Eric's took amazing care of me and my truck. It had major problems and they were able to get it all done in just a couple of weeks. These people are wonderful and honestly care. We knew within 24 hours what needed done and repairs were done quickly!

18 year old car purchased for a college bound child. Symptoms suggested a major repair was in order. Eric diagnosed just that, and a few other issues. The cost was significant, but reasonable given the previous owner didn't keep it maintained.What made the difference for me is that as the college departure date approached one more leak was discovered that neither of us expected. Eric prioritized this repair so the vehicle was road worthy just in time for our departure.Honest mechanic. Reasonable prices. He's now working on my son's vehicle, and my father's truck. Trustworthy for sure.

I ve known Eric and Shannon for many many years. Eric has always taken care of my vehicles and when I was down and out he was there to help me. He worked with me and at times even picked up my vehicle to work on it. He s always been honest with me and being a woman he never took vantage of me on extra work or extra parts or telling me I need this or that part or repair that wasn t needed. I just picked up my pick up truck I had the whole front end re-done plus a complete go through. Fixed what was needed. Great price and top notch work. Love you Shannon and Eric. Ride on

Referred from my brother-in-law who had a positive experience...I had a PT Cruiser with a blown head gasket two other shops wouldn't touch, and another quoted twice the price. Eric took care of us and it's back in service now.My late model truck started losing oil after a weekend road trip. I called, arranged for drop-off on a Monday morning. Problem was resolved within a few hours and he took care of an emissions test (down the street) due same day. Another engine noise had been getting worse over the past month (unrelated) he diagnosed and determined its a warranty issue. Unfortunately this item requires the dealer to repair.I am impressed with Eric's quality of work, willingness to answer questions along the way, persistence in diagnosing tough issues and getting the work done in a timely manner.

Went in with a cooling leak; Eric and his team diagnosed it to a faulty water pump and ordered a new one and installed it the next day. Labor rates were up front and parts costs were in line with what parts shops charge. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and fair! Thank you!

after using this shop previously,(he replaced a break switch and said if that didnt work it would be the master cylinder...fixing the break switch didnt fix the issue) i had no reason to ever believe it would be bad to go back. I basically spent $900 for Eric to ATTEMPT to fix an issue, he had my car for over a month and a half....poor communication to me about what was happening and why it was taking so long to fix.....i text, no response....multiple times. I was quoted a price and then once i got a hold of eric, he told me it was going to be almost $200 more(he ordered the wrong part twice....maybe a quote should be given BEFORE you do the work so people know what to expect. After i got the car back, there were more dash lights illuminated.....so im back to square one...all 3 things he suggested would fix the problem have been fixed and its still just the same as it was when i originally dropped it off the first time. Bad Business, VERY DISAPPOINTED......i work hard for my money and feel a little ripped off.

Jen that works the front desk is a star! No one ever wants to deal with auto repairs but her level of customer service takes a lot of the sting out of it. She s honest and intelligent and goes above and beyond for her customers. She is the reason Eric s Auto has remained my choice for my fleet of work vehicles and my family vehicles. We were traveling through ID heading to TX. Just outside of Boise our 2019 GMC 3500 Duramax blew the 3 wk old replacement DPF. We lost all momentum and had to be towed off I-84. Our tow truck drivers, Eddie and Ben (Code Red Towing), strongly recommended Eric's Automotive Services in Garden City. They got right on it for us knowing we needed to get back on the road. Their professionalism, knowledge and kindness was refreshing and gave us confidence knowing that they would do their best by us. They did! We highly recommend Eric's to anyone needing auto repair.

Had a breakdown that would have put us out of work for a week if it weren t for Eric and his wife. They were 3-5,000 less than 3 companies we called. They also went a step further and inspected hoses and found a small coolant leak that was promptly fixed! Couldn t recommend a better company or set of individuals!Highly recommended!

They were incredibly friendly and professional. They fixed my alternator in under an hour and their price was fair. This will def be my auto shop of choice moving forward.

I work for a car lot and took a vehicle there for a pre-purchase inspection for a customer. Eric was thorough and honest. Really knows his stuff. Super nice guy too. I would take my own vehicle to him.

Said I needed whole new transmission when I broke down on my way to Oregon . But come to find out it was just a few seals and low on fluid . Nice people but feel they wanted to scam me because I was a stranded outta towner . Js

Was Originally quoted at another shop almost $900 dollars for a whole new radiator and all the hoses that go with it because of a coolant leak, took it to Eric for a second opinion and turns out only one connector and hose clamp needed to be replace, cost me less than $100, had my car back in two days! I picked up my friend's 1979 Ford F250 after a brake job. He was so happy with the price and their ability to diagnose the true problem, he had them do the clutch on his second truck (1995 Ford F150). I especially liked the receptionist, she took the time to thank me for being a customer, and shook my hand. I have four trucks, this is my new choice for bearings, brakes, clutches, and drive line related issues.

I had quotes of over $2000 to have my main transmission seal replaced and Eric replaced it for considerably less than other popular shops in town and the repair was pretty quick.
