I have a custom build that no one wanted to take on for maintenance until I came across Pro Power Performance. Todd and Cathy are awesome to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. They made sure to get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. I ll continue to use them and recommend their shop to others.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, BatteryServices: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Battery

Awesome people to work with. Can't say enough about the commitment to quality service for my 94 Softail. I appreciated all the upfront issues since I had just got her. They made things happen with a set of fatty spokes and made everything come together. Also want to say a special thank you for being patient and understanding. You won't be disappointed for a second with Pro Power Performance!

- An old friend referred me to Todd and Cathy's shop as I have Redwood Coast road trip coming up with rear brake pads due for replacement. Decided to go with Goodridge braided rear brake lines along with Lyndall Z-Pro pads. Had 3pm appointment and Todd rolled my '04 FLHRSI into the shop post haste. Went to The Pocket with a buddy and it was ready just after 5pm. Definitely appreciated the masterful job that Todd did. Todd and Cathy are Good People and will definitely be back. It's a highly organized shop and the communication between us was superb. Couldn't be happier unless they served pie a la mode! :)Service: Brake service & repair

We moved up here from Las Vegas a few years ago. Shopped around, asked questions and was VERY lucky to find this shop for all my Harley needs. Super Smart Couple, family run and a Dyno too.Now I tell everyone I know to go here. It's the only place I go now. Thank you Todd and Cathy.I'm having Todd install a MONSTER 124 in my old Dyna. He's probably two months out right now, but I can't wait till spring.Of course I'll take B4 & After pix! POW!!

I have been a customer of PPP since 2002. I was referred to them by a local business owner who recommended them for maintenance work on my 1994 FXSTC. I'm now on a second motor in my bike and have had them both installed by PPP. Todd and Cathy are super people, and are incredible in providing top notch customer service to their clients who call PPP home. Not only is Todd and excellent mechanic, his fabrication skills to created awesome v-twin machines are off the charts. I'm a USMC Veteran and I can say first hand that PPP supports all Veterans causes and for years have supported the POW/MIA issue in Boise and have been a huge supporter of the Idaho State Veterans Home. Not only does this business exceed my expectations, they also support our Veterans which is huge win in my book. They will always be grateful for those who protect and serve this country. Stop by and visit with them and see what they can do for your bike, you will meet some great new friends and will be impressed in what is going on inside this shop in the heart of Boise.Service: Engine repair

I would like to share my amazing experience with this locally own shop . My wife bought me a set of dominator handlebars for my birthday back in June. I was hesitant to install them myself due to the fact of having to replace my clutch and brake cables to make them work . I was at a bike show at the veterans home and they had a silent action and one of the packages had a gift card for PPP for 200.00 . My wife got in a little bidding match and obviously we won . When I went by there shop I was very happy to see the clean and very organized lot but unfortunately they we closed . I came by the next day and was greeted very cheerful and with the sense that my bike and taking care of me was there top priority. They where booked out a bit but I felt that the wait would be well worth it and it was . I dropped my bike off a day early and they happily took my bike and reviewed the work we had planned to have done and answered all my questions. They completed my bar install within the time they had said and when I went to pick up my bike there amazing customer service continued. I was very happy with the quality of work and the professionalism that I was given and will be recommending this Harley Davidson repair shop to all my fellow riders.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair

Coming through Idaho from Texas and was having difficulty with an oil leak. The Harley store in Boise would NOT help at all. Someone at another bike store recommended Pro Power Performance, and I'm so glad they did! They were very knowledgeable about the S & S engine, and most of all, WILLING to help! Todd and Cathy were so friendly, and we hope to see them again.Service: Oil change

I ve been a Pro Power customer for several years now. They are professional and very willing to over deliver on every aspect of their business. They service all my bikes and offer advice and excel at customization and repairs. They just finished a remarkable makeover on my 2005 Dyna and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Fairness and friendly service is always paramount when I walk in the door. They take excellent care of their customers and build great bikes plus give back to the community. This is simply where you go for the best experience in this valley.

I took my motorcycle in for the first time and was really happy about finding a good shop to work on my bikes. Owners are good people and took excellent care of me and my bike.Prices were more than fair and they didn't fix anything that didn't need it. There were several things I thought needed replacing and after they inspected the bike the items were fine. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing work on Harley's or any Custom.

I first went to PPP in the summer of 2015 to get my bike tuned (They did an excellent job then). I went back in 2019 for a bike tune up and tire. Todd ended up finding some additional issue that he fixed for me. I rode the bike around for a couple weeks and had some mechanical failures from a prior build and I hired Todd and Cathy to rebuild the top end of my bike. They did a great job and the bike has never ran better or was more fun to ride than now (it isn't as fuel efficient as it used to be, but you can't have real fun and fuel efficiency on a v-twin). Todd and Cathy are great people that care about their customers and their satisfaction. Their shop often gets swamped with work, due to the quality of work, and wait times for service can get long, but they are great at communicating this to customers. I personally would rather wait for great service and work, than have a sub-par job done sooner that will fall apart a few miles down the road. PPP is the only shop I am taking my Thunder Donkey to. Thank you, Todd and Cathy!

My son's Sportster broke. Fuel delivery problems. Another shop (B.B.W. on S. Cole) quoted him $850 (!!) for a new carb and installation. That didn't sound right at all to me... I told him to get a second opinion at ProPower (due to their reputation and my past dealings with them). They got him back on the road for right around $200. He was pretty thrilled to be rolling, and with $600 still in his wallet. THANKS, ProPower. Keep it up and you have two customers for life!

This is the coolest shop I've ever been to. If yer in Boise and you don't stop in, even just to visit, you will miss a real treat. These folks will restore your love for HD and remind you of the reason we do what we do. Don't miss this one.
