We bring all of our cars here for service. So does everyone else, apparently. They were very busy, but they are very efficient. Also they go over the thoroughly, even when I just take it in for an oil change. I know the next thing to get fixed, am able to Dave for it, since they tell me how much it will cost. And I can keep my car in top shape. I have an 07 Camry that will last forever because of the great care it gets at Peterson.

Sawyer was our dealer, he was super friendly, not pushy and worked a deal for us. Second time buying from Peterson. I definitely recommend them Always great service!!!

Our salesman Ron was very nice and not pushy. Finance guy was great to work with as well. Took home a beautiful car for the wife! Peterson Toyota staff are very professional and had a good buying experience.

UPDATE: THEY DELETED MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. The GM contacted me twice today, I never gave authorization for them to contact me. He called just to insult me and say I must have misunderstood Zach had promised to fix a chipped push to start button and forgot to tell his boss that he said that so now they are trying to avoid accountability by blaming me. I was already moving on from this situation which is why I left a review. For him to contact me twice just to make it seem like I lied about anything is unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint to corporate. Customers should be aware of the type of management and lack of service that is going on at this dealership. I suggest you take your service elsewhere. I purchased a Mercedes and will just go to Lyle Pearson next time.

Unplanned repairs to my 2000 4runner. But Chad Hawkins made it and easy and a painless experience. He's definitely in the right line of work. He set a possible return date of my vehicle and met that date. Thanks Chad. And I appreciate the veterans pricing.

I came to Peterson to have my liceense plates installed. My salesman was off so Michael Price offered to help. Not only did he attach the plates, but he also rubbed out a scratch on the door, explained some of the Prius wiring to me, and showed me how to download my telephone apps. I am very appreciative of the service.Ted Dawson

I had a great experience buying my new (to me) car with Peterson Auto Group! Kristin was helpful confirming the vehicle I wanted was on the lot before I came in and Skyler was super friendly during the test drive and all the way through the purchase! I also had my personal mechanic check everything out while out on my test drive and they were very impressed with the condition of the vehicle. It gave me a lot of reassurance to know I was buying from a dealer that has integrity in their vehicles. Super happy with the service I received and highly recommend working with Skyler O'Donnell!

I'm sorry but my entire experience with this place was absolutely horrible. I took my car in for engine trouble and the people who looked at it tried to tell me my vehicle was leaking oil into my engine/pistons but they didn't know for sure, so my two options were to replace the pistons for five thousand dollars, or to replace the engine for ten thousand dollars, took it to where I bought it and found out they were lying immensely. I also had a light bulb out but I bought a replacement for it, they charged me 65 dollars for labor fees to replace it! Everyone on the staff are rude as hell over the phone and the crusty old dude in services that helps set up repairs is a total jerk, the entire time I tried explaining my situation to him he was making snappy, sarcastic remarks and couldn't express enough how much he'd rather not help me. The woman who answers the phone when you call didn't let me get a sentence out before cutting me off (multiple times). The only person I would say I liked was the polite employee who held open the door for me on a whim and actually led me in the right direction, only polite person I met. Take it how you want but my advice is stay away from this place, all the want to do is gouge you for money.

Bought a car a little over a week ago. Was told there was nothing wrong with it. Got it home and after a day or so while idling there was a very strong gas smell. Took it to my mechanic, they found holes drilled in the exhaust manifold. My mechanic had it for 20-30 mins. Called the dealership to see if their mechanics had seen anything like that on the car when they got it. They said they did not. Don't trust their mechanics, take it toa mechanic you trust first

Needed front and rear differential service and transfer case, didn't have an appointment, but they got me in the day I called and had me out by 2pm. Great service and prices were very good!

We live outside Idaho and conducted the deal online and over the phone. Rasheed was our salesman and he was outstanding. When we drove to the dealer to finalize the deal, trade in our vehicle and pick up our new vehicle the process was seamless and simple. We spent less than 15 minutes inside signing paperwork before getting in the new car and heading home. By far the best experience that I've had with a car dealer in recent years. Outstanding!!

