I just got my car washed and a beautiful interior shampoo here today. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. They did such a great job with my car, which was filled with baby snack crumb & dog hair. It looks brand new again. They were so reasonably priced too!It was super easy. I took my daughter to Walmart and then we had frozen yogurt while our car got cleaned. I ll just do that every time my car needs a wash!Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Exterior wash is good, not great.I've been in several times for an exterior wash and was pleased with the results. Like all the other customers I regret not looking at the reviews. This is the result of the $30 "interior wash". Incomplete, hurried, and now I'm left doing it myself. I won't be going back.

I loved this car wash and I pre-bought their car wash packs. They never told us when we bought the packs for over $100 that they would be going out of business. So now all my packs are just null and void and there s no phone number or anyone to reach. Pretty disappointing.

Service appeared lazy and incredibly sloppy. I stopped by to have my vehicle cleaned inside and out. Windows were smudged or not touched at all, still very dirty spots over the car. Vehicle was left with streaks from rags "drying" the vehicle. Usually I leave here happy, but today the effort appeared minimal.

I went through the carwash and I used to love this place. They were very rough with the brush prior to the actual wash. It seems that nobody has taught the kids working there to dry the whole car. Another guy in front of me pulled over to completely dry his car as well. Really disappointed

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review. My family are long time customers, using this establishment for car detailing needs. In years past, the company did a fantastic job.'In January of this year I purchased a "new to me" used car, which needed a detail bad. The car had a very strong odor, and was not clean inside. Since I got a good deal on it in this market, I went ahead with the purchase and immediately scheduled a detail. My appt, was pushed back due to employees being sick on COVID, which I had no problem with.I decided to schedule the service for an internal detail and OZONE treatment when I went on a family vacation. I let them know I could drop it off on Friday evening, and would need it upon my return on Thursday morning before work.When I showed up on Thursday morning, the attendant had no knowledge of the state of my car. We finally located the keys after many minutes, ti find the car's battery was completely drained. No outside was was completed, and the inside still stunk. Even then, I needed to get to work so I paid the bill and was going to have the manager follow up. Even after, I noticed little things like clear stains on the inside of the windshield that were not cleaned.I did receive a call later that day for the store attendant letting me know my personal item were not returned to the car. I could not return that day, and returned a few days later to collect the items. The items could not be found, and too about 30 minutes to finally locate them.Since then I have called probably 8 times and left messages with attendants, as well as on the machine to discuss my dissatisfaction. No return calls gave been made to date, and at this point I need to share my experience. I normally prefer to handle matters like this in person, but given the lack of follow up, I decided to share my poor experience.While this was once a great establishment, customer service is no longer a priority for this company. If you do not have the staff to answer calls or follow up with dissatisfied customers, then you should shut your doors.If the owner sees this, please feel free to reach out, as my concerns have not been addressed. Tried to buy gas but machine grabbed my card and wouldn't do a single thing. No buttons worked, even the help button. The attendant inside admitted the machines do that. He was unwilling to come out and help. He just told me to wait a while and it would let my card go. I thought I'd give these guys a try rather than going to my regular place. I find that they're charging 45 cents a gallon more for the same fuel product. I don't recommend this place for fuel.

I had a good experience here yesterday that I wanted to share. My 2016 Subaru had been parked under a tree a couple of weeks ago, and some sort of tree sap had resulted in tiny dried-out dots all over the hood. I brought it into Ultra Touch, and asked them to look at it and let me know what they could do. Based on the representative's recommendations, I ended up paying for an Ultra Supreme wash and an Express Detail (about $40 total).When I got back an hour later I went to get my car, but all the tree sap dots were still there! I went to the nearest Ultra Touch representative, Kevin, and pointed out the issue. He was most apologetic and professional, and promised to take care of it immediately. He asked me to give him 30 minutes.When I got back the car was perfect, absolutely spotless. I was completely pleased with the outcome, and the way Kevin and Ultra Touch assumed responsibility for the issue and making it right. When I have similar car wash needs in the future, I'll go to these guys.

I've gone to both Locations since they opened many years ago. This was the Worst Wash job I've ever gotten there. I paid for the most expensive one because my car was dirty, inside and out. There is still bird and insect mush on windshield. The interior was barely wiped! There is still crumbs and dog hair in the little money hold thing in both doors. There is still dirt on inside of both adorable on panels. I gave the $5 tip got in and drove off not realizing what a terrible job they had done until I was too far off to turn around.

