Griff is not Just a salesman but makes you feel like a lifelong friend!He goes out his way to fight for the best deal possible and makes sure all your needs and expectations are met!My buying experience dealing with Griff was the best I ve ever had and hope the next time I buy a new vehicle he is who I have the pleasure to deal with again!Sometimes buying a vehicle can be a painstaking process but he made it a truly enjoyable experience!And not only did I get a great deal but I also bought a reliable truck that I can Depend on to get my family to those memory making destinations for me and my family safely and with confidence.Thank you!

We just picked up our new Yukon at Young GMC. Kraig and Jared with sales and Luis with financing were absolutely great to work with. What a seamless purchase. Very friendly staff, great selection of vehicles and very willing to help get you the right accessories to make your new vehicle yours.We have purchased a few vehicles from the Young automotive family of dealerships and always great experience.Would recommend if you re in need of a vehicle, this is a great place to get your next vehicle.

We recently bought a 2021 GMC Acadia & it was the best experience I ve had at a dealership! Thomas was amazing to work with, he answered all of our questions & was very knowledgeable! The whole team was great. When it got down to crunching numbers they had us write down what we were comfortable with for monthly payments & they respected that. They didn t try to force anything on us & worked with us hand in hand. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family!

Great customer service by Jared Skaggs first off. We had visited other dealerships but came back here only because of how Jared treated us the first time we were in. They did have a truck we wanted and purchased. Great truck, just what we wanted. Thank you for taking care of us.

Thomas and Hunter and Luis were amazing! They went above and beyond to give us a great car buying experience. Thomas was helpful and knowledgeable about the car and showing us the features. Luis clearly went through all of the paperwork. Thomas and Hunter were amazing in how they helped my husband pull off a great surprise for me! Very, very happy!

Didn't listen to my original concerns when explained to Angela. Truck said we had a battery issue but obviously wasn't the case and we are driving home to Colorado and again the Battery Service Active light continues to come on. I told them the truck was having computer issues, and that I knew the battery was good but here I went having to buy a new battery as they said that was the issue. GMC can't figure out what's wrong with this truck since May. A whole group of scammers!

They worked with me to get the payment I wanted on the truck I wanted. So happy that I picked young gmc. I strongly recommend if you re looking to buy a vehicle you talk to them first! Jared is excellent at his job! He explained all the operating features of the car and was more than willing to show me how Sirius worked, On Star and how to connect my cell phone to the system. Hunter, was also an outstanding employee! He went beyond and above in dealing with price and making trade in a breeze. This entire dealership was accommodating and does an outstanding job!

The sales team informed us of every step they had to do. They were very courteous and thorough. We are excited about our new purchase. They filled the car full of gas and washed it. They had traded the mats that came with the car for mats that were for wet, muddy, snowy conditions in our area. Great customer service.

We worked with Tenea Crystal (over the phone) from start to signing. She did amazing taking my laundry lists of wants and found us not only a truck that met all our expectations, but also gave us one that had more than we knew we wanted. She made our trade in process go really smooth and made sure we got the appropriate amount. She topped it all off by delivering to us with papers ready to sign on the line. We not only highly recommend Young Buick GMC or Burley but especially Tenea.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We originally called to get our jeep diagnosed and possibly have the ECU reset. When I went to pick up my jeep, they told me they called my husband so he knew what was going on. So I paid and left. Then, after looking at the receipt, I noticed they only changed the oil. So they told my husband to bring the jeep back in and they would fix the issue. I brought it back in and they told me there was nobody there who could fix it. I then told them I wanted a refund because we had just changed my oil and they charged me $121 for it. And we did not even mention needing an oil change. They said they would make it right and call us later in the afternoon after talking to the boss, they never called back. They re making it difficult to get our money back, even though they admitted that they were wrong and somehow it was booked as an oil change. When I requested that the service center just contact my husband from now on, the guy at the desk looked at the technician and said great, he s just going to yell at us. Well obviously you know you did something wrong then, a bunch of scammers.

I had a fantastic experience with Young Automotive here in Burley. I was met by Thomas who really was genuine to me in wanting to help me pick the right vehicle for me and my family. He was patient and not pushy. He showed me several vehicles and I was able to find exactly the one that worked for us. He then, passed me off to his sales manager Hunter and he was really nice to me in letting me show my wife the vehicle. Hunter was very knowledgeable and extremely professional in every way. I would highly recommend Young Buick GMC to anybody! Thank you guys for the awesome buying experience this last weekend.
