Great staff! Was understanding, provided amazing payment options. I did visit towards closing and they got short handed but we're still very fast and efficient! I left happy with new brakes, oil change, the works!Even spent time in good conversation with staff who were very nice and relatible! I don't like spending money on my car but I didn't even think about it after leaving.Click

I've been going to the Broadway Boise location for years and have always had a good experience. Staff is always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient and I've seen managers come and go. My truck is ready when they say it will be.

I stopped in the Broadway location 15 minutes before closing time on march 23rd 2024 with a damaged trailer tire and was refused service by two 20 something guys, I was traveling and actually had a car on the trailer, I asked for help and all I got told was we are closed, I am the owner of an auto repair shop, and I will not refuse service to anyone even though there s only 15 minutes before closing, Especially travelers I make sure that they are safely able to get back on the road. Unfortunately, the store had no desire to help me so in a hailstorm I changed my own tire. If I was the owner of this location, I would make sure that would never happen again.

I needed an oil change and a basic inspection in preparation for a road trip. I dropped in with no appointment and they were able to get me in. Oil change and some wiper blades. They were friendly and not pushy trying to sell me cabin filters etc. Very happy with the service they provided I will be back.

This auto repair shop saved our weekend. Driving through Idaho and my cv axle broke. They got us an appointment and fixed our issue with a very reasonable and timely manner. They were very understanding and knowledgeable about the issue. Additionally they were able to get the part in a fast timeline. Great service with informed mechanics.

This is how they broke my car's grille while changing oil. Because when they change oil, they don't look down; their eyes are somewhere else, but their hands are down looking for the hood handle. This will cost me $1,000 to $2,000. Very unprofessional and lacking attentiveness.

I take issue with places that blatantly purchase positive reviews instead of providing actually good service and earning them. They have signs up everywhere that gives people a discount for leaving 5-star reviews (see photo). Hard no for me!

John and his team went out of their way to make this a great experience. They were short staffed and super busy but that didn't stop them from going above and beyond. Obviously skilled at what they do, I was in and out in a reasonable time and they even filled the air in my spare, despite the cover being a pain to get off! Thank you so much!

Tire Choice was highly recommended so I went in to see why I was having a slow air leak in one tire. Received quick and friendly help from Cody and tech to determine there was a staple and a nail in my tire. It was fixed and I was on my way in no time. Thank you Tire Choice for the friendly, helpful and professional experience!! I will definitely recommend and be back for other services you also provide!!

We have been coming to this shop even before it was a Tire Choice, but it has even become a better shop after the change of ownership. They still take Goodyear cards, which is helpful for us. Both of our cars are pretty much 100% serviced at this location only unless it's specialty work.This experience was no different. It was a tough case to fix, but the gang got it fixed up and my truck is running well again, all without being crazy expensive. Even the recommendation for the tow truck was a great recommendation. I heard that the mechanic was getting a bit stumped, but stayed up late that evening making sure he was troubleshooting everything completely and the next day got the truck running. I appreciate that kind of dedication and will continue using this shop for both of our car's needs.

Got two new tires and these people managed to somehow break or remove a tire pressure sensor. My tire pressure light now blinks, (which I discovered later indicates a bad or missing sensor), which it was not doing before coming in. When I left I was told 'it will turn off when you drive a few miles'. Unfortunately I drove home to California, now I'll have to pay over 100$ to get a new sensor. If you go to this business, don't leave if your sensor indicator light hasn't turned off!

Chris the mechanic and his team were a Godsend. We were travelling from Hailey to visit friends on the other side of Boise when we had a failure of an oil cooler hose. We were probably less than 10 miles from complete engine seizure when we found them (and only a couple of hours before they normally close). Got us in right away, and when it became apparent they could not get it fixed right away Chris gave me a ride to grab a rental car. Picked up our car the next day and made it home to Seattle a couple of days later without any more issues! Can't thank you guys enough!

Very poor service. I got four brand new tires, after they were on my flat tire light was on and so I went back to ask to check the tire pressure. they treated me like I didn t know what I was talking about, like if it was the first time I ve ever dealt with the flat tire. now I have to spend extra money to go get it fixed right somewhere else.

Never will go anywhere else! They are best! Gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait at the shop. They even picked me up to get my vehicle . Good price and good customer service!!

I'm a single woman Driving from washington to boise. Needed my oil changed, drove in to tire . I had just had my tires checked in washington before I left. The man Here put my car up on the Lifts and found that my tires were bald on the inside. He saved me from a terrible accident. Because even the metal we're showing in the tire. Kudos kudos kudos to tire choice. And the man that helped me. It's a beautiful place, beautiful people, 10 stars, Ten Stars to Cody. Great, great place. And thank you again to tire choice and Mr. Cody.

Went in a few weeks ago after running over a huge rock. They told me I knocked my muffler off and would need to get it welded but I had to drive 6 hours back home. They put the muffler back on temporarily so I could make it home. FREE OF CHARGE. So grateful for you guys:)

Cindi at the front desk is fantastic. We were driving through Boise on a hot Saturday afternoon about 4 pm on a family road trip, when our check engine light starting flashing. This Tire Choice was the closest mechanic to us off the freeway. On a Saturday just before closing, our options were limited, so we thought we'd roll the dice. When we came in she immediately treated us like family. She assessed the workload of the garage and saw that we could be served better at the Tire Choice location on Orchard Street, so she sent us that way. Then, after this location closed at 5 pm, she came and helped get parts so that we could get back on the road that same evening. She really went above and beyond what most mechanic shops would have done. Would 100% trust and recommend in the future.

Typically I am not a person to leave reviews, however this place left an outstanding impression. Not only were my tires replaced in record time, but they did it with an amazing attitude! I could tell that each worker truly cared about the customers they were serving. I will definitely be back!

My experience at this Tire Choice location was top notch. The technician even put a floor mat and seat cover on in front of me before taking my car into the shop. The gentleman at the counter, Kegan made sure that I was comfortable while I waited for my vehicle and offered friendly converstaion. 10/10 would recommend!

Worse Place Ever!!... they said 30 min for a basic oil change and it took them over 45 min!!! A capable person can do it on their OWN in 20 min! 15 on average at shops!... Then they start working on other vehicles that came in quite a bit later than mine as my vehicle just sits in their shop as time passes... Will Never come here again and would Never Recommend them!

I had a nail in my tire and I originally stopped here. I went in and no one was at the front. I waited and waited and waited. No bell to ring or anything. So I walked out. I decided to go to Les Schwab up the road on Broadway and immediately when I pulled in their parking lot, someone ran up to me and asked how they could help me. I explained the situation and he said that he will take a look at the tire and I can check-in inside. I went inside and again, immediately greeted and assisted. If you want great customer service I recommend not going here, but instead going just up the road to Les Schwab.

If I could give more stars, I would! The service was better than excellent! My family and I were on our way to UT when our car's A/C stopped working. We stayed in Boise, and called several auto repair shops. All of them were booked out for weeks. We called Tire Choice, and they got us in immediately. They were friendly and sympathetic the entire time. They quickly found the problem, tracked down the part necessary (which was no easy feat), and repaired our car faster than originally estimated. They went the extra mile, making sure our warranty covered the entire cost, including a rental car. They really made a stressful situation not only bearable, but enjoyable. I cannot fully express my thanks, but I would recommend them without reservation.

Went wayyy above and beyond - I cannot emphasize enough how much Cody and the mechanic (didn't catch his name) helped me out of a pinch, especially when it was an hour prior to closing time at the start of a holiday weekend. It was my first visit to this shop, but will bring my cars here for future needs specifically because of them.