Lack of attention to detail warrants the 1-star review. I understand that when I pay for a $15 wash, wipe and vacuum that it's not going to be perfect. When I pay $50 for a full service clean and wax, I have a slightly higher expectation of quality. When we got the car back (after the full service wash), it looked like it had not been vacuumed or wiped out at all. The wax job on the outside was nice but the inside looked as though it had not been touched. We took it back and had them vacuum it again but got tired of waiting for someone to wipe out the inside so I brought the car home and did it myself. (BTW, I ensure that my car is easy to clean when it gets there; no dog hair, no trash, etc.) This is not the first time this has happened at this location. It's cheaper and faster to take it to Rocket or Blue Bird and do it yourself.

I ve tried this car wash 3 times and each time they have done a poor job. I paid for a full serve car wash (clean inside and out). They have bad reviews and I think it s because they rush way too much. When I went today, they were not busy at all but they still finished my Subaru Outback in minutes. Sometimes I don t have time to wash my car inside and out and I need a good, full serve car wash in Boise. I wish this place could have proper management to train their employees to do a much better job. When I got home I had to completely wipe down the outside of my car where dirt spots were completely missed and wipe down the inside as well.

I would not bother getting my car washed here again. I paid $25 for their best car wash and vacuum. It didn't even look like they vacuumed out the inside there were huge smears all over the windows and the staff was too busy on their cell phones to pay attention to what they were doing. They obviously do not take pride in their work.

WOW! I paid 31 dollars for their so called best full service wash. When they were done with my car the windows still had bugs all over it and inside windows weren't touched. When I showed them they said what do you expect from a place like this and what do you want me to do about it. Their customer service matches their ability to wash a car. I will never stray from Mister Car wash again. Better service, better prices and friendlier staff

I am not at all happy with how my car was cleaned! I paid to have it COMPLETELY vacuumed out and everything wiped down.. when I got my car back nothing had been whipped down and the vacuum job looked like a 10 year old did it! I brought this up with I'm assuming the manager, she assured me it would be corrected. I returned to get my car and there is stuff all over my seats and it looks like they werent even touched.. this is the final time I will ever give this place my business..

I use to come here often and appreciated the business, I got a new vehicle a couple weeks ago and took it for its first car wash on tues. I noticed scratches that happened from it being dried off with the clothes, one that needs to be buffed out. I have been calling around to detail shops to get quotes to detail the exterior to get the scratches out $100+. One shop said to call the car wash and let them know and maybe they would at minimum refund me or help pay for a detail. The manager, couldn't admit that something like this could happen and only came up with saying sorry. Didn't even want my name or a phone number... nothing.

This is still my go to car wash in the valley. I ve never had them miss spots on my vehicle. Nothing ever gets damaged. The high level wash is what I always get and get what I paid for and definitely worth the price. Very good job. I tried a place in Kuna because that s where I live now but I will now be coming back to here. Nothing compares.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Went in to get a detail they were two weeks out which I completely understand, but I did opt for the most expensive wash they have. I didn t have time to take it back through nor should I have to because I had a meeting to attend. They did offer to fix it if I could bring it back which just isn t possible today. It should ve been done right the first time I would suggest going somewhere else to get your car cleaned. It was over $30 and I don t see the value in paying that much versus a basic wash. The whole point of having somebody else do it is so I don t have to which I m going to end up doing anyways. Very frustratingService: Auto detailing

Spent good money their most expensive car wash, not done properly. Wheels left dirty, back not dried and water spots, vacuum not the best. Worst part they left my floor mats upside down black on black when I left had to readjust my seat that caused the floor mat to slide forward under the gas pedal!!! Just wouldn t you have it a motorcycle cop was just there fueling up calling everyone by name.. well he nailed me for speeding explained myself but nope $155.00 ticket $75.00 wash and 19 gallons of gas.. will never go back and I m spreading the word!

Got the ultra car wash for almost 30 bucks,had to tel them to re vacuum seats there was still dog hair on them not that there was a lot in the first place,she said there vacuums don't work very well so I said for 30 bucks it should work better than that! so they re vacumed the seats and it looked much better,but I noticed on the door they were hiring people to wash cars and clean cars for $9 an hour to $11 an hour so you can't blame them I wouldn't wash and clean anybody's car for $9 or $11 an hour. Ultra Touch Car Wash pay your people more!!!

This is a great place to get car wash. I came here because my car got fruit trees droppings on top when I parked under trees. It's so hard to take them off when I did it myself. I chose the ultra spereme car wash here. And I can see they tried to take the spots off by hands. It took them a while but they did a really awesome job. I appreciate they spend time on that and still being very nice and friendly to us. Great place to go especially they had ultra wash on sale for $18. Will come back.

