I took my 03 Subaru in yesterday because it was consistently making the most obnoxious noise when it would start up. I tried to fix it a few times but was never able to pin point what was wrong with it. The maintenance team and (especially KJ) was great with listening to me and giving me feedback after the diagnostic test. Since my car is an 03 it understandably needs some work done in the future, so I decided to talk to Steve from their sales team. He was fantastic in showing me cars in my price range and walking me through the steps as a first time buyer. When we were discussing my credit score and possible monthly payments, Steve brought over Braxton from finance to talk me through processes in the future. When all was said and done and I had some thinking to do for the future, the maintenance team found that the primary problem with the noise was that my belts were becoming loose. They tightened them free of charge and got me out of there without draining my pocket. If you have a Subaru that you love or want a Subaru to love, this is absolutely the team to go to. From maintenance to sales, everyone in there was phenomenal

I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation and I also mentioned a couple of other issues I was having. The service representative was pleasant and accommodating, assuring me they could take care of my issues today. When I picked my car up this afternoon, all services had been performed and the cost was very reasonable, including some items which did not involve a charge. I have used Larry Miller Subaru for service in the past and will continue to do so.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The indoor waiting area is nice and the chairs are spread out enough for social distancing. The employees have always been nice.My parents took their car here too and for years Subaru had our info mixed up/swapped somehow. It didn't matter how many times we tried to get it corrected, our info in their system would always get switched. It was extremely frustrating. We had to give up on it because it could never get fixed.The waiting times are irritating at times too. The last time I got an oil change I waited for two hours and there were only two people ahead of me when I got there. Other times I've gone when it was really busy and only waited 30 minutes. The waiting times are ridiculously inconsistent.Prices are outrageous as well for repairs. It's better for you to try to fix /replace parts on your own if possible. YouTube can be a big help and you get the job done yourself or with help from friends. You'll save yourself a TON of money for sure.

We have used the service department here since we bought our vehicle from the dealership, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Everyone in the service department has been amazing, especially Elizabeth. Aside from their excellent work and professionalism, they are such a personable team, and really go the extra mile. On one of my recent visits, they realized how poor the tread on my tires had become, and called to make sure that I was aware. This just shows that they are not just robotically doing a single job, but actually looking at the entire vehicle, to insure the safety of the driver and the family that depends on the vehical. There is never any upsale pressure or nonsense that you often find at a small box service joint, and the work has been the most reasonably priced I've ever found. That says a lot in these times. I believe that the repairs made are good quality, however, my issue is with the lack of communication by their customer service front person. They had my car for an entire week instead of the 4 hours I was quoted. I get that parts were not in stock, etc. but if I wanted updates, I had to call them. Tenity did call me as I was walking in the door to get my car, which, I was then informed was not going to be ready for a few more days. She did not EVER call me again. If I wanted to know anything, I had to call her. I left a message for her 4 days ago and have still not had that call returned. This is not my idea of good customer service.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Made an appointment for a diagnostic on my broken power steering because it didn't seem to be a simple pump issue. They went through my entire car taking up 2 hours of my morning and came back with a pamphlet of things adding up to over 5,000 dollars. All I asked for was power steering. They told me it was the pump. I got it replaced elsewhere because their labor prices are insulting and it didn't even fix the issue. Seems like they just wanted me to keep coming back to pay them.

Egregious markup, even for a dealership. Dishonest evaluation, flat out lied about work they hadn't actually done. I would avoid these hucksters at all costs.

I was greeted very friendly and professionally by service staff. My car had a drive belt go bad on Christmas Eve . When I called service department they where able to take my car in for service .I was gave a loaner car to drive for family events . Everyone was kind and professional when I picked my car up .Thank you!!Great service staff and knowledgeable mechanic s!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes

I brought the vehicle in for a pre buyer inspection. Glad I did. The vehicle had pretty significant oil leaks requiring $3000 worth of repairs. Needless to say, I took the car back and never heard back from the shyster used car dealership.Thank you guys and Jolene. Very helpful and professional.Service: Oil change

The service at Larry H. Miller Subaru of Boise is by far the best quality service I have received at a dealership. No frills, no gimics, just plain great quality service. Service is always excellent; however, this is the first time I have ever paid to have a tire patched - anywhere. I have bought 2 Subarus since 2017. You d think you could patch a tire for me with no charge.

LH Miller Subaru Boise replaced the stereo head unit in our 2019 Outback after the volume knob went haywire. The problem was diagnosed in a 15-minute visit and a new head unit was ordered. When the new head unit arrived, about 5-days later, we received a phone call and were told to bring the Outback in at our convenience, no appointment required, to have the new part installed.We took the car in the next day and were greeted by Danny, our service advisor. The car was whisked back to the shop and an hour later we were back on the road. The staff at LH Miller Subaru Boise is always friendly, fast and efficient. I would recommend them to my friends for service and maintenance on their Subarus.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Wr have literally spent the last 35 min waiting for a salesman to help us. They have helped numerous people all around my husband and I. My husband even went in. Well we are now leaving to go buy a car somewhere else which is unfortunate due to us buying 3 cars from you in the past.
