Sager and sons is a top notch auto repair shop. Out of three different diagnostics Dan was the only one that found the true problem with my trucks engine. Not only was he able to do a complete repair, he sent videos with in depth detail. They only used the best parts for the job. Dan is full of powerful knowledge. He went above and beyond. Shyanne in the office kept us informed with great communication all the way. She also was a greatly appreciated help. I would recommend these guys for all my auto repair. I had a check engine light come on while traveling. Their staff was so helpful and talked me through what to do and kept in communication with me. Very kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and so helpful! Highly recommended them.

Dan and his crew were outstanding! He was able to get my truck in next day for repairs, was prompt with communications, speedy getting parts in, and made an extra effort to stay late just to finish repairs so I could pick up my truck when I needed it! Sager & Sons was also able to reprogram/reset some of my systems and saved me $$ on repairs I didn't need. This rating is for being an authorized U-Haul Dealer. We dropped off our U-Haul I informed the employee that the truck was swept and fuel returned to original level. She replied you re good and sent us on our way. Lesson learned as I should have insisted on a post rental check. However, responsibility for this falls on the authorized agent. We were charged over $60 for gas which is incorrect. Other U-Haul customers be aware!

I have been taking our vehicles to Sager and Sons for a few years now. They have always provided consistent, friendly and competitively priced service. My last visit this week, my car was there for less than 24 hours and they successfully diagnosed and repaired all of the issues! Thank you guys for another job well done!

Used them for a pre purchase inspection and they were thorough, detailed and professional. Fast service and caught some major issues that were hiding on the vehicle. These guys saved me over $8k and would definitely use them again in the future.

Sager & Sons did and absolutely amazing job fixing our Ford F-350. We stopped by Sager & Sons for a 2nd opinion after being quoted by Ford $25K+ for a new motor. We are so very glad we did. They did absolutely awesome work we received great communication even videos at times throughout the progress extremely reasonably priced! I had a catastrophic accident with severe damage while in Eastern Oregon. When the trooper arrived and saw the damage, he suggested Sager & Sons as being the only shop he knew of that was competent enough to handle the job.I don't know whether it's true that they're actually the 'only' shop that could have done it, but what I do know is that they did an amazing, professional, impeccable job of repairing the vehicle.So let's talk about this in greater details...Transparency: Right off the bat, upon receiving the vehicle, the senior mechanic did an inspection, evaluation, and estimation of the damage that was visible, and what it would cost to repair it. As the job got underway, it became apparent that more damage had been done than was initially clear, and again I was informed and asked which option(s) I wanted to take, and what they would cost. The final cost did not exceed the estimate.Quality: The shop used only new parts that were from reputable sources, and since I was a long way from home, I appreciated that no shortcuts were taken in ensuring that the vehicle repair was done to the highest industry standards! Additionally, they backed their work and parts with a warranty.Value: My accident was in a diesel truck. They're expensive to own, expensive to operate, and expensive to fix. The damage I had was of the highest you could have before a vehicle is no longer even being capable of being repaired. Given the time, effort, and cost of parts alone, I got exceptional value for the cost of my repair job. Additionally, the shop owners being supporters of first responders and the military, I was offered a discount, which in my case amounted to a substantial amount.Customer Service: Much can be said about customer service and bedside manner of mechanics shops. In most cases, they are cold, distant, and aloof at best. Your problems aren't their problems, and you're just a number. Not at Sager & Sons! I was treated respectfully, courteously, and with great empathy for my loss and damages. The shop, while remaining clinical about the repairs, was not distant or matter-of-factly about things. I was shaken by the accident, and in shock about the damage I had sustained. But Sager and Sons made every effort to make the repairs and aftermath of the accident as painless as they possibly could.Summary: I highly recommend Sager & Sons Automotive Repair Shop as an ethical shop, run with integrity, honesty, and the highest standards of industry excellence, bar none.

Awesome all around service. Very timely repair, got us back on the road within 48 hours of drop off. (would have been same day if parts wouldn't have had to be ordered) Very friendly customer service, very transparent with what's going on with the vehicle, I was texted videos even which has never been done at any mechanic I've ever been too. I have a pickup truck that is over 20 years old that had a fairly tricky braking issue. Had it to two other shops, one of which completely misdiagnosed the problem, before I took it to Sager and Sons. They had it correctly diagnosed and back to me ahead of schedule even though they had to order parts. Kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Sager & Sons! Honest, reliable, professional and very reasonable pricing. As a woman on her own, it's very important that I found an honest trustworthy mechanic, I only have the one vehicle. I was thrilled not only did Dan have my part in stock, he was able to get me repaired and on my way in few hours. have taken several of my vehicles here. Dan is pleasant to talk with. The price was always reasonable. I got my vehicles back in a reasonable time. I had to take my sons truck that he got from a used dealership to work on because it had several things wrong with it when they sold it to him. Dan fixed the problems right away. I bought a 20 yr old Toyota Avalon and it needed some work. Dan was able to diagnose and fix everything it needed. If it wasn't his specialty he had others come to him and get it done (windshield and needed to be rekeyed) and I didn't have to drive all over the valley to get those things done. It is a great car for my daughter and should last another 150k miles. So glad I was referred here. This place is not what it once was. I used to be able to trust the mechanic when it was R and R automotive. These new mechanics are a shame.Just had a fuel pump changed on my awd V70. When I got the car back, it now makes a terrible whining noise from the new fuel pump, and now my steering wheel wobbles which it never did before.Only redeeming and good thing I can say about this place is a fast turn around time from when my vehicle was looked at till it was repaired. ... Oh the staff were friendly also so at least they will smile at you when taking your money.

Dan and his team are amazing! Unsurpassed customer service - and they care. They will not up-sell/overcharge you, and are extremely honest and caring. They maintain a strong ethical code to do right by all every time. They have taken care of me so well, and have saved me so much money when others have tried to take advantage and price gouge me, including misinforming me to charge more. I plan to never take my vehicles anywhere else. And their work is perfect - they go above and beyond what's required if needed also. Breath of badly needed fresh air. Thank you so much, Sager & Sons. Give them a call everyone before going elsewhere - I promise you will NOT be disappointed. Five Stars!!

I have had multiple vehicles fixed by Dan and crew. Bar none the most knowledgeable and top notch mechanic I have ever worked with. And you can tell he loves what he does. He has gone above and beyond to fulfill our family needs with our vehicles. You will never have to second guess if your vehicle received quality work.

Dan is incredible at what he does for the customer. He always makes sure I know my options, what the costs may be, and the level of importance in what needs to be or should be done and why. I never have to worry about feeling taken advantage of just because I don t know anything about vehicles. Dan rebuilt the fount end of my Mustang, and done a complete tune up. Drove and ran better than when it was new. You won't find a more knowledgeable or honest mechanic. Also very reasonable in pricing. I highly recommend him