I would put 0 stars if possible. Usually I have the best service but this time they didn't wipe down the widows so there water spots. I normally love this place they do a great job and have a great attention to detail, even for the washes that aren't full details. This last time I went, they did not do a very good job cleaning the interior the areas I specifically asked to be clean were not cleaned and they did not get all the dog hair out from underneath the seat. I know dog hair can sometimes be hard to get out but this was obviously just a miss appropriation of time. I will continue to go but I hope service does improve

I paid for interior super clean which includes the ultra supreme wash, $49.95, (paid extra for a mini van). They didn't wash my interior rubber mats or even vacuum thoroughly. When I asked why the mats weren't cleaned, they took them out and washed them but they still didn't look very clean. Feels like a lot of money for not a great clean.

Horrible horrible service! This message is to Mike the store manager. I've been a long time customer, been getting my car washes and gas from both locations for years. I went in to your store (on overland), and was NEVER treated more poorly and rudely than I ever have been before! I came in to get my car washed and I had a 50% off coupon from gas that I wanted to use. I understand that I had to pay full price on the wash while using the coupon, instead of the ladies day discount you were having. I even understand that I couldn't get my car wash card punched, since I'm using a 50% coupon for the wash. But when I told Darlene I needed my SECOND gas coupon card punched because I was going to fill up my tank after my wash, she blatantly refused! She then continued to argue with me on the matter that the two were related! Seems to me she knows nothing about customer service! I ask you, how is paying full price for gas related in any way to getting a discount to a car wash?!?! Why are they related ?!?! I earned every punch on the first punch card! And if I'm paying full price the gas, which is expensive already, I believe I earned the punch on my second card. Whether I received a discount on the wash or not. If you're not going to honor your coupons and discounts, then DON'T offer them in the first place! You have certainly lost a loyal customer over something that could've been easily handled in a much better way!

I had a terrible expirience with this irresponsible shop. My audi's bumper got a hole when I came back to pick up my car the next day after the detailing was done. They ignored it and did not care about my damaged car, I had to report it to my insurance which cost over $1000 to fix. Do not use this unprofessional shop. They did not clean my trunk and did not clean the car's edges. I could still see buffing material all over the curves. Terrible shop, should be closed for good! My one star rating stands for -55 rate

I got the Ultra Express today, so just an exterior wash. My car was super dirty. I went through the wash and then waited for them to dry and clean my car some more. The right side (which was cleaned by a blonde girl) is significantly cleaner than the left side (which was cleaned by some dude) is barely wiped down. My wheel rims are still super dirty on the left side of my car. It literally looks like he just halfway rubbed a towel over a few parts. I tipped extremely well knowing how dirty my car was, but I wish I hadn't... There is still stuff stuck all over my car... definitely will not be taking it back there.

Somehow I missed checking the reviews before coming here. Same experience as others. If you want you vehicle cleaned here you best do it yourself, because the employees here don't know how or what to clean. I paid over $50 for the Super Ultra Wash full service plus an express detail for the inside. Should have included full exterior wash, interior vacumning and dressing, mat wash, and full hand dry. Results: Mirrors spotted due to not having been dried, windows spotted as well for same reason. The worst part though was all five seats were not touched by a vacumn at all. I pointed it out and asked them to redo it. When they finished the second time, I took a look. They still hadn't done it. I asked to use the vacumn myself and ended up vacumning all five seats personally for them. When I talked to management they just said wow and never offered anything to compensate. I went inside and asked the cashier for a refund and only then did they finally offer $10 back for the crappy job. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place. Also, they do not seem to offer any monthly memberships for any wash. Only have expensive packs or a full annual season pass (nearly $1K). Overpriced and poor job mean its not worth the expense at all. Also the cup holders and entire center console was completely missed as well. I had to clean them myself.

Have been going here for years, but the last several times (after paying $25.95 for the Ultra Supreme) we were disappointed with the quality of the wash...dirty spots left on the car in several places, dead bugs on front grill and window, dust on the center console and dash. Not too happy and will take my cars somewhere else. Note...sometimes things just happen, but have noticed this trend over the last several washes.

Clean only half of the tire. Very poorly cleaned had to run it through again. The kids I mean kids who were drying the car were interested in talking and BSing than drying the freaking car. Stop trying to get laid and do your freaking job!It used to be a great car wash but not any more!

Had my car washed here today and also had an express detail. After reading the reviews not sure what anyone is talking about. Excellent service, Quality, and a very clean car. Very satisfied. Ill definitely be back more often.
