My family and I have been clients of Roger's Northside Garage for at least ten years. We have had consistently great service all the time. Roger's quality of service enables us to keep our cars and truck in good repair and on the road longer than usual ownership. Most importantly, we trust their mechanical skills, choice of parts, and warrantees. Ruben has provided us excellent advice and guidance. We trust him like family.

Best friend and I brought in her car a few months ago with myriad issues - Reuben helped us out and made it run like new again with some creative problem solving. When it turned out one of the replacement parts was defective we brought the car back and Robert quickly fixed it and even took off the diagnostic fee. Very professional, friendly, and honest guys and we will always come back here when our car needs work done!

I have been coming to Rogers Northside Garage for over 15 years and they have always taken incredible care of me! It's hard to find someone you can trust these days and these guys are the best! I also can't say enough about Rubin and the customer service he provides! Always explains the situations and gives me the best deal possible! Highly recommend them!

Have been using Roger s for a few years now. They re friendly, affordable, honest, and timely. Seems the turnaround is never more than a couple days on basic repairs/maintenance.

My family and I were on a cross country trip and were having trouble with our trailer. We brought it in to Ruben and he did a thorough inspection. He pulled everything apart and even took pictures to explain to my wife what the problems were. It was very clear that we were extremely lucky to have made it that far safely with the trailer we had. Next we brought in a used trailer that we were considering purchasing. Again he did a thorough inspection and explained what needed to be replaced and even recommended a reasonable price for us to offer the seller of the trailer. He went above and beyond to make sure my family was safe traveling another 3,000 miles. He did all of this for a very reasonable price. This was over a month ago and we made it safe and sound and the trailer is perfect. Ruben turned a nightmare experience into a pleasant one and we are extremely grateful. I've spent well over $12,000 at Roger's over the lifespan of my truck (7 years). Thought I would be treated with some loyalty. Last repairs they destroyed my front grill after negligence, they refused to pay for it. I found and paid for one myself. I asked for the owner to consider taking a little off the bill but they never responded. Now weeks after the repair I'm hearing noises in the steering column again that they supposedly fixed. I recently had work done at Rogers as a first-time customer. I was treated as if I were a longtime customer and a great friend. My Tahoe had a number of issues, some very complicated. The work was done well in a timely manner. If you need an HONEST car place with friendly staff and speedy service this is the one!They charged half of what the other place was trying to charge and they did it fast. I was updated every step of the way.They even sent me home with some goodies and coupons. Rogers is my new go to!Still going strong 6 months later. If you need a place this is it!

Very thorough, communicative and fair. I had a PCV code they diagnosed and fixed the same day, charged 1.5 hours labor. Last year this same issue took Ford 9 days to solve.

This shop is dishonest and sloppy, I would not recommend it. To be fair, I have used Rogers previously with good results. However, I went in this past fall for a new water pump and thermostat on my Tacoma, and was charged for new coolant and a flush along with that service. A month later I had the CV axles changed there as well, and upon doing the overall vehicle inspection again, they told me the coolant needed to be flushed.. indicating to me that they hadn t changed it while doing the water pump as they should have. I confronted the manager and he admitted to charging me for the first coolant flush that was never performed I got my money back and was polite and tried to be understanding. They proceeded to puncture a brand new tire tire on the truck, carelessly driving it off the hydraulic lift, causing a 3 day delay as a new tire had to be ordered from out of town. To make matters worse, less than 5000 miles later, both CV axel seals are leaking gear oil and the boots are showing signs of dry rot. Another mechanic informed me the seals were installed improperly, causing them to fail, and the axels were poor quality. They installed an electronic distributor, intake manifold gasket and modified the thermostat housing on my 1970 Scout. They also repainted my valve covers, intake manifold and air filter housing at no additional cost. I don't often write reviews but had a very disappointing experience at this garage. Paid around $500 for diagnostic work for a broken A/C in our Ford Transit van and then was told repair job would be between $3500-$4000. I took the van to the Ford dealer for a second opinion and was quoted $900 for the job (including diagnostics). The Ford tech later reported a hose attachment was damaged (likely by this shop when they took a/c apart for diagnostics) - and required purchase of a replacement hose (at increased price). I sent Roger's both a written letter and submitted a comment via their website expressing disappointment and asking for some reimbursement and got absolutely NO response from the manager. This is very disappointing for a shop that says on their website that their "number-one goal is complete customer satisfaction."Service: Air conditioning

I never leave reviews but this shop exceeded my expectations and changed my perspective on auto shops. Their service is streamlined and professional. With inspections, you receive pictures and details sent via a user friendly website link, as well as video if necessary as was my case. Aside from quality work, transparency would be the most important aspect for an auto repair shop and this one has both.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Vehicle Inspection

Took my car in thinking it had transmission issues. Mechanic informed me it was misfiring and just needed new spark plugs and ignition coils. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. Very honest and fair price. Will be taking my car here for all maintenance.

Good place to get work done. Diagnosis was explained clearly and the work was discussed before going ahead. A bit more than I hoped to spend, but the price of the work is in line with normal coat of maintenance on an old truck.

Reuben and the rest of the guys were very easy to deal with. I worked in an auto repair shop myself throughout high school and while I am not a professional mechanic I do have enough knowledge to know when someone is trying to upsell me on something I don't need or trying to cut corners. Had them do a used car inspection. The report was very thorough and professionally done. Included pictures and comments and very helpful ratings to tell you if it was urgent to fix, could wait a while or just for information. I was very happy with the service, flexibility and positive interactions. As a result of the inspection, I had them do some repairs. The prices seemed in line with others and the work seemed to be very good. I did not get any pressure from them to do more than I asked them to do. A very well run company and I'll do more with them.

I called several Auto Repair shops and Rogers Northside Garage was recommended to me by another shop because my truck is so big, I have a Ford F-350 extended cab and bed. Rueben was very professional on the phone, he did not treat me like an ignorant woman. Rueben quoted a fair price and a reasonable time frame for the work to be completed. I am so very pleased with everything about this shop. I will be back for future needs fir my Baby. If you are looking for auto repair call Rogers Northside Garage !!

Rogers' was super helpful when I needed bearing races pressed into my rotors. It's a small job that many shops won't bother with, but these guys were great. They were super friendly as well. Can strongly recommend Rogers' to anyone looking for a garage they can bring their cars into year after year. The crew does great work, and they make the effort to be transparent - you'll know what you're paying for and why, and they don't try to push you into getting work done you're not sure you need. The staff is always friendly, and the job has always been done when they told me it would be. Just a great local business in all respects.

I have been going here for years and every time I get great and quick service. My fifteen year old truck would not have lasted as long as it has without the repairs and maintenance they have conducted on it over the years.I brought my truck in a few weeks ago and it needed a lot done, much more than I could afford all at once. Thankfully, of the employees Rueben really helped me prioritize repairs and stay close to what I could afford and let me know what needed to be done next and in how many months so I could plan for it. I thought my truck was toast, but they got it running in a week. I was really bummed to start off 2019 with some major vehicle repairs, but I'm thankful that even after going to Rogers for about seven years on and off they are still doing amazing work.

This place is fantastic! I once needed new windshield wipers and saw their sign that they would install for free (took all of 5 minutes and I was on my way). In the process I learned about their full scope of services, so I scheduled a routine oil change as well as a long overdue transmission flush. I was pleasantly surprised by how they do their work. Unlike the auto dealership service dept., Rogers' staff provided an estimate (and pictures) in advance of services, so it was completely transparent. Surprisingly, they were less expensive than Jiffy Lube and far more professional. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
