My "check engine" light came on during a cross country trip, and Bruneel Point S was the only place still open near us. We had an excellent experience here, and would absolutely recommend. The service is fantastic. We're now able to continue our trip with minimal disruption.

Wow! EXCELLENT Service!!!! You can get everything taken care of at this one place. From tune up to tires. And their work is guaranteed for one year. They have shops all over the U.S.

Being on vacation from Oklahoma we had our check engine light come on. We were on our way to Idaho. I stopped in New Mexico to have it checked. We were told it was an 02 sensor by the code. Taking the car into Bruneel in Caldwell Idaho after the mechanic did a diagnostic of the system we were told it was Vapor Canister Purge solenoid. I was given a copy to fix this and the total came to $610.14. The part from Bruneels was listed at $243.55. Labor was the rest of the charge. After checking what that part did, I didn't feel it was worth fixing at that time. I went to an autoparts store to return a computer reader and ask how much this part was. I was told this Vapor Canister was $39.99. Quite a difference in the prices between the two. I feel Bruneel was trying to make a larger percentage of income from me for the complete service.

Excellent service. I have used this location for tires and oil changes for over 7 years and can't imagine going anywhere else. Called to get an oil change this am and they fit me in my 2pm. Awesome service as usual

This place is AWESOME. We bought our son a used car and on the same day it broke down. I checked other shops but they said they were 7-10 days out just to diagnose. Point S said if I could leave it they would look at it in the next couple of days. They called me and told me the issue and when it would be done. Not only was it done on the day they said, it was $500 less than quoted. I really appreciate the honesty and attention they showed us and would recommend everyone to this place for all your automotive needs. They truly have earned a customer/family for all our future service and repair.

I was traveling cross country and stopped in to Caldwell Point S for an oil change without appointment. They got me in right away but because they do a "complimentary" inspection I ended up getting 2 new tires and an alignment. The total bill was $430.15 of which $79.95 was the full synthetic oil change and $99.95 was the alignment on my front wheel drive van. The reason I only gave three stars is because the van tracked perfectly before the alignment and since the alignment it pulls to the left. They also over inflated all 4 tires to the maximum psi rather than the car manufacturer's recommended pressure. I caught it before leaving and had them remove 5 lbs from each tire. Since I would be getting on the freeway and continue down the road, the technician assured me they had driven the van and checked for proper alignment. I paid, carried on down the freeway and van pulled to left. I stopped at the next Bruneel Point S 14 miles down the road but they were too busy to work me in and correct the alignment. I'm 900 miles down the road and will deal with it when I get home and hope for the best.

For 3 weeks now, my tire pressure light would just randomly come on. The gentlemen in the shop would add air one visit, take out air, and then add air thinking it was the weather (as I thought it was too). Today, I went in after a couple days of driving with the light on, and this time, the gentleman at the front desk checked the air, took off the tire, and then found a nail in one. They fixed it within 30 minutes and did not charge me. As this shop is near my job, I always come here for quick fixes as they do an excellent job and have great service.

Just finished rebuilding the front end on my pick-up and needed an alignment. I saw that Point S had some good reviews, so I decided to go there for an alignment. The staff was nice and I told the service write I needed an alignment and (with me being a machine) how I'd like it done, so I know it was done right. After the alignment, I look at the paper work showing the numbers and saw that the tech didn't align it properly. The tech got the numbers close, but failed to fine-tune them like a good tech would. After bringing it up to the service write, he just said that's the best they could do.. Then as I was driving home I noticed that my truck now pulls to the right and the tech also failed to check the steering wheel alignments because it is now cockeyed.

Small town, home town feel. Great service, great people. I drive more than a "normal" person, so they see me a lot for oil changes.

Overall very satisfied! Small communication error easily fixed. This is my third time visiting Point S in Caldwell not for the same thing of course lol. The third time was for an electrical issue which of course could test the steel of any auto repair establishment. Professional and highly competent. Of course I would always like to have paid less but I feel like I got what I paid for I've definitely paid more for less elsewhere

This location is the worst. They cost us about $2000 because they couldn't do the job correctly. The machine was broken and instead of telling us they had a problem they waited for us to call before they let us know we wouldn't have our car by the time we had told them we needed it. We let them know we needed it by the weekend. They could have told us they couldn't get it taken care of so we could take it somewhere else, but instead they said nothing. Poor communication left us upset and thousands of dollars worse off.

