When it comes to tire service these guys are the best in town. I worked with G and he was very knowledgeable about what tires were needed for my 22 challenger. He quickly rounded up the specific size that I needed and was very good at communicating when they would be in and the cost. Then comes the day to get them installed and it felt like I was a nascar driver with the speed and precision that my tires were changed out for fresh rubber to get back to racing. Thanks again G I'll be back

I have never been treated so poorly as I was today at Tire Choice Auto Service Center on Glenwood Ave. in Boise, Idaho. When I purchased tires online, it gave me the option to have them shipped to one of their three locations in the area for installation. I picked a location and a service time. After arriving, they installed my tires and informed me my car was ready. Upon leaving and driving through the parking lot, I could hear my rear tires rubbing. Turns out they were rubbing on the frame of the car, so I went right back. I informed the kid at the counter, who referred to the tech who had been running the front counter throughout the morning, and who had mounted my new tires on my car. The tech said, "Sorry, we can't help you." I said, but they are rubbing, I can't drive anywhere. He just shrugged me off. I asked him if they mounted up okay, to which he said yes. After pleading with them and trying to get them to understand that I was immobile at this point, they said I could call Wheels Plus in Meridian for wheel spacers, to which I did. The very nice gentleman at Wheels Plus asked me to have Tire Choice inform him what size of spacer I needeed, to which they again just shrugged their shoulders at me and said sorry, we can not help you. At this point I wanted to ask why I was being treated this way? Instead, I said look guys, I can't drive anywhere now, or it is either going to ruin the tires or my car itself, and I asked to speak with a boss. No one came out from the back to talk to me, instead, the young kid at the front said that they could put my original tires back on for $35 a wheel. After initially agreeing to go forward with this plan, I said you know what, just give me back my original tires and I will go around the corner to Discount Tire, since it was so close & I could not now drive any sort of distance. And I am so glad that I did leave Tire Choice Auto and go over to Discount Tire on State Street. Javier there was so helpful and receptive to my concerns, that I wound up spending another $630 at their store for aftermarket wheels with a larger offset, and I was out of there same day.So in summary, I do not recommend Tire Choice Auto Service Center on Glenwood Avenue to any of my friends, family or personal acquaintances. I still can not get over the way I was treated there today. And the kid up front was visibly so inexperienced that he could not help me out in any way, even going as far as telling me that my take-off tires were already loaded in my vehicle, as they were not, and I had to go back in and ask for them a second time.My gut feeling is that the tech was put off that I had purchased the tires elsewhere, and acted taken back that I wanted to keep my original tires, as well; even though I paid Tire Choice a service and disposal fee up front. If they do not like the arrangement, then why contract with these tire websites in the first place. I will never sign up to be treated as poorly as i was today by someone such as the unprofessional men who were in charge on March 21, 2024. In my 50 years, it was truly up there with anything I have ever experienced in life, beyond belief, for mistreatment without explanation.

Brad and his crew were amazing. They were honest, speedy, and helpful in problem-solving when we were stuck in Boise with a flat and cracked wheel rim. Brad helped us find a junk yard wheel, ordered in a tire, and sent us on our way. So glad we found them.

Tire Choice was recommended to me and I'm so thankful it was .I had an alternator going out , 500 miles from home .Brad and the crew did an amazing job of getting me back on the road quickly . Excellent service !

Straightforward, affordable service. I appreciate taking my car to Tire Choice Auto Service because they give me straightforward diagnoses and repairs without trying to upsell me on unneeded services. Compared to other automotive service centers I have been to in the Boise area, Tire Choice seems to have the best prices.

Poor service manager was very rude and quick to blame me for the damages. They spent over 2 hours just swapping out wheels and charged me $170 for me to watch them throw the wheels around with no care. Watch the cameras and see how your employees treat your cars. This was a terrible experience and don t trust this company. These wheels where perfectly fine as you can see in the last photo.

I just have to share this about Tire Choice. We were at our local Walmart this rainy November morning when we tried to leave the parking lot we realized our Honda CRV wouldn't start. We called Tire choice and they were nice enough to send a technician over and check our battery out and gave us a jump start. We were able to get back on the road and took it over to Tire choice and had the battery replaced and we were back on the road within a half an hour. We can't say enough how kind they were to get us back on the road. Andrew was the technician and was very helpful and professional. Business's like this are hard to find. We highly recommend Tire Choice in Garden City.

