This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at a dealership, considering I ve never owned anything newer than 2005. Jake was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or preowned vehicle from Peterson Toyota. Great first time buying experience with excellent service and an amazing warranty to match!

Overall good experience. Veh priced ok. Took two trips to drive off lot. We actually purchased two veh a new 2024 Toyota van platinum level and a 2019 Ford 350. As we drove off and got home I turned on the driving lights to the truck. Noticed the right rear taillight wasn t working and is actually broken something not noticed prior to final detailing and we drove off the lot. Messaged the dealership. Waiting for resolution! Grading 4/5 until this gets resolved

I m very pleased with my experience at Peterson Toyota! This was my first time purchasing through them, and I will be back when it s time to get a new car. Mike Price took the time to listen to me and made sure he and I were on the same page regarding payment, trade in, and the type of car I was looking for with all the features I wanted. What amazed me as well was when I was waiting for the numbers, there were 4 different employees who offered me water or soda as they were walking by. The customer service was outstanding and the lady at the front desk was exceptional as well. Thank you to Mike & Charlie for making my first brand new car purchase experience so great! Peterson Toyota is definitely worth a visit!

We had a great experience working with Shanoa to purchase our new to us truck. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, willing to ask and get answers to any questions (above and beyond expectation). Would absolutely reach out to work with her if ever car shopping in the future. I would also like to mention that Chris and Jason were also 10/10 with their time and directness. Appreciated their willingness to provide a solid customer experience. Overall had a great experience with the folks we interacted with.

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle, and they made it very simple. Chyanne was very good to work with, she didn't push even though I was nervous. She explained everything very well and answered any questions i had. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice to purchase from Peterson's.

Andrew was great and very responsive to our calls, texts and messages. He helped my husband find a car that he wanted and made it happen with not our best of credit scores. Since I am in a different state he did fedex me paperwork that I had to sign and overnight it. If you are looking for a car ask for Andrew he will answer all questions and make your experience as smooth as possible and quick.

My first time buying from Peterson Toyota. I really enjoyed working with the people I did, they had a large selection of vehicles, and I feel like I got the best deal on the new Tundra and for my trade-in. Everybody was very friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed buying from them.

Best dealership experience we ve ever had!Found the perfect truck at a great price, but unfortunately we were 1,000 miles away in San Diego. From the very beginning my email conversations with Shanoa were helpful and personable as we contemplated making the trip out there. Once we got serious about the idea our conversations transitioned to phone calls with sales consultant Bill. Bill was amazingly helpful and patient throughout the entire process, even taking additional photos for us after business hours in the cold. As you can imagine it s hard to commit to a vehicle without seeing it in person, so those photos were paramount to our decision. Once we decided to make the trek Bill picked us up from the airport and was a gem throughout the entire process. He was honest and friendly without the typical pushy or shady sales tactics. Same goes for our Financial Manager Krista. She was incredibly knowledgeable and straightforward, making the loan process seamless. She even sent the necessary forms to our local DMV, leaving very little for us to handle back home. We left the dealership stoked, with the perfect truck at a great deal, and a lower APR than the loan we came in with. Even our roadtrip home was a great experience as we drove through snow and rain in the ideal vehicle. Thank you everyone at Peterson Toyota for giving us the best experience either of us has ever had buying a vehicle!

I honestly can't recommend Peterson Toyota enough. Tyanna and Andrew were amazing to work with. Being a first-time car buyer with next to no credit history, got a great deal and felt zero pressure. Love my little Honda Civic!

Excellent buying experience. Several Treasure Valley dealerships were visited to find the vehicle that we were looking for, and the team at Peterson were some of the best to work with. Shanoa was one of the more dedicated and attentive salespeople we met with in this process and I would highly recommend working with her. The floor manager and finance department also understood our needs and worked openly and honestly to meet them. I would highly recommend this team to help you find a vehicle.

Fantastic experience working with Mike Landphere on getting my RAV4. As my purchase was part of my relocation to Boise, Mike was engaged throughout the process to get my name on the perfect car for me and timed it very well with my arrival to Boise. He is very personable, and he's not pushy like other sales consultants. Ben helped me finalize my purchase, and he was super friendly and helpful. Toyota Peterson has my business as long as I m an Idaho resident. Andrew was hands down the best salesman I have ever worked with. He understood my goals in wanting to get into a very specific Toyota product and did everything he could to get me exactly what I wanted at the payment I wanted to be at. I appreciated a no pressure transaction, he made it feel like I was just going to an old friend to get a car. Chuck in financing was also great, I didn t feel any pressure from him to purchase any additional warranties I did not necessarily need. Even on a busy Saturday at the dealership, both of these gentleman never made me feel like I was taking too much of their time or that they had better things to do. One of the best dealership experiences I have ever had, so much so that I wouldn t hesitate to go there again.

I recently purchased a new Hybrid Rav4 and when I went to see the one I saw on the Peterson Toyota website I was met by Rich McKay, who was outside in the pouring rain. When I asked to see the car he retrieved the vehicle and brought it us in a nice dry carport area. I would definitely recommend Rich McKay and Peterson Toyota, NO High Pressure sales, Rich was very informative, helpful and cordial. I was also skeptical if the Mpg rating was accurate and I can now say it is. I have been averaging 40-42 mpg in town and actually I suspect it will be higher as I have talked to others who have the same vehicle and are getting higher mpg. I would definitely go back again!

Great experience at Toyota Peterson, went in wanting a specific car and Shane helped us! He is great to work with, we ended getting a Land Rover trading in our RAV4 and also getting an Avalon. Shane made the transition smooth and effortless. The whole team was wonderful and definitely recommend Shane!

It was friendly and straight forward service. We worked with Heather and Ben for the sales portion of the transaction, and Casey is Part and Accessories. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Always ready to answer our questions or at least find us answers when they didn't have them. Getting the vehicle took a long time but that was not the fault of the folks we worked with, simply the availability of the car we ordered. On pick up day, Heather was ready to meet us with our car ready to go and paperwork in order. Thank you.

Recently worked with Bill Werry to upgrade from our family s 2015 RAV4 to a new Highlander. The entire process was smooth and everyone at the dealership was great! They even brought my kiddos snacks while we waited. This is the third car I have bought from Peterson, and there s a reason we keep going back to them.

Made the drive to Peterson Toyota with my mother. They were able to give me the best price on a new vehicle and gave me a very fair price for my trade in. The super star in our car purchase was with Josh in tinting and assesories. He made sure everything was done correctly and made sure we were happy. He was attentive, friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. He was also great with staying in contact with us during the entire process.

I m very happy with my new Toyota Venza! Alex Santini was very helpful and was very knowledgeable about each vehicle. I was originally interested in the Rav4 Hybrid but they were out but Alex showed me the Venza instead and I fell in love it. It s my first hybrid and I ve driven a RAV4 before and was already able to tell how much better the Venza felt. Alex went out of his way to help me return my rental car back to Enterprise next door as well. I ve always had a great experience at Toyota dealerships and would recommend Peterson Toyota anytime.

I just had a great experience buying a car from Peterson's Toyota. I was greeting at the door by Mike Price, who is the opposite of a high-pressure salesman. He listened to me explain what I was looking for and what my limits were. He didn't try to lead me in any way, and soon I was looking at options. I thought I might be shopping around, looking online. Instead I purchased my new-to-me car within the week.Mike patiently gave me a tour of my car, installed my new floor mats, and found a manual for me. Two days later he sat in the car with me and patiently walked me though the media and dashboard functions. His customer service standards are off the chart. No wonder this is the third straight car I've purchased at Peterson's!
