If I could rate Paradigm ten stars, I would! Flawless customer service and installation. To start, I reached out requesting a quote to install lowering springs and a rear spoiler on my 2022 Genesis G70 and Paradigm gave me a very reasonable quote. I had already purchased the parts that were SUPPOSED to fit my car. Come to find out, they didn t. Paradigm was able to order new lowering springs that actually fit my car and get them to the shop the next day. They went out of their way to ensure the parts would work. They worked with me on additional labor costs and gave me a loaner vehicle. Overall, it only took 2 days and it realistically would have only taken them 1 day had the manufacturer not sent me the wrong springs. So impressed. I also requested that they rebadge the car and install new emblems, which they did! Will definitely be back for more work. So impressed, again! These guys are the very best at what they do. My 2003 WRX needed new wheel bearings and a few other minor repairs and they went above and beyond for me and got the car driving better than it ever has and in a short period of time. I highly recommend them anyone who wants a shop to take the very best care of them, their car and also get things done in a short schedule. I will be life loyal to paradigm and I encourage you to try them out yourself and see why they are the very best mechanic shop in Idaho. The staff is the very best at what they do.

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing Paradigm Automotive's services, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. Alan and Matt are awesome!Those two and their team are very knowledgeable and willing to do anything that they can to help meet and exceed the needs of you and your car. From basic repairs to high-performance upgrades.I have gone in several times for various things, including diagnostic services, parts, and simple Q&A. They have earned my business for years to come.

Great experience working with these guys. They were able to get me scheduled quickly. For a decent size job my vehicle was done the next day. Communication was great and every time I called the phone was answered quickly without having to go through multiple prompts or being on hold. Truck is running great and going forward I will use them for all my needs. Diagnostics were quick and spot on to what my husband had suspected. No upselling, they did however have helpful insight as to future maintenance and explained the details thoroughly. Thanks again guys!!!

Alan and the crew NAILED it! Brought my 22 Forester to them to improve the handling without getting extreme . They did coilovers and sway bars and kept the body at a height I could still run stock tires and have the easy entry I love (I m a 60-something lady with bad knees), but really tightened up the body roll and sway that Foresters unfortunately are known for.I couldn t be happier with the results. They LISTENED to what I wanted and made well-considered recommendations. Fast turnaround in the shop, great communication and a fair price. What more do you want?If you love your Subie, you want these guys on your team!

The team here is amazing. I've got a 27 year old car that sometimes has random/difficult issues to diagnose and fix, and parts are a nightmare to find.The guys at Paradigm always help me out, working to find the right parts and keep my car in tip top shape. I can t thank these guys enough, the guys here are brutally honest, gives great advice, always updating you, and even if you don t know much about what s going on they ll talk you through it. My car spun a bearing in December and they talked me through what my plans were and whether or not it s good idea or not. They my car up and running making enough power to party but maintain the reliability (even better). Do yourself a favor and quit shopping around for honest mechanics! Anyone in town who is in the car scene will speak highly of these guys. From day one when I dropped off my GTR I was updated weekly with calls and text messages from the OWNERS. Never experienced anything like that before or received a full in depth explanation of what was done to my car. After my experience with them I would never recommend anyone else especially if you're not mechanically inclined or have the time. Their prices are fair and I would be willing to pay more because of the value and service I experienced. You can tell these guys truly have a passion for what they do and I promise you this shop is completely worth it. Especially for those with high end vehicles. Without hesitation they will actually text you back if you have the slightest concern about your vehicle. Brought my 18 wrx to these guys to get worked on and tuned. They are super friendly and knowledgeable on the platform and made the time to answer all of my questions. They delivered to me a rowdy daily in 3 days and its been a blast to drive since. If youre looking for maintenance, part installation, or tuning Paradigm is the place to go.Service: Auto battery maintenance

The nicest and most fairly priced specialty shop around. Such a great place I would probably sell my own shop and go work for them instead. If you got a Subaru or an Evo this is definitely the place to be!

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and well prepared to tackle any job! I had Paradigm do a general inspection and a part install on a recently purchased car and they were extremely helpful and able to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be returning for any future work!

10/10 best local tuner shop. They got my intake valves all cleaned up and installed an AOS and the car feels like it can finally breathe again. Where other Mechanics fail, these guys deliver. I have a 1982 Corvette that has been heavily modified and these guys were able to dial everything in to make it run extremely well. I am very appreciative of what they were able to do. Other mechanics were not able to get these kinds of results.

