Kelli is awesome she helped me twice with my girlfriend and my trucks check engine light problem. Had went to advance auto earlier, and they basically told me to go out and check it myself and then Google the codes . I'm glad I was able to come to O Reilly auto parts and get way better service and a actual diagnosis And a estimate from Kelli highly recommend this location . And will continue to go Here now instead of advance auto. Thanks again for the great service

You can do parts search online vehicle specifically plus they have a price match guarantee. I bought a battery from them and they matched Wal.arts price.

Kelli, Steven, Dylan, Nick, Jason and Jessie have always had every solution to every mechanical problem I have ever asked their help with in amazingly fast time. It blows my mind how good these people are at mechanical knowledge. They should have a tv show on all the best networks

My experience at this O'Reiley's was lousy! I desperately needed to haul my fifth wheel camper down to Arizona for work with pickup. Unfortunately, I found out that my drive train had a big crack in it. As such, I called O'Reiley Auto Parts to order the part from Salt Lake. The guy at the parts counter acknowledged the urgency of the matter. I had told him that I was already late to a construction project in Arizona. He said that the part had been ordered, and that I could expect it in on the 7 AM truck, first thing tomorrow morning. He said that it would be best to stop by a little after 8 AM to pick up the part. I stopped by the next morning. The guy at the parts counter told me that there were no orders placed. I politely expressed my displeasure with that fact that I was assured that the order was made, and I was informed when I could pick it up. The counter guy acknowledged that truck arrives at 7 AM. There was no remorse in the whole store, and they kept asking me who did I speak with? I had no idea....I just expected them to do their jobs. The counter guy impatiently said, "Do you want me to order the part, or not?!" What a classless bunch! I'll never go back there again, and I'll do everything I can to avoid going to another O'Reiley Auto Parts, ever again! Note: The store's parts hub is very poorly organized in Salt Lake City. Although the lady was very nice, she couldn't even tell me what they have on hand in their own warehouse. This made things even more complicated. You actually had to order from a store, who would tell you if the hub had the part. The hub doesn't even know what they have. It's pretty pathetic system! At one point, I was told the part was in the Salt Lake Hub, and I almost drove down there. Imagine what a fiasco that would have been....

I go here for all of my parts and the staff is always very helpful, and my van would not look or drive the way it does today without them

My reasons for my review is as follows your driver Cody was driving wreak less today 9/27/22 driving well over 35 mph to get around my work trucks on veterans we were doing 35. He continued to speed and even ran through the stop light making a right hand turn onto state street. He is very wreak less on the road I recommend he either don't drive anymore or let him go. He was putting others lives at hand driving that way and I will not shop at that location until it is delt with and it's not my first run in with him either he has no respect for customers inside the store very rude and inconsiderate he needs to be FIRED!!!

Alternator went out on our way home last night. Saw O'Reilly's was only a couple blocks down the road. Parked the car overnight and then came back this morning. They tested the alternator and confirmed it was bad. Let us borrow the alternator belt wrench and an hour later we were on the road again.

Terrible customer service on this day. I'm going to assume they are normally good looking at the other reviews but the level of apathy on the part of one employee today was unreal. We give our private phone numbers as a trade off-our benefit is paperless receipts. I was given the wrong brake bulb at the Kuna store which has excellent service-I tried to return it at this Garden City location and it was like pulling teeth. The lady at first entered my phone number wrong and was willing to give up and tell me to go back to the original store. I had to ask her to double check if she entered the number correctly. Reluctantly, she re entered it and found my name. She then did not know how to bring up purchases and asked another employee-I have no problem with that, but she brought up a blank screen showing no purchases and again was anxious to throw in the towel. "It doesn't show any purchases under your name so you'll just have to find your receipt or go back to the other store, sorry." So far, she has been wrong made a mistake and did not know how to navigate the system on a couple of steps-that's not the problem. The problem is knowing that-you work to resolve the situation and assume it's on your end and take care of the customer. She had to be nudged each step and was not willing to even double check the number without the customer suggesting it. The customer was not trying to get cash, but an exchange for the primary brand bulb you carry. She was done trying and would not be bothered any further. I go back to the original store in Kuna and they fall all over themselves making it right-my purchases pop up immediately and they apologize profusely for the Garden City store in disbelief. I'm sure she is probably a nice lady and I mean nothing personal but managers need to know this stuff and she needs some serious training in customer service.

