Great experience! Mike Triplett was our salesperson he kept us in the loop as our X3M40i came closer to delivery. When it came in he went over the exterior of the car and threw in some all weather mats thanks Mike! After signing the paperwork which was painless, we were introduced to Usman who went over all the inside controls and specifically phone pairing, settings and navigation. He was a Godsend ! and I really appreciate his patience and knowledge. We met a service writer asked a few questions and we were on our way phones and fobs paired to the car. From the get go this dealership covered all the bases my wife and I feel really good about our purchase with Peterson BMW.

Came in Saturday to get a car and we had the smoothest experience we have ever had, seriously ever! Micah vail was the one to help us and found exactly what we were looking for. Was in and out within 3 hours. He made us feel so comfortable and confident that we were getting what we needed. Car shopping can be so stressful but we had a blast! He even bought us lunch! Insane customer service experience. I also don t have much knowledge with cars and it was very clear he was well rounded with information & didn t make me feel stupid for not knowing certain things. Seriously, if you re looking for a car reach out to him! You will not regret it!

My husband and I had a great experience at Peterson BMW. Mike Tripplet was very helpful assisting us in our search. He was no pressure and open to negotiation. After multiple test drives, we settled on a 2024 X3 M40i. We re very happy with our purchase and the service we received from Mike and Peterson BMW. We hope this is just the beginning of a positive, long term relationship.

I dropped of my E46 3 series for the airbag recall.I explicitly said do not touch the windows and the receptionist understood and noted that. I told her that once it rolls down, it's not going to be able to roll up. She understood. She asked if I wanted it washed and I did since the vehicle was sitting for months and the pollen was not nice to it.Their shuttle was nice and dropped me off.They take a few days and finally I get told it's complete. I get off work and have a friend with me to pick it up. They bring me my dirty car, window stuck down, and just walk away. No apologies, nothing.I was in a rush and couldn't go back in to go what happened? to the receptionist, but..really BMW? What happened? You think the tech didn't roll down the window and then tried to roll it up and didn't go...oh shoot, it's not working? It obviously happened during service or else the vehicle would have been washed. Now I'm over here going...did they even replace that airbag? How long was the vehicle outside with the window rolled down?The solution is just to ignore the issue and give the car back right? It's a sign you guys don't care at all and I can't help but be disappointed that you guys are the only BMW dealer around.People reading this, do yourself a favor and go to an independent shop. Plenty of them around Boise.And get yourself better techs. I'd rather you give me the part and I replace it myself

Was walking around the lot and a well dressed individual came and asked if anybody was taking good care of us? We replied with no and he got us connected with a salesman immediately. Experience was great. Individual turned out to be Osman, one of the BMW Geniuses. Thank you for your great customer service Peterson BMW!

Took our BMW in for an oil change. The car was running beautifully...no leaks, strange noises, etc. The technician claimed the oil plug was stripped and they needed to order a part. Again, our car had never leaked before. Nine (9) days later, after paying for repairs that were not part of an oil change, we receive a $500.00 bill to pick up our car. In less than 24 hours of having our car back home, it is now leaking oil and transmission fluid on our new garage floor. They also offered to hand wash our car before picking it up. Fail again! The car was never washed. I had to wait 37 minutes for them to wash our car and they did a C grade job. I would NOT recommend taking your car to this BMW Dealership. I should have listened to our neighbors, they recommended, Hurless Brothers in downtown Boise. Don't make the same mistake we did!

Well, I never thought I'd be giving a 5 start review to Peterson BMW, but here we are lol.About 4 years ago, I had my first experience here (at the old location) and it was miserable. I was treated horribly. So bad in fact that I was willing to drive to another state for service, as I didn't want to even entertain the thought of giving Peterson my business.Fast forward to needing a semi emergency service. I decided to bite the bullet and give them another try this week. Well, took my car in for service and walked out with a brand new BMW The experience was night and day. It took me back to my expectations of BMW service that I've had out of state at long standing, reputable dealerships. Everyone that we interacted with was nothing but kind, helpful, easy to work with. I was blown away quite frankly.Whatever changes they have made have turned this place around 100%. If you've been turned off in the past, give them another try- you won't be disappointed!And thanks for getting me in a new car I didn't even know I needed

I'm writing this review sitting in my new Lexus--that I certainly didn't expect would be in my possession. My purchase history with Peterson BMW is not new--my mother purchased her car there several years back, and it was the first time where she said she would return to a dealership.As a local, I was present when Peterson *Toyota* (not BMW) price marked most of their vehicles past ludicrous rates. Like many in the area, I have been unhappy how I was treated there, as well as their pricing on more than one occasion. It made me rethink ever returning to any "Peterson" car lot--especially since my experience at Peterson Dodge in Nampa was sub-par, at best.If you're looking for a no hassle, simple, and fairly transparent vehicle shopping experience, after 2 interactions with the Peterson BMW team (several years apart), I can confidently say I recommend them, ignoring the dreaded "P" at the forefront of their name. I don't own any BMW's, nor do I plan to, but when the time comes for my next vehicle, their inventory will be at the forefront of my interest.Mike and Colby were transparent, and easy to communicate with. Their sales manager worked with me on the price of the vehicle--which was ultimately the driving factor. The car was very clean, very well maintained, and they gave me what I needed to drive it home--I wasn't planning on buying a car that day!This isn't the first time I have heard of their transparent and simple purchasing process--a friend of mine had a very similar experience recently.Overall, I give the team at Peterson BMW a 5/5. I'd like to extend my gratitude to those who helped me attain exactly (if not more!) than I dreamed for. I would wholeheartedly recommend this lot to my family, despite the rather poor reputation of its sibling next door.

