sell a car in the used car lot to my potential buyer. We asked them to give us a print out showing the issues with my car, he wouldn't do it..... I sold my car and weeks later the buyer is happy with no issues.

Ray's Auto care is amazing they have worked with me on a few occasions and I trust them with the repairs on my vehicles they are absolutely honest and care more about the customer than just their money. That's what I love about this company. Great job guys you have a customer for life.

Rays Auto Care provided great service for my vehicle on short notice. Quick and friendly service. I live in the north end and use Ray's for all my basic auto maintenance on both vehicles.I also rented a U-Haul from this location on another occasion Again quick and friendly service that made my move easier.

I love this place. Went in for an oil change. They were fast. Honest about other concerns I had with my car. Great people here. This is where I will be taking my car for anything it needs in the future. The shop dog brutus is awesome.

Was referred to by a guy at advanced auto, just looking for a solid go to shop for everything. Met shannon the owner right off the bat. SOLID DUDE. Honestly best customer service in auto ive ever had. The guy saw the urgency of our situation and fixed it that night.I read the reviews and laughed, He s a small business kinda guy and does what he does well.

who ever i spoke with to make an appt to have my vehicle looked at said they were booked out at least a month.. wow either a very good place to go or just does not have the help to get the job done. Either way not ever going to Rays and will not reccomend then at all

Friendly people at first but they disconnected my sub wire to my stereo system under the hood when it wasn't necessary to fix the problem with my car and took the fuse out and had told me they were going to put it all back and never did. I had to rerun the wire from inside the car and had to make a 2nd trip from Nampa to get my fuse back and they started being kinda rude at that point. Also charged more than they quoted when I brought all the parts they needed for the job to get done. I won't take my car there again. A better place to take your car would be Todd's on track road in Nampa or Caldwell automotive.

I have only had AMAZING encounters with this shop! Once I started going, they are my go to! They always have fair pricing and are the nicest people. Me and my wife had to install a GPS monitor in our new vehicle.Rays shop noticed some minor repairs that needed to be done and took it upon them selves to make sure my wife and our daughter were driving in a safe vehicle.. I am thrilled to have randomly googled mechanics and found rays! My check engine light popped on... took it in and he took the time show me what needed to be replaced and made sure I understood why it needed to be replaced. I won't take my car anywhere else!

The mechanics at Ray's Auto are very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to getting my car fixed! 10 out of 10 would recommend.
