Used vacation time so I could make it to a tire appointment Saturday. They cancel it and then tell me they can get me in Sunday. Used more vacation time so I could make that appointment. Just got a message they are full and cannot get me in. More hours of PTO wasted. Then get a link to reschedule. Luckily for me all of the open days are my work days.. going to have to burn more PTO now. Oh and the link doesn t even work. I pick a day and time and it tells me I m not allowed to reschedule. Walmart, get it together. Incredibly frustrating.Update** just called the store to ask what s going on And they told me that the tire center was totally destroyed. The woman on the phone basically called me a liar, saying that Nobody would have left me a message saying they ll be able to get me in in the future. Marianne left me a message on the 8th. She also didn t tell me that my tires were destroyed Or what to do about getting this all fixed.Anyways, will not be going to Walmart anymore.

I've been buying tires from Walmart for many years now and I've never had any problems. I recently have purchased 4 bfg ko2 tires from Walmart .com to be installed at the store, which took almost 3 hrs to install. A week later, less than 100 miles, I've noticed that one of the tires had some cracks along the outside wall. I wasn't sure was it a manufacturing defect or Walmart's poor installation practice, so I took the truck back to Walmart. I talked to the Auto care manager Steve. Steve's lack of expertise and knowledge concluded that that the cracks are only cosmetic and he can't honor return or warranty. I've paid for warranty service in addition to the installation. After many attempts to reason with them and multiple conversations I've had, I've decide to contact BFG directly. What a great customer service!!!! They sent me to the authorized store (which walmart is NOT), and have them determent if the tire would qualify for the warranty. Discount Tire next to the walmart looked at the tire and offered to replace it immediately due to manufacturing defect. What a huge difference in knowledge and professionalism which well trained and specialized staff at walmart can only dream of. What walmart calls just cosmetics can put people's lives in danger, especially that I'm pulling camper trailer often. I'm never buying tire there and I'm even trying not to shop at the store at all anymore.Service: Tires

Purchased tires and made an appointment through the app. When I arrived the staff said none of my info was in the system. They were super helpful and looked into my order. They found all 4 tires I had purchased, got me right in and all with a good attitude, and a smile. Not sure why the app and their system are not in sync, but they took great care of me!!

It s a bad place to do services, they do the easy job but for a little hard one they say we are sorry, you have to reschedule for this problem.I bought tires in the second week one of the tires got flat I came for the fixing they fixed but every other day it decrease the air I fix two appointments but both time they canceled on the third time I scheduled to change the other two tires as well and they said we will fix your other tire too but at end they sold their tires on me they said we don t have enough people to fix your other tire . I waited one and half hour to talk to their manager about my problem but the manager did not show up

We asked for a 25 dollars oil change, and when we were going to pay they charged us 50 saying that our car needed full synthetic oil. I believed them, and afterwards checked the car's user manual which says our car doesn't require full synthetic oil. So they lied to us so that we would pay for the more expensive oil, and that they wouldn't have to change it out due to their mistake. We won't be getting our oil changes here anymore.

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DID NOT CLOSE THE CAP TO HOLD MY OIL TIGHTLY. MY OIL LEAKED OUT OF MY CAR ENTIRELY WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME!

I went to Walmart to go and get my tires changed, and attempting to was a huge pain in the rear. I tried at first to come in, but they said they were understaffed, I understood and went to come back a week later. Then today, I call for an appointment which I showed up two, but nobody was present in the garage, to which I called the store. At first I hear a response, and was hung up on. Thinking my phone cut out, I call again and the phone rings on their end for about a minute before I gave up. I try one last time to call where I then get someone on the phone, but once I explained what I'm here for, I hear, "have you tried entering through the front of the store" in a rude tone, and got hung up on. Although my expectations were low, the customer service was very bad and I never even got my appointment. To which I then went to discount tire and got an appointment in less than a minute. Don't come to this store if you value your sanity.

