Celebrating my beautiful wife on our 40th anniversary! Our sales representative Rick Wright is amazing and helped us find the perfect Lexus. The people at Peterson Lexus all worked together to get it here in less than a week, and have it here the day of our anniversary. They are very friendly. It was a great experience! I had taken my car in for a service appointment, I had asked what the cost was to order the console lid for my car and informed him that I would take it somewhere else for the installation since the labor was twice the cost of the lid. He gave me the price of the console lid, I told him to go ahead and order it. I paid for the part when I picked my car up from the service appointment. I picked up the part on Friday the 5th and had the installation to be on Sunday the 7th. When the mechanic went to install it it was the WRONG PART. I called today and spoke with the service advisor that was the contact for my service, I told him that I had to now pay for 2 hours of labor and it was the WRONG PART. I was told well if you would have had us install it our parts department would have noticed that it was the wrong part so there was nothing he could do about!! WHAT??? YOU HAD MY CAR, my VIN #, I paid what you said it was going to be, and now I am told I have to bring the part in so they can verify it is the wrong part . If it was the correct part my console lid would be fixed. Now I have to take the part back (which I don t want anyway) and wait for the correct part to be ordered, and then pay another 2 hours labor to have it installed.. no apologies, no oh man we messed up, no we will make this right. It was my fault since I took it to someone else to install it Blows my mind the last time I took my car in for a recall, they had the wrong part and told me since I had to bring it back again they would put gas in my car nope didn t happen,I LOVE my car but I am so disappointed that when a mistake was made on your part, I am the one who is being inconvenienced.. I will be in tomorrow to bring you the WRONG PART and show you my receipt and text message from service that said the console lid would be $235.60. If I could give negative stars I would!!

On this particular purchase we worked with Cullen because the salesman we were working with initially was busy with another customer. Cullen was absolutely great to work with! We were buying the NX 350 for our daughter who will be getting her license soon, but in the meantime I will be driving. He understood our concern for putting our daughter in the safest situation possible. Not only did he go over all of the safety features so thoroughly since that was a top priority, but he also made her feel extra special as this will be her car soon!Cullen never made the experience feel like we needed to hurry up and just choose something, rather he was very patient in making sure it was the perfect fit for her and our situation. The finance process was super easy, quick and seamless! Thank you Cullen and Peterson Lexus for such an amazing experience!

These guys have always been awesome. I always go into dealerships expecting the worst due to past experiences with other companies and I do the same going here. That is until I remember these guys are different. They ve always taken great care of us. This experience was no different. Joe was able to accommodate us with no prior appointment while we were in town heading home from vacation. They gave us a loaner to do some shopping while we waited. I hate not having them in our hometown 2 hours away. Thanks for taking such great care of us.

Absolutely loved the service today, I showed up about 10 minutes early. They got me right in and I sat there for about 15 minutes before My Car was done. I was very surprised how quick and timely they got the vehicle serviced. It ran fantastic afterwards, of course, and I am very impressed with the whole of it. I had been warned that it might take me an hour but truly was 15 minutes

I purchased this vehicle over the phone and flew in to finish it off and was in and out within 20 minutes. I had one concern that they fixed within a few minutes and I was on my way. Highly recommend this dealership.

I was allowed to leave my car while I was traveling. I was so please to see they washed my car on the day of arrival. My customer service person was knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The best thing: he was real. The interactions were personable.

Overall dealing with the salesmen was Very simplistic and he made my life very easy. I was able to purchase the used vehicle and everything took less than 2 hours. After taking possetion of the vehicle however I found the alignment on the vehicle to be severely out. Additionally, the vehicle is missing the key to remove the factory keyed lug bolts. Due to both issues I decided to also check the condition of the oil. The oil on the dipstick was very dark in color. After 400 miles with the vehicle I had to do an oil change because it appears the dealership did not do one prior to it being sold (See the attatched photo). Considering the fact that there are now three issues with the vehicle I am unsure if an inspection was even done. When trying to get a copy of the inspeciton from the salesman it took him over 24 hours to even respond to my query and I have yet to see an inspection from the dealership. Overall I enjoyed the experience when buying the car but it appears the vehicle I purchased was not properly inspected and repaired prior to the sale. I am a technician at a completely different dealership and the fact that they sold the vehicle to me in this condition is appaling.

