Everyone on the staff was incredibly nice and prompt. I had my 2005 Ford Escape towed to them and they quickly dove in, diagnosed my car, and gave me several options for how to proceed. I'll be sure to use them for my auto repair needs moving forward.

Can't recommend him enough. Went in with my brake light an needs maintenance light on, and he figured out the problem with the brake light was just electrical and turned off the needs maintenance light all without charging me anything. Great service. They fixed my brakes and power steering leak for a fee much lower than I was quoted by a different mechanic and didn't charge me the diagnostic fee the other mechanic did. My brakes still didn't feel quite right so they told me bring it back and they would adjust the rear brakes for free! Very nice and polite.

I love this place. My old 4runner always comes back better than when I drop it off. They once got a bogus part (no fault of theirs) and made a trip to Ontario just help make it right.

I've used Bob's for about 4 years. Honestly, I started going there initially because the location was so convenient, but I've been pleased time and time again. I took my 2002 Subaru WRX there for maintenance and various issues and each time the service was done fast and at a reasonable cost. They've also worked on my daughter's 1993 Honda Accord for multiple reasons and always done a great job. Most recently we took the car in for an overheating problem. A hose was loose and it was a quick and inexpensive fix. A few days later she had an overheating problem again and we took it back. Turns out it was an unrelated hose problem, but Bob did all the work for no charge and was super apologetic. This just doesn't happen anymore. I can highly recommend Bob's.

I never write reviews but this guy deserves it! I was recommended to him by a friend, after my AAA airport chevron told me my check engine light was on because the motor was getting too my oxygen and it could be anywhere from 50-500$, and he called me back saying it was a tiny fix and he wasn't gonna charge me anything. I'm telling everyone about him and never going anywhere else, it's so good to know there are honest good people out there!