Primary complaint: They systematically refuse to pick up their phone (Called at least 8 times over the course of a week and let it ring 10-20 mins each time). If it's just that they can't pick up the phone then Walmart really should get a voicemail set up so they can return calls. This is just not professional and not acceptable. I ended up having to literally walk into the store to talk to someone (who incidentally was just standing there at the desk, easily able to take a phone call).Secondary complaint: I ordered tires on Walmart.com and made an appointment online for after the tires were set to come in. The day of my appointment I get an email saying that my appointment has been cancelled. There was no explanation and I could not reschedule online (hence the need to call the store). Digging into my order details it appeared that my tires were delivered late and weren't ready yet. That's a bummer, but what's really frustrating is that they didn't tell me that. Additionally, would have preferred a text or a call since I was being notified the day of.Giving 2 stars instead of 1 as the actual service itself was okay.Unless you've found an incredible deal I'd recommend going somewhere with more accessible customer service. Even if you've found an incredible, you might try one of the other Walmarts in town (maybe one that will answer the phone).Service: Tires

I needed a tire changed in an emergency situation. They refused to do it for me without an appointment. The guy said they were understaffed. When I walked back to my car I seen that there was 3 people working and they were all on 1 vehicle. There's no reason they needed three people on one car when someone else is in need. I went to the one in eagle and there's only two people working and they were able to replace it right away from me and replaced my my other trailer tire the same day when I brought it back.

Mike helped me today and took extra time to look at my car and make sure I was getting the right repairs. I really appreciate this as most mechanics would try to just get the most money out of me as possible, but he was here to help. Excellent service and he even remembered my name from the previous week when I came in. Thank you Mike!

My daughter went there to get new tires. We spent almost $400 with warranty, mounting and tires. When they were done her low inflation light came on so I told her turn around and gave them check it. They tried to tell her it was broke and she had to pay and extra $30 to fix it. So I called them and tried to discuss with them the fact that it was working perfectly fine when she went in and that we weren t paying to have it fixed. The lady on the phone asked a guy in the background about it and he started bad-mouthing me for calling and then they hung up on me. I then called my daughter who was standing there and she said that they were sitting there bad-mouthing me right in front of her and going on about how parents call in for these kids and they just need to stay out of it and they don t know what they re talking about and on and on... all while she s standing there and I m trying to talk to her. This is the worst professionalism I have seen in a long time. Trashing customers that have just dropped a lot of money is disgusting. If I hadn t called they probably would have made her pay. Next time we ll go elsewhere. Horrible experience and if you do decide to go there, make sure you get the warranty in case the tires fall off!

I had a nail in my tire Friday evening when I left work, tire was low so I put enough air in it to make it to the tire center. I bought my tires from this same store a few months back and have a warranty on them. It was 5:40 pm when I arrived and they refused to even look at my tire and told me they may be able to get me in on Saturday but for sure Sunday morning. I offered to wait until a technician was available but was told no. I went to the nearby Discount Tire and was promptly taken care of. I will never buy tires from Walmart again, obviously they do not care about a customers safety.

I had oil changed and tires inflated and they just gave me a paper with the services done but didn't explain anything to me, so idk what they even did other than the paper. Apparently it said my transmission is leaking... you'd think that was serious enough to tell the customer in order for me to fix...Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was turned away because my tires didn t fit but the tires in question have been on the car before with no issue at all. This is after having my car for at least 45 minutes and they didn t even try to change my tires. Incompetence. Dan buddy. I m looking at you. I just want you to know tires do shrink as the rubber degrades hence the ones on my car look slightly smaller.

Great deal on my tires, but treated terribly by customer service representatives for a problem created by their own staff. My tires were poorly installed and had a flat after two hours. I was told, after they hestitantly resolved the issue, that "We don't want you coming back into this walmart ever again." I'm shocked and angry with how the staff handled this.

Wretched. Just pay a little extra somewhere else where employees know what their job expectations are and there is communication when someone is spending money at your business. Their phone also is broken so when you call good luck understanding a word they are saying, not like they want to talk to you anyways.