From the ease of making an appointment to picking my car up, everything was perfect! Dave sent me updates on my car while it was being serviced and was very thorough through the whole process. They were able to get my car in, serviced and returned to me before the start of the afternoon. 10/10 recommend!

Peterson Lexus has always done an exceptional job with service and repairs. I have owned Lexus vehicles for nearly 15 years and have never had a bad experience there. Joe is an excellent and knowledgeable service manager. Even though dealerships are generally more expensive, Peterson Lexus has always been very competitive.

Great experience, Zach L is kind and attentive. He listens and is not overbearing. He is just a great person and that shows in his salesmanship. He and Tony (dealership manager) helped me find the SUV I d been looking for (for quite some time, actually)- and I have no doubts it was the right choice. I would highly recommend this crew for their honest and straightforward approach.

I felt like I was being upsold and was advised it was an all of nothing package options out of the 2 . I came in for an oil change, alignment, and a tire rotation. Instead of the tire rotation they just try to advised to get new tires instead of doing it. Granted I got new tires put on June 2022. I did have a tire rotation in September of 2022 as well. I feel like I seemed more as an inconvenience being there. I did in fact call and booked an appointment ahead of time l. Maybe I just caught the service advisor on a bad day. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I am giving it a two star as yes did they perform the essential job functions that I am aware of except for the tire rotation. The small banter was nice but it honestly felt like it was a distraction of the overview of services that s was been observed.

We just purchased a new 2024 RX 350. Wonderful experience. Straight forward with pricing. They gave us book value for our trade sight unseen. We did most of the paperwork over the phone and showed up to sign and drive away. Great dealership, my 3rd purchase from them and it won t be my last. Kudos to all who make them who they are.

Had an amazing experience with our salesman Aiden! Definitely the best auto purchase ever! The 4 star review is only due to the finance person who completed our paperwork ( 1 ) When we declined the extended warranty everything changed. No more smiles or conversation just hurried us through the transaction. Needed to cancel our extended warranty for a Chevy we bought from them 2 years ago. The finance guy said we would have to go to Chevy (even though it s Peterson too.). We asked to have the extended warranty refunded to our purchase price . Nope not possible. Fast forward to contacting Peterson Chevrolet . JC is amazing. He didnt understand why the cancellation couldn t be applied to our purchase. But sent us the paperwork asap and helped us cancel! Would buy from Peterson again . And just request a different finance guy.

We recently purchased a used 2021 Mazda CX-5. Aiden, our sales rep, made the process easy. The car would not start when we went to test drive it Aiden stated there was a new battery in the car. We bought the car and 2 Days later the car would not start. I put a new battery in the car. Aiden asked his manager if Peterson Lexus would help cover the cost of the battery. They said no it was an "As Is Sale". Aiden offered to pay for the battery out of his own pocket and felt horrible about the mistake. We declined Aiden's offer. I appreciate Aiden's character and honesty to make things right and think he treated us fair. It's unfortunate his company wouldn't stand behind him when he slipped.

This is my 2008 GX470 with about 120k miles. They have taken care of my car for the past 8 years and always give me great service. When it comes to checking in on services I need and if I could use a loaner car, the staff are accommodating to my requests. As a dad of two young kids, they are helpful with assisting me with car seats and giving the kids snacks and waters for the road.Yes, they are a large dealership! However, they treat me like I m one of their few customers. Joe actually knew my background and we chatted about work and life. He remembered our previous conversations and advised me about future services for my vehicle. I appreciate their honesty regarding services needed and not needed. I made the mistake on taking my Toyota Highlander to the other dealership and got an unexpected $550 bill for a leaking oil pan. Over all friendly staff, but service took much longer than expected they said it would be 1.5 hours and it ended up being closer to 2.5 or 3 even. & they said they would do a car wash with the service, they opted to not do it as I d been waiting but they didn t let me know until I had been brought up to pay. Never assume is what I say. Communication and time management could be better.

I had a great sales associate, Caden, who was extremely patient with me when I was "on the fence". He regularly followed up, answered my questions, and was very thorough in his explanation of options. After I made the purchase, he continued to provide support during and after the sales process. I am a very happy customer. No doubt I will be in touch--new cars are very complex and I'm certain that I will get further assistance as I learn to use the many features available.

I just bought a new Lexus and I was happily surprised at how quick and easy the whole process was. They didn t make us sit around for hours like other dealerships do. The sales staff and management were friendly, honest and low pressure. I worked with Caden and Taylor and would highly recommend them.
