Expert Auto Care took great care of our 2016 Ram 2500 with a final bill less than 1/3 the price the dealer quoted us! Amazing people and did a wonderful job on the truck - Thank you!

Great shop!I worked mostly with Cory, he was very professional and informative.I took my car in, to replace some parts, it was going to cost quite a bit of money and take a day or two to complete. The day of my appointment, Cory called me shortly after 8AM. He informed me that Steve had come in early to start on my car and he was actually able to repair what numerous other shops had attempted and failed. With Steve being able to repair the part he did, it saved me hundreds of dollars.I am so grateful for their expertise and their honesty. They made everything so easy! I will definitely be using this shop for my future auto needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

My f150 needed work on my front 4 wheel hub, it had been repaired before. My other repair (in another state) only did half of what was needed. Steve diagnosed the problem, replaced with a lifetime warranty hub at a reasonable price. Total bill was $200 less than what I was charged from the other mechanic. Big shout out to Steve and Cory. If I have any other problems I will definitely head there.Service: Wheel alignment

Expert Auto was awesome! My wife and mother in law were driving from Boise to Bend and their Jeep Patriot broke down on the way. They were driving to Bend to see a concert that they had to be in Bend before 6pm. They stopped in at Expert Auto and Darryl helped them diagnose the problem and got them on their way in time to make it to the concert. We really appreciate their quickness and professionalism. We took our pickup in a few months back because of the check engine light. Turns out the motor was out, so they put a new one in with a great warranty! But about a month and a half later, the check engine light came back on. Took back to expert and they changed the coil backs and other things. And told us they couldn t figure it out. They thought it was the cat, but they couldn t test the exhaust flow. So we had to take it somewhere else. Other shop checked the flow, cats were completely fine. They found that the motor was running extremely lean and eventually would have blown in no time again.. The other shop found Two cross threaded spark plugs, a bad wire, a bad gasket on the manifold because the wrong bolt was put in it that was not even threaded in all the way, mass air flow sensor was shot. When they put the hood back on, It was bolted crooked with eggs gap on one side. We had to put it on the Square when we got home and noticed it. They were able to find all of those things within a few hours and expert auto couldn t figure it out with it being there for two days. What s the point in even buying a motor with a warranty if they are going to know what s wrong with it and be able to fix it with the warranty. Instead we had to go to another shop and pay for what Expert should have been able to figure out and fix. The other shop also sent us home with a copy of all the things expert should ve been able to cover with a warranty.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Our van broke down right next to their shop they were able to take a quick look to see what was wrong give us a price quote and then squeeze us into the schedule in the next few days to get our van fixed. their prices were reasonable, they did a good job, and they were great.

The fuel pump went out on our Chevy Tahoe. We had it towed to Tommy's Garage outside of Fruitland, near the Interstate. The reason we towed it there is because the Mechanic from Tommy's stopped, when we were broke down on the side of the road, and told us he and his boss would take good care of us. We were informed by Tommy that the Tahoe would be repaired in a couple of days - within a week at the most. A month and a half, and many promises later, our Tahoe still was not repaired. We decided to find another mechanic and checked first with Expert Auto Care. The price was right for the Mechanical work (we purchased the fuel pump on our own so we would not have to pay the shop's high price for the pump). A friend helped us tow our Tahoe from Tommy's Garage to Expert Auto Care and our vehicle repair was completed before noon the following day! They did a beautiful job, with no hassle, and now we finally have our transportation back! And, my husband was given an Expert Auto Care hat! A very reputable business by our experience.

They were able to squeeze me in, and even though my car's parts were not readily available they were able to fix and get my car doors to start working again. And they only charged me for the hours to do it. One of the very few shops I trust in the area.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This place saved me, new years eve broke down and these folks went in to action and have me back on the road to spend new year's with my family. They also saved me about $600 in the end, if I lived here they would be my go to mechanic! 10/10 would recommend!
