I like to take my car in this place wherever I need oil change every 3 months. It is great place but the only negative that I would like to mention is how the manager is yelling to his employees when he talking to them. The manager that I'm talking about is the guy who is bold and has goatee beard. He raised his voice twice to employees whe I was there and I believe The manager attitude reflects the company integrity as we all know. I think the manager would have never done that if I was an American (white American) probably he see me as foreigners so he thinks I would never report it.

Needed brakes checked due to grinding noise and we all know that ain t a good sign! Came across all the way from AZ on route to Washington state when Tire Choice s manager himself Roger Freeman found my brakes were starting to hit metal to metal.They took my car in immediately and Roger handled the situation keep in mind this was at 4pm 3 hours prior to closing.I was informed that the TEAM is willing to stay late to ensure the services were completed and that I d get to have my car in my possession at the end of the night like I had needed.By 6pm Tire Choice had the job done!Everyone involved at the shop was efficient, effective and helpful!THANK YOU AGAIN ROGER!!!

Roger and his team took great care of me and my car! My car has been neglected and had check engine lights, old tires, and a tire about to fall off! I was told by others to cut my losses and either put in a new(used) engine or just buy a new car. Roger and his staff got me up and running efficiently again without the need of a new engine or anything crazy. Im so happy I took my other neglected vehicle in for service. Thanks you!

Service writers and mechanics were professional and courteous. Work performed was within the time parameters provided, and my vehicles were returned to me clean.I am grateful for the staff at the Orchard location, and will most definitely return & have and will continue referring friends and family to that shop.

I do not live in Boise, so I m very unfamiliar with the tire stores in Boise. I was ran off the road by somebody concerned about driving back to where I live I stop by this location to have my car checked out to make sure I was OK to drive home. The service I received was amazing they went above and beyond and explained Very thoroughly. I highly recommend if you re in need of a vehicle service Or new tire come see these guys

Fast, reliable, and when compared to other big names, affordable. Roger was great to work with the staff was fast and efficient with my turnaround time. After having issues with several other tire shops these guys came through big time! My go to tire shop from here on out.

I felt that they were being honest with me. I did try to negotiate which didn t lead anywhere productive, but I otherwise got the service I wanted.

Great service we always go here and never disappointed I got aliment do and it was quick and they even did an quick inspection and let me know everything that is wrong or not wrong. I'm always happy coming here knowing I can trust them and relay on them to do a great job so my family stays safe on the road. Thank you

Wife had a rock rattling around in her tire for months. Went over and got it taken out. Expected to pay but they wouldn't let us. Great service! We'll be back for the bigger things too.

My second time visiting this store and now this is my go to mechanic on my 2010 Honda Pilot! First time was a slow leak and they fixed it and didn't charge me (I gave them a tip). Second time a loud grounding noise and turned out to be a CV joint bearings. Gave me a reasonable quote and now it runs like it's brand new vehicle. As a woman, these mechanics earned my trust and their professionalism and competence won me over. Great shop.

We had just gotten home from a long flight from the east coast to find a flat in the airport. I called and Roger got us in quickly and repaired our flat within 25 min! Super nice folks. Highly recommend

Best tire place in town! Went in for an oil change. They suggested I replace my tires. Brought it in a week later, had new tires put on. They found 1 other thing that needed replaced and they gave me a killer deal to get it all done.Steering wheel was shaking on the freeway when I hit the brakes. Brought it back in and they found the front rotors need replaced - they replaced them free of charge - no questions.We are moving, so we unfortunately won t be able to bring our vehicle here anymore, but I HIGHLY recommend you take your vehicles here! There wasn t enough stars to give them! I rate this place 10 stars!!! Thank you so much!!!

10/10 recommend. I have had multiple nails in my tires over the last couple months. I call, they can usually get me in that same day and service my vehicle quickly.

I had a leaky tire valve stem on my 2014 Mazda 6 and brought it in and they said they had a kit that I can do myself to replace it. However, I was a little skeptical on being able to do it myself. So they took it to the back and did it for me super quick and then didn't charge me anything for it. Will definitely be coming back in the future for their quick and friendly team! Thanks so much you guys!!

I've been there a few times before with no problems. I went in today for tires and an oil change. They were nice enough to give me a ride home and pick me up after the work was done. All staff were courteous and thanked me for my business. Highly recommend.

Have been using this location for several years now and have noticed that quality of work is going down as time passes. Yesterday was my last visit. Staff is friendly and helpful however, one of the main things I asked for them to check was if my washer fluid tank had a leak in it. When I paid for service I was told everything looked good and no issues. I get home there is no fluid in the washer fluid tank and its clear none of the other fluids were touched either. Coolant was sitting below min etc. Frustrating and makes me unsure of quality of work for oil change and tire rotation that was also performed.Staff offered to fill it asap the next day after I called for a clarification and offered a discount on future services but for now I will take my vehicles elsewhere.This is not the first issue that has occurred at this location for me or for my friends who i had sent there in the past so would recommend double checking work if using their services.

I drove from Pocatello and upon arriving in Boise realized that was having car trouble. These guys got me in quick and were true gentleman. They provided excellent service, highly recommend!!!

I Bought 4 new tires from Amazon and didn't realize what a headache it is for dealers to comply with Amazon's system to receive compensation for the installation. Roger got the manual out and entered all the correct data. Thank you, Great job!

These guys were great! My oil pressure spontaneously went out on me, so I pulled into their place cause they were close by. Took dang good care of me and they were super fast! I will definitely be coming back!

The people at this Tire Choice are fantastic! We were passing through Boise on our way to Salt Lake when our engine light came on and started flashing. So we pulled in at 4 pm on a hot Saturday afternoon, just an hour before closing. But they worked us into the garage and Scott Hayes stayed late after closing to make sure the problem was correctly diagnosed and he did what was needed to get us back on the road. I could tell he was worn out after a long, hot day before we got there just before closing. But he did really went the extra mile for us--and even gave us a couple cold sodas while we waited. And the fix did the trick and got is home to Salt Lake without any problem. I would 100% recommend. Wish we lived closer. He'd be our mechanic forever if we did.

Tire Choice Auto Service Center is awesome. I have waited a couple months to write this review, I waited because frankly I wanted to see how repairs held up. They have so here is what I have to say. They did a bunch of maintenance work on my wife s 2004 Sienna. New breaks, rotors, tires, and alignment. I called a couple of other places and they could squeeze me in 3 to 5 days at more then double the cost in some cases. Tire choice got me in and out same day on a Saturday, told me about upcoming issues and told me about how much I could expect reasonably in miles to have before upcoming issues became a repair. No scare tactics, no you pay a little now or a lot later. Just this is what you need, this is what we charge and this is what you will need later, but you won t need it for about 20000 miles.Also when I told them about competition costs and timeline, they didn t badmouth the competition. They actually explained what they knew about them and why they might charge that much; in this instance tire choice doesn t replace the calipers unless they need to be, their competition replaced them whenever they did brakes. It was professional of them to explain the difference disparaging another company. It turned me into a customer who will come back again and again.

If you need to get your vehicle ready to escape the zombie apocalypse than this is the place to take your vehicle, they can hook you up with tires, oil changes, anything you need for your vehicle to make sure it's running at its very best so that you can make the escape and take your family to safety!