Brad and team, super honest shop. Thought I had a bad fuel pump. Turned out to be a plugged up filter. Saved me $800. Definitely going back.

I first came here just because it was close to my house, but I have been very impressed with their service. I first came here for a brake pad replacement, and I chose the cheapest option they gave me, but when they found out they didn t have the cheaper brake pads available they gave me the better ones for the cheaper price. I brought my car back again because another auto shop had told me there were a few things I needed to replace (expensive things), so I had them look as a second opinion and they were very realistic and honest about what actually needed to be done and what didn t (whereas the other place told me I needed to replace things that looked fine). When I was asking a bunch of questions, they also went to the effort to print off a recommended maintenance schedule specific to my car, including price quotes, so I would know exactly what maintenance is coming up for my next mileage landmark. Lastly, they were very thorough both times in checking for any potential issues that I hadn t asked them to check for, and they evaluated the car for free! I will definitely be coming to them exclusively since I know I can trust what they say!

The staff and everyone here. Made my experience nothing short of hassle free, never felt like a burden at any time. I went in to get some tires put on and they stayed past close to make sure I was ready to hit the road. I would recommend them to everyone I know

Driving down Glenwood, our car dies out of nowhere, the employees ran out into the road to help us, they took our car in checked it out and topped off the coolant and wouldn't let us pay. So this is our payment. All very Nice men that helped us out. We will be taking our business to them.

I needed to get new tires for my Tacoma build I was working on and had gone to a couple of the big name tire stores that I have used before. I got quotes and asked a lot of questions. They tried to sell me the tires that they re promoting. My husband and I went to check out Tire Choice. We asked so many questions and Kegan was so patient with us and worked with us to find exactly what I wanted and would work with my truck. I have all the same warranty as the other places. Kegan and his team Mr Agekyan and Mr Zaharioudakis (techs) were awesome. I am so happy my tires, wheels and lift kit on my truck! Thank you so much! Marchella

Shane (hope I m remembering that name correctly) took excellent care of my mother when she experienced a flat RIGHT before driving back home to Oregon. It gave me incredible peace of mind knowing she had a safe vehicle to make the trip in. For reference, same day, 3 other shops told me either a multi-hour wait, or exorbitant pricing. This dude had it done in 30 minutes. Absolutely amazing service and will be going here for all of my tire needs moving forward.

Thank goodness for these guys. Brad was amazing on the phone as well as in person. Took my car in for low PSI and found that my right tire was held on with one tight lug nut while the others were finger tight. Needless to say they saved my life as I was traveling from Donnelly and even better there was no charge. Thank you Brad and crew.

They lie about how long things will take. They also make appointments when there isn't enough staff available to work on the vehicles. I had a 10am appointment this morning July 2nd, 2023 at the 6730 N. Glenwood st, Garden City(Boise), Idaho Location where they took OVER 1.5 hours for a 30 minute job. They didn't even take my car back until well after 10:40am. Do better!

I have taken my vehicles to Tire Choice on Glenwood for years. I am always treated with respect, and they always remember me and my vehicles. Brad, the store manager, always contacts me before any work is performed and he has given me very helpful advice on my vehicles at no additional charge. I appreciate their good morals and work ethic.

About 4 years ago I had a poor experience. My dad was a loyal customer for a several years and we just continued the loyalty. After a year, I got a flat in a sedan type car. I swapped on the spare which was a "donut" size and like most sedans was kept under the trunk cargo area. I then drive up here and they did fine handling the tire change, but struggled to properly put the donut back into place. They clearly could not find the bolt where I put it and put their own that was way too long and lifting the lid up making the trunk completely useless and would and up damaging the lid if I didn't have them fix it. I just handle it and went back inside to wash my hands and let them know on the issue. Instead the person at the desk had no compassion for the issue and I cut him off telling him that their customer fixed the mistake and had dirty hands to wash and asked to only my pointed to the bathroom. They lost me for bad soft skills. I've never been back since.

On a Sunday morning, my car wouldn't start due to a battery issue. I purchased a new battery at AutoZone, but they were unavailable to install it for me, due to staffing issues. They recommended Tire Choice on Glenwood. Kegan was incredibly nice and helpful and installed the battery. Due to his great customer service, I plan on being a customer again and they will be my first choice for tires in the future!