I think the guys name was Monty that helped me with picking out stuff to fix my swamp cooler,I followed his directions and now my swamp cooler is working better than it ever did in the past. Thanks Monty for the help greatly appreciated. Will definitely be returning

Stopped in from out of town and my car told me my key battery was low. Not only did he find me the right battery but put it in for me! Really great experience. I will definitely be making this my auto parts store from here on out!

A fairly small store yet they've got a good selection and if they don't have it, they'll get it quickly. Normally a couple days, if not the next day. They nearly always have what I need as a half block away a new Advanced auto parts store rarely has what I need. They also give discounts for Veterans! 10% here and 40% at the store in Oakhurst, California. Normally knowledgeable staff. Of course an occasional trainee.

On the commercial side they are absolutely amazing. On the do it yourself side they tend to have the best of intentions as normally awesome customer service. However if the sales staff offer their opinion please keep in mind that they are just sales staff and not trained auto repair technicians and their job is to put in your vehicle information and hand you parts that you request. If you are unsure of the repair necessary for vehicle it is best to take your vehicle to a qualified repair facility.

I stopped in here to get a new wiper blade and ended up getting a great deal .. the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. He made sure that I got exactly what I was needing and wanting. He even installed them for me. (When you get a deal like that, you take 2, they're small ;) !)

I have never experienced a store where the customer is a nuisance and a bother. I stopped in quick and was hoping to find out a little info about my car s wipers. I was the only customer in the store and out of the 5 employees there, only one stayed at the counter to assist me. He was exceptionally rude. He did not have anything helpful to say and was truculent when I asked if there was a manual that could answer my questions since he could not. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Customer beware...go to ANY OTHER automotive parts store but this one. An absolute horror show.

I went in to exchange an air filter today. My husband had gone in and order it through a gal named Jessie. I thought we might have a problem when she listed our car as a 2015 vw don t know. I asked my husband about it and he claims he did tell her it was a Jetta. Either way you think before ordering a part they would make sure it was correct. Well it wasn t. When I went in I spoke to a cashier name Thomas. I told him I needed the round filter not the square one. His response was to ask if I meant coned. Not sure what he meant I told him my filter was round not square. I have worked on earlier models for several years and was shocked when I found myself being belittles. He went on to tell me that different cars take different filters and that means different shapes. Of course. When I finally got him to pull up my car s information he was extremely impatient asking for the type of vehicle. When he pulled it up sure enough there was the square filter and a round filter and nothing else. I m not sure why he felt the need to try to make me feel dumb about the entire thing. He said they didn t have it and since it was Sunday there was nothing he could do. He did offer to get it from another store as soon as possible or anything. So I asked for my money back. He said fine. I asked him if I could get it cash since I paid with my debit card and I know banks can take time to put it back on the card. He ignored my question and told me that banks can take awhile and that depends on my bank. I asked again. He told me it would go on my card. I asked again and he stood back waives his hands up and twitch his head and said fine. He got an over ride and gave me my money. I turned to leave feeling disgusted at the treatment I received when all i wanted was the correct filter. As I was leave he yells that I should try to have a nice day. I ignored him and left. This associate is a poor reflection of the company I was purchased from for years. He needs to be talked to about his word choices and deeming attitude. He does not know the knowledge of the customers going in there. He needs to treat everyone person as friendly and be willing to help. I am very disappointed in this shop.

Stopped in for a quick engine light check, the employee was super helpful and printed out some info on my engine problem. They didn't have my spark plugs in stock but he offered to have them come in if I wanted. Told him I don't live near that store so he check and found some at a store near where I was heading. Every o'Reilly's has been great so far, unlike Napa auto...

Employees can't be bothered to wear a mask. Your mask protects me, just as my mask protects you. As a customer I expect the cashiers to be serious about wearing their masks during a pandemic. Everett and Monte checked me out- Everett kept switching his mask on and off and Monte didn't seem to have any sort of mask. Won't be shopping here until employees/management start taking this seriously.

This particular O'Reilly's located in Garden City Idaho needs training with their customer service, or needs to find employees who care about their customers... 3 counter workers, only 2 customers in store (With me included) I literally had to wait 13 minutes for the 3 employees and the other customer to stop bullshifting before I could even get any help, then I get help with attitude because I called him out on it.. Instead of being apologetic and trying to satisfy a customer, the gentleman who helped me told me there's 8 other O'Reilly's in area if I don't like this one...

Very helpful folks. Had a dead battery that I thought I bought from them. They looked it up for me andI was wrong - had bought it somewhere else. I got a great price On a new one and they carried it out to the car.