Colby Thomas is awesome to work with. He is very honest and straight forward. He and the dealership met all of our purchase and trade in requests. We purchased a used vehicle over the internet with him because we don t live in Boise and everything went smooth and we spent very little time in the dealership!

The worst from sales to service, stay away. This dealership is an embarrassment to BMW and needs to step up its game. Bought a new car last year, terrible, service is terrible. Routine services are not up to par, the overall experience and attention to detail and service is non existent. I d give zero stars if I could.

My car was completely incorrectly diagnosed.I went in because my comfort access for my car was intermittently working, then it completely quit working. I relayed this information, and I asked the dealership specifically to check and make sure that my key fob was working correctly. They said that the key fob was functioning correctly and that the antenna in the car Was faulty. They quoted me $700 to replace the antenna. I chose to not go with that option because I felt that they incorrectly diagnosed the fault. I bought a new key fob, and then had it programmed, and that fixed my issue. Luckily , I did not have them do the part install that they recommended, otherwise, I would out the $800, and not just the $100 for the incorrect diagnostic that I received

Great experience buying a pre-owned BMW 330i from Blake Fecher and the Peterson BMW team. From the deposit process, to the financing, to the delivery was a 5/5 stars. Everyone there treated me with respect and didn't "Big League" me. This was my first BMW and will not be my last!

This is the BEST BMW dealership ever; especially, the car sales, James and finance/ insurance specialists, Sliver . Strongly recommend people to come to this store. Hands down best car buying experience I have had. This purchase was for my 15 yr old son and his first financing experience. Peterson BMW was the 2nd dealership he had ever been to looking at vehicles. The first dealership (local) was the traditional salesman, then manager gets involved twice, back to salesman and a wasted 3 hours of the old school dealership hassle sales style. Then we walk into Peterson BMW........game over. Quick, hassle free, no pressure easy purchase. In and out with the vehicle in reasonable time expected to buy a car. Peterson BMW just gained a family of future purchases. Hats off to Robert our salesman, Sam who wrapped up the financing and Johnathan the GM. Thank you for making this experience for my son literally the best it could be.

Peterson BMW delivers by far the best car buying experience we've ever had. A+++++ car buying experience! Jim L. was the absolute best. He was not only knowledgeable but also extremely kind and fun to with with. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we left with the perfect 2020 bmw. Jim, Colby, and Selver stayed hours after closing to finalize the deal. I highly recommend!

Ryan in the service department needs a new job. He is a jerk, unprofessional, and rude. At the request of a commercial tire, My daughter took her BMW to get a quote for the damage a commercial tire caused to her car. I called and spoke to Ryan, explaining the situation what they were looking for, and why we needed an appointment. When my daughter dropped off the car Ryan acted like he had no idea what was going on. So we explained it once again. Then when picking up the car he stated that would be 200.00. ok, so call Commercial Tire she is here at their request, to get the quote as a result of the damage that was caused by their people. He embarrassed her in the service lobby called Commercial Tire once again acting like he was new to the story. I will not be dealing with Ryan ever again.

Madison and all the service technicians are amazing!! I am so confident in their service and pricing that I now send my kids to take my vehicle in for service.. Madison went above and beyond for my bored teen waiting yesterday paying for his Uber to take him to lunch and back top notch care and service !! Best in the business !

I came looking for a car I saw on-line. To my surprise, the salesman, James, said I was at the wrong dealership, but he said he had one very similar to the car I wanted. Since I was there already, he offered to show me the car. To my surprise, my wife and I were really impressed with that car after test driving it. James was very honest and said, okay, let me take you to the dealership (Peterson Toyota) where the car that you really wanted to see. He helped us find a salesperson there, which I was very impressed for him doing that.Well, the car was nice, but it didn't' impress us as much as the one from James (Peterson BMW). Two weeks later i contacted James if the car we wanted was still for sale. He said yes. So, I offered him a reasonable price for it, which he accepted. He never hassled us, pressured us, and was very transparent and did everything to get us into that car. He was super friendly and made sure the car was well detailed and ready to pick up. Highly recommend him and the staff at Peterson BMW. James is an awesome salesman.

If you are traveling through Boise, do not stop at Peterson BMW for a free car-wash! They only can give car-washes to their customers who have an appointment, or who have had paid service done. Ashley and her staff are hardline on this. However, she did give me some helpful advice about water damage to my car and how to proceed, which ended up working out incredibly well for me and my vehicle. Now I'm in the market to purchase a new SUV and am headed to Volvo! Thanks again Ashley, couldn't have done it without you! ;-)

James Brandner is TRULY an amazing salesperson! I initially went to trade my Mercedes in at the Mercedes dealership in Boise. My husband convinced me to give Peterson BMW a chance. I was hesitant because I new that I wanted to stay with the Benz brand. On a Friday, we stopped at Peterson BMW. James acknowledged us and instead of saying, "I will be right with you, I'm working with another client", James said, "Let me find someone to help you, I'm already working with someone". I was surprised. We asked James for his card, asked a couple of questions, and he had a couple of vehicle suggestions. We told him that "we would be back Monday", as we had dinner reservations. I am sure he hears that all of the time. As we were leaving the dealership, James admired my husband's truck and engaged in conversation about my husband's truck. James didn't have a separate agenda. He had a genuine conversation with us. Once we left the dealership, I texted James my info. He kindly followed up with me. On Monday, he texted me to let me know that the vehicle that I was interested in was still available. At the time he texted we had walked into the dealership. James educated me about the BMW he was showing me. There was no sales pitch, there was no bashing the competition (Mercedes), and there was absolutely no pressure. Mercedes could have had the same vehicle, same features, and same deal, but they don't have James. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle and am loving it!!!! Even after the sale, he has followed up with me on the additional accessories and services that were purchased. I am now loyal to James at Peterson BMW. Thank you, James.