My wife and I went here to get our AC charged as other local shops seemed to be over priced. Our technician was able to get it charged, fixed a leak, and get us out the door rather quickly for a great price. I call the guys at this shop technicians because they are not the normal - bring it in, fix stuff, send it out- kind of mechanics. They will take the time to explain the whys and how's behind everything. Top notch and genuine people here!

Allen and Jason did an amazing job on my Subaru. Cannot recommend Paradigm enough.I have done minor upgrades to the car over the years but it always needed some professional tune TLC. The awesome pre-tune inspection found issues that were delt with. And the open source tune did wonders for the car. These guys care about what they do, and it shows.

Best place to take your Subaru (or any car for that matter) in the Boise area! Alan was absolutely great in repairing and correcting some other mechanics work and getting my car running well. Definitely recommend.

Hands down the best shop I've been too with knowledge, and customer service. And what they did to my car is just mind blowing, it's not even the same car I bought. I will never go anywhere else to have work done on WRX. The entire staff that I talked to was all awesome people and answered every question I had along the way. They gave me a ride when I needed it. Paradigm just completed some upgrades and tune on my Subaru...I regret not doing this sooner! Like fresh off the dealer showroom floor sooner! I can't believe how much their work has improved the drive-ability of the car. Smooth, constant acceleration through the power band is the most noticeable. A drastic change from the stock performance. The power and torque is a great, and marked improvement. I also need to compliment Jason and the rest of the staff. Communication is great (your slick Shop Monkey app is really cool), and I was especially pleased that it seemed everyone in the shop was willing and able to help and answer questions. I found you based on your stellar reviews on the Idaho Subaru club Facebook page. I will sing your praises everywhere I go and look forward to having you guys service my car in the future!Service: Auto engine tuning

Amazing people and business! They helped me when my car broke down as I was driving back to North Dakota! They went above and beyond to help get me back on the road the same day and make it back to North Dakota! I can't thank you guys enough, I appreciate what you guys did a ton, I am incredibly thankful! These guys even kept in contact with me after I left their shop (after they closed) to make sure everything was running well and they also made sure I made it back home! Best shop I've ever worked with, and I would definitely return if I was from there. I would recommend everyone to go to Paradigm Automotive & Performance for any repair/performance needs. I called the guys at Paradigm to see if I could get a professional tune for some modifications that I was planning for my 2016 Subaru WRX STI. They were willing to help, but they also suggested that I take a different route with my upgrades. I am so glad they did. I'm extremely happy with how my car turned out, and the car is much more drivable and more flexible than it would have been if I went with my original plan. Paradigm took care of both the install of the upgrades and the tuning of the car, and I'm blown away at how well the car drives now. Jason and Alan are incredibly knowledgeable about the cars they work on, and they'll always be my first call for any future upgrades.Service: Auto engine tuning

Great customer service. They accommodated my unique schedule and fitted me in for a tune at short notice. Knowledgeable staff, they provided solid recommendations and input for what I wanted from the car.After tuning, my 2017 STI has never been more alive! Power is smooth and it's a joy to drive. They smoothed out inconsistencies and hesitancy that has been present since factory.10/10 would recommend. I have no doubt I'll be back for my future modifications.June 2023 update - I've kept coming back to this shop, and they're the best. Had the best experience here! Have a custom car and was having a really hard time finding someone in town to work on it. It was a blissful experience working with them. They had a loaner car for me and everything. Great guys, great shop. 10/10 would recommend

I wouldn't take my car just anywhere, and with a mod-list long enough to need a pfd to send in with it, not every shop would even touch my car. They installed my clutch, flywheel, had my lsd installed, were highly professional, and did the work in very short order. 10/10 will try to break something new to bring it here again.

Awesome place, great communication.Sooo, I took my car back in to get the work completed. They did what they could for a 20 yr old car, but it needed more. Now, it runs like a champ. You guys are awesome. After a 2 stage tune and some more work, the check engine light is finally off, and it passed emissions with flying colors. Big shout out to Chris for the excellent work. The car was fun to drive, and now the fun factor is times a 100. Great job guys. The only place I'll take my car for anything mechanical. Can't say enough good things about Paradigm.