Walmart does not honor the Road Hazard Warranty even though the listed on the website as included in the purchase. They charged me separately for it. Don't bother buying these tires from Walmart. Buy them from somewhere else that wont charge you: 1.50 for disposal, 3 for valves, 10 for mounting, 10 for road hazard, 10 for install, 14 for road hazard warranty, and so on. Not worth it at/on Walmart, even if you save 10 per tire online, it actually came out to more than other tire places, esp when those places include all the necessary components with your purchase. Very impressed with there honesty and willingness to go the extra mile for a customer! They were obviously very busy but did not hesitate to check out my tire that several others had checked over time, including where I bought them originally, and said there was no evidence of a leak when tested. This was frustrating because now i am airing up the tire weekly. When the Walmart auto service techs also could not find it the first time they kept looking taking up several of the auto techs time until they finally found the cause. I was prepared and ready to buy a different tire but they said they would hate for me to have to do that and mismatch my tires, especially if they could save me the cost and just fix it. Instead of taking my money, they were honest and informed me of there findings and let me know that the ones I bought the tires from in the first place were responsible for the damage and I would be justified to go back and get a new tire. Went out of there way and charged me nothing for all the time that it took them away from paying services. So thankful to them and for their outstanding ethics!

We came in to get a battery put in our car. It was not clear where you park for that so we pulled into the lube Lane and went in. On the way in I told this first employee we saw.. named Jose.. that we needed a new battery. He began yelling at me about not belonging there and that we'd have to move the car and kept berating me so I walked off and inside and let him yell at the empty garage.. told us we have to. back it around the cones and thru the curving Lane. when the garage was empty and we could have pulled thru . I went inside and a nice older man politely ask my partner to move the vehicle and told him where to park. I went inside and there was a wonderful along woman who had been there for for 12 years.. She was polite and considerate and very easily took my request and agreed that no one should be rude to a customer. I could not see her name.. she is an older woman with blond hair. I would have left if it weren't for her!She deserves a raise for dealing with that jerk! Everything else went smoothly and the battery is working great so far! I'd have given them 5 starts but for the rude guy when I walked into the garage!

Prices are ok. Customer service is horrible. I have tried calling 3 times to make an appointment and been on hold for over 20min each call.. I have wasted almost an hour total and I still haven't been able to even talk to a person from the tire and lube department.. what a joke. I will go down the street and pay someone who is capable of picking up a ringing phone.. get ready, get set.. Terrible..

New vehicle, took in to do tires. They replaced my high quality OEM valve cores with cheap valve cores. And put on cheap stem caps on it and tried to keep the OEM ones. I wouldn't take your vehicle here if you want to keep your original OEM parts.Service: TiresService: Tires

Scheduled a 2:00 and no one was there!! Found a sign on the door say out from 1 p.m.to 2 pm. and I got there 15 min early no one showed up til 145 pm.!! And no one answered the phones at customer service !! HORRIBLE !! RUINED MY SATURDAY AND I LEFT WORK EARLY THAT DAY TO BE THERE not to mention I had other plans after thanks walmart never going there again for anything!!

Recently went in & had oil change on our 2004 car. Outstanding price & super friendly service personnel. Always are very upfront about differences in prices of oil & oil change. Smiles were Free!

I just called the Meridian Idaho Walmart Tire Center and was put on a recorded message for 22 minutes without any answer. I gave them one star for having an active phone line. That's all I can rate since nobody ever bothered to pick up my call. I then called Costco and guess what they answered and were helpful

I was there for getting my flat tire fixed. I booked appointment before going there. Once I was there it was quick to talk to the manager. They took about 35-40 mins to fix it. Overall a good experience.

Got my oil changed here and was charged $20 more than told because they were out of what they need to "fit into my quoted price". ....not my problem. So definitely taking to somewhere else for that amount of money

I use to love going here. I noticed that after a couple of oil changes ago that the filter had not be changed. Before the next time I marked the filter. Guess what, that marker was still on the filter after my next oil change. They're not changing oil filters they're just changing the oil.