I've been in here multiple times - They are always fantastic! This last time I had a rock/dirt stuck somewhere in my break/rotor area that was making an awful sound. I brought it in and Carols had my car fixed in less than 15 minutes no charge. Great service! Will definitely be back.

First time going to this place and it will be my last. I'm not happy with my experience and if I could give zero stars I would. The employees have absolutely zero communicating skills and poor customer service. None of them contacted me once to give me a single update about my vehicle. I'm very frustrated with the experience I had and will never bring my car back or recommend point s to anyone.

My AC went out while vacationing here. We tried small independent shops first - FIVE of them. All were varying degrees of unfriendly to the out-of-towners and none could fit us in.Bruneel had online appointment booking, fit us in the next day, had the AC repaired by closing, and charged about half what I expected. Everyone was friendly and professional. I am so glad I tried this shop!

Great experience. Had a tire defect they got me in and out promptly. Even though i did not purchase replacement through them. Very courteous and completed repair in a very short time less then 1 hr from drop off to pickup.

Best auto repair shop I have ever been to! A co-worker (Adam) recommended them and now I know why....Honest, ethical, friendly, and reasonable!!! Thought I had a costly repair and they fixed my problem for under $70. I am so happy and appreciative!

Stopped in because my car alerted I had low tire pressure. I figured I had a tire that was going flat. The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely friendly and opened up a bay for me to check my tires. In under 5 minutes, they checked all tires, aired them to proper standards, determined there were no punctures, and sent me on my way without charging me. Honest and friendly - don't hesitate to do business here.

Hit something on the freeway on a Saturday afternoon , made to the shop shortly before time they closed. Got t new tires installed balanced and reinstalled in no more than 20 minutes.. Outstanding service! That was a couple weeks ago. Tires are still running smooth and quiet. I put about 250 miles per week.

Carlos and Tony were very perfessional. They gave me options and made recommendations, but were not at all pushy. They were able to get me back on the road quickly. Will definitely be returning to them for future needs and or services. Keep up the GREAT work guys!

I know I can always count on Carlos and his crew to do a good job. I used to work right next door, so they've been doing the maintenance and any needed repairs on my car since 2009. The staff is always friendly and polite and I never plan on taking my car any where else for maintenance, repairs or tires.

Woke up to a flat tire this morning. Called these guys because they were close to my house. They were able to get me in within an hour and replaced all four of my tires in under an hour.Excellent customer service. Gave me a roadside assistance card at the end. Great place and they ll definitely be getting my business again!

My experience at Points S was a 5 star. They were very nice and informative about what they were doing to my car and the cost. They even gave me information on when they were having a tire sale. And my brakes don t squeal any more. Thank you.

So I went in twice because of a flat. I asked the gentleman to please check all four tires for nails because the where all low. The charged me 15 for one nail. And then said all the other looked good. They where wrong got to work and my low pressure light came on. I visually seen a nail in the back tire. But the one the patch was just fine. Never been treated with such disrespect. Girls know cars to.

I was on my way out of town for a trip when my low tire pressure light came on. Point S was the nearest tire place so I pulled in and asked for help checking the tire. It turned out both of my back tires were too bald to drive on, threads showing. Carlos was very attentive and kind and assured me that they would take care of me. The last time I needed tires for my Mini Cooper, I was told they were a very difficult specialty size to find and had to wait for them to be ordered. Carlos found me new tires and had them on within the hour. I paid $300 less for the set than I paid for the last set of tires I got and had to wait much longer for at a different place. Thank you Carlos for all your help and getting me and my son safely back on the road!

5 stars for customer service! Suddenly had a screeching metal sound in our tires and pulled in for assistance. Knew it was in our front tire but was scared it was bad! The folks there heard it too from the road and they were available to squeeze us in right then in there, found the handful of rocks between the brake pads and disc, and got us going in 15 minutes. Scared this family of 7 for a good minute that it may have been worse but they eased us on our way.