Just bought a 2023 prius XLE. Made a mistake and should have ordered a Limited. Do your research before you buy, it's worth it.Truly easy and excellent buying experience. Staff is friendly and not pushy, really fantastic.

We were looking for a specific vehicle for my wife . I cruised the lot and found one of interest. I was greeted by salesman Eric LariosEric was very helpful and also knowledgeable he did a great job.Later in the day I brought my wife to see the car and she fell in love with it.After just a few hours we were headed home with our new to usHonda CR-V EX the whole experience exceeded our expections .Jack & Sharon Thomas7/23/22

Would not darken their door again . Put deposit on Highlander and finally got it 14 1/2 months later which I don't blame them but when deposit was placed I decided to go ahead and trade my car in at that time to secure the value . When car came in they charged taxes on whole retail price and didn't allow for my traded in auto . Said it was a state law that any trade over 12 mo was not allowed . What could I do , I waited that long to get car so paid what they said . Called state and they knew of no such law . Lost my return business.

Dealers are usually bad. This one excels in this area. They don't care about their customers or the inconvenience their incompetence causes. Buy anywhere else. You'll thank yourself.

Purchased a low mile 2015 Audi A6 (50k) and was told there was absolutely no timing chain rattle on cold starts. Checked out the car and everything seems good. I buy the car and the next morning I go to start it and it has the most horrid chain rattle ever for 3 whole seconds. Now I have to take it to a shop to have the motor pulled to fix the timing chain tensioners and guides which is probably gonna be 10k+. Do not trust anything the sales people say to you and make sure for yourself. They don t even know what they are selling.

We bought a 2019 Lexus online from this dealership and Rasheed was the salesman that helped us. I m pregnant and we needed a bigger more family friendly vehicle. After purchasing and shipping the car, which all went very smoothly. We were so disappointed when we received it because it reeked of cigarette smoke. My husband and I couldn t even drive in it with the windows up without getting a headache. When we asked Rasheed why he never disclosed this and that we weren t happy with the purchase he just replied well you never asked. It was clear he was just trying to make a sale and purposefully didn t disclose this to us. I would be weary if purchasing online from this dealership or at least ask if any previous owners were smokers. I wish we would have known to do this.

Worst stealership that I have ever experienced! Charged me a $106.00 title fee as well as a $399.00 document fee yet I still have to pay the state of Oregon another $146.50 document fee and over $400.00 in other fees to license my vehicle. Only provided me with 1 key fob to my vehicle which had 44 miles on it so I was then stuck spending approximately another $600.00. With another dealer to get a second key fob, a second key plus have the fob programmed and the key cut. Very poor customer service BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

I want to thank, Shannon, at Peterson Chevrolet, she helped us finance our family car and provided the answers we were looking for. My girls had such a wonderful experience because they have a game room and they provided refreshments for all of us. Shannon was kind and very professional and she listened to our requests. Shannon was informed on the vehicle we chose and answered all of our questions. The whole experience was great!

I helped my fianc� buy a brand new Toyota highlander. Our sales person was Shanoa locklear. She helped us with everything we needed and got us all the information we asked for or needed. Made sure we was in great hands and to this day still love the new car.

I've been looking for Toyota "Ice Edge" touch up paint for two months now. (That's paint code 1K6 for you folks who need to know). Three dealerships in Utah didn't have it, but Peterson Toyota did and for a better price than the three dealerships I tried in Utah.The gentleman who helped me was great. A+ service.

Great staff. Ask for Jason he was super helpful. Can't do much with market shifts and the economy changes but the team here at Peterson did Great in finding the car and deal that worked for me. Probably the best car buying experience I've had yet.

The car salesman was honest and SO helpful in helping us to select the car that we want to buy and detailed all of the steps involved. I don't have the car yet...but, the process he - Carl explained has me looking forward to the wait! Excellent customer service.
